One of those great addresses! It's a must stop, when you travel to Prescott, AZ Friendly staff, lovely owners, good quality product, great expresso/cappuccino and so Clean! The decor it's absolutely adorable and it will give you and your kids a big smile! Highly recommended Everything about this place is just right!

I do enjoy some good yogurt and/or ice cream every now and then, especially when im out of town or on vacation...in this case i was. This place defintely will get you wanting to come if you just peeked your head in or walked by. Its a tiny little joint but has 3D cars and items on their walls and a train that goes around the place, its fun to watch and look at and great spot for the little ones. I had strawberry cheescake/mint chip ice cream...it was good, but i have defintely had better. I mean what more can you ask for in a small town such as Prescott?!?!

My family loves frozen frannies! They are our go-to place for all things sweet. Their espresso bar hasn't been mentioned so I thought I'd inform everyone-- their coffee is GREAT! Best lattes and espresso drinks! Their prices and quality are much better than chain restaurants. Sometimes they do a special that is free brewed coffee with a baked good product! I love this, you can get your coffee and bagel for $2!

A really fun and delicious place for frozen yoghurt across from the courthouse square. The atmosphere is fun and casual. The frozen yoghurt is fresh and scrumptious and the zillions of toppings and extras are fun to mix and match.

Had family in from out of town and thought we would try this place out. staff was very accommodating to us when one of the little ones grabbed the wrong flavor. Downside was the bathroom situation. As a mother of a young child and a newborn there was no changing station or a place to change a baby. This is important for me and I am sure as it is for other moms.

I love frozen yogurt. I am not very picky when it comes to frozen yogurt. I have maybe never met a frozen yogurt I didn't like. Until tonight. Oh dear- it tasted terrible. Since I'm such a lover, no sample cups are required for me. I grabbed dulce de leche and cake batter. Two distinct yet delicious flavors, right? Nope- I literally could not tell them apart. They both tasted like semi sweet almost caramel if that caramel was made entirely of sugar substitute. It was so bad. After a few bites, I gave up and threw it away. The place was very cute and clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was good. I really wish it tasted good!

After a horrible experience two doors down at Goodies, where I left sticky and yelled and sworn at by the owner there (see my review on them for details), I went into Frozen Fannies to wash up and order a replacement from them. Upon walking in I was greeted with smiles, a clean bathroom, wonderful service and delicious frozen treats. When Elena and Cameron had heard about what had happened to me next door they even insisted on giving me Half off my order even though I protested. They were extremely kind and made my day. My fiancé enjoyed the magic monkey shake which was absolutely delicious and I had some frozen yogurt. Everything was tasty and refreshing and even at full price, quite reasonably priced. I will make a point to eat here whenever I'm in town and would encourage others to come here as well. This shop compared to the one two doors down is the perfect example of how a simple customer service experience can make your day wonderful or terrible. Thank you so much Frozen Frannie's for such a wonderful experience!

I was looking forward to ice cream, but when we arrived we found a frozen yogurt self serve place. I've had very tasty frozen yogurt, unfortunately, this stuff tasted awful. It all had an artificial, highly processed flavor. It reminded me of something you'd have if you were on a sugar restricted diet. Even the chocolate was a loser. I can't recommend this place.

What a perfect day for frozen yogurt!! So we walked to Frozen Frannies. The selection of flavors and toppings was great.. The problem wasn't getting the yogurt.... It is self serve and the line moves right along. . They had only one cashier which made for a BIG problem. Our yogurt melted before we had the chance to pay. Seeing the line for the cashier made other people just turn away before even entering the store.

After a horrible experience at "Goodies" a few doors down (you can look up my 1 star review on Yelp if you're curious) we gave Frozen Frannies a try, what a world of difference. Elana (sp?) and Cameron took great care of us, didn't limit the number of samples we were able to try ad even gave us a discount after seeing what we dealt with at Goodies. Not only was the customer service outstanding but the decor was super cute too. They have cute vintage cars for kids to sit in, plenty of patio seating, and even a borrow-able wagon you can pull your kids around the square in. Of course the frozen yogurt was delicious too. I had the "magic monkey shake" which was a sweet kick of banana to my face! My lovely fiancé had a simple swirl of chocolate, vanilla & strawberry which was simple but delightful. If you need a sweet treat in downtown Prescott, go to Frozen Frannies and NOT to the awful "Goodies".

We took a trip to prescott. We decided to go antique shopping it was getting boring. Starving for adventure we went to frozen frannies a car sat there unaccompanied. Quickly i took the car out and took it for a spin. I was going about 2.5 miles per hour and crashed a great dane hit my car and i nearly died my arms were broken and i had to get my legs amputated now the car sits on the wall never restored its rust and dents un touched. The yogurt gave me a rush i never had before and drove me to do this.

Cute little family-owned shop right across from the courthouse square. Very bright, clean store area with fun, retro decor. They offer 10 flavors at a time, all pretty delicious. Lots of topping options, too. Not sure of the price per ounce, but our 3 big cups cost only $7.50. They have a stamp card for locals, buy 9 and get the 10th free. I suspect we'll make good use of that!

Very cute place in downtown. The staff was very friendly and explained how the process worked. They also let us sample the flavors before we filled our cups. There are so many flavors and topping combinations, I wonder if anybody has calculated how many? What I liked the most was that I could get a small amount of yogurt and only had to pay for what I wanted which makes it perfect for satisfying the sweet tooth even if your stuffed from a big meal. The kids loved the decor and ate their entire yogurt bowls sitting in peddle cars. Will definitely stop in when I'm in town. Recommend!

Took a day trip up to Prescott for the 4th and stopped into this cute little place for some coffee after dinner. Husband had a double espresso and I had an iced white mocha. They grind the espresso fresh just before they brew it! It was GREAT coffee and the staff was wonderful!!

This is such a cute yogurt shop. The decor is adorable and some of the items actually belonged to the owners when they were kids. The yogurt selections are always tasty and the fat free sugar free options are nice. The smoothies and lates are amazing. A meal in itself. You won't be disappointed with all the choices .
