Food was fine. Older loud male Manager on duty 7-19-2015 at 1448 was horrible. I have never heard staff yelled at or spoken down to in such a demeaning way. He was yelling so loud we could hear him from the dining room. If I worked here, I would walk out on spot. Someone needs to discharge this man from his position. He should be leading nobody. He is just awful to the staff.

No stars. We drove up at 9:45 pm. The manager on premise informed us that only drive thru was open. Comes to find out that there were also people smoking on premise (inside) as we were told this. We drove up and no one assisted us. We drove around and saw two cars ahead of us already getting their orders and we were told to wait. We waited 10 minutes. This review will make it to corporate. Worst customer service EVER!!!

Dirty!!!! But if you go upstairs you might find a clean table since most people don't go up there there's so much good food in Sedona only go to Burger King if you're hung over or have no time

WAY better than Black Cow cafe... Why is this the only franchise fast food spot in town?

  • Good E.

the yelpers here are way to harsh on this place first off a disclosure: I LOVE BURGER KING AND I LOVE THE WHOPPER. seriously the rest of you can just jump off a sedona rock most of the places in the town and expensive and not worth checkig, they aim to rip off tourists. tbh, this place was awesome, you get to eat cheap and tasty whoopers AND have amazing views. just sit upstairs plenty of parking, place is clean, service is super friendly i like!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Seriously people, where can I start. The men's bathroom is useless, the only things that work in there are the urinal and the sink, no joke. The soda machine was out of ice, there was no straws, and the floors & tables we filthy. I don't know how this place stays open. Don't go!

Maybe one of the better places to eat in Sedona. i know a sad commentary. don;t know why restaurants in sedona suck but they do and when you leave you're usually angry that you paid so much for so little. we no longer bother. this BK is not unlike other ones but their burgers are at least fresh and tasty. we were there when they had 2 whoppers for $5, pretty good deal although like all fast food they overcharge imo for the fries etc.

A no frills BK outlet in a convenient location at the junction of Hwys 89a and 179. Covered parking to the right of the entrance. I never see the same staff for more than 2 weeks but they are able to keep things consistant.

Wow this place is absolutely disgusting! Why did we stay?! We're here on vacation & didn't know any better. It was our last option & a choice we regret making. Our awful experience started before we even walked into the restaurant. There was a really bad stench coming from near the trash. When we walked out we realized it was a bag filled with vomit. Ugh! The employees looked unprofessional with a lot of tattoos & dirty uniforms. The floors were sticky & just the whole place was dirty. I ordered the chicken nuggets & a side salad. One bite of the nuggets & I realized they were old & the lettuce in my salad was turning brown. I didn't eat anymore than a bit of each. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back!!

In a rush we stopped in for a quick bite, boy was that a mistake. The line was horrible and long with an order taking about 3 minutes. At one point, right before we were going to order the guy behind the counter disappeared for 10 minutes! Once we got our food it was not good and had a metallic taste. Avoid this place.

Oh...My...Gawd... Ok. I am not a big fan of BK, never have been. But this location is just ridiculously low quality and I have no idea how they have stayed in business as long as they have. The only thing I can think of is - Non repeat tourists. Every 6-12 months I think, hmm...Nothing else is fast enough, I need a quick bite and try, but every, single time. Disgusting. Terribly stale, over heated food. Even the water tastes weird. Worse than your usual Sedona tap water. I don't even know how this is possible. I know BK who say the one in Camp Verde is excellent by comparison, but they agree, this is not even fit for dog food. Sorry. It's true.

Terrible service, stench in bathroom, obnoxious loud music.

  • Jonathan G.

This was okay. If your looking for fast food, this is fine. The service was really laid back. We even got some free food because they had extra and just gave it too us! The Water tastes funny, and the soda was lukewarm.. shouldn't be your first choice, but not the end of the world.

  • Josephine C.

I am sitting here enjoying the view of Sedona while having my ultimate platter breakfast. What a way to start the morning! As for the service, i think they are understaffed as there are only 2 people working with a line up of customers inside and at drive thru. They are using a manual system where the lady has to shout out orders to the cook.

This Burger King is by far the worst my husband and I have ever been to. We have gone there a few times, thinking that the next time would be better. The manager/owner is a sarcastic and rude man. Twice we have been here, and he has been downright rude. We love Burger King's food, but after the attitude from this man, we will not be going back to this location. Guess we will have to go to McDonald's down the road.
