Chipolte's may be the only safe place to eat in Prescott. We had the burrito bowl made to our liking and it never fails to make our day. We did have to eat off the tray because it did seem the the tables needed some serious cleaning. Overall the food was top drawer, we sat outside watching it rain and were happy.

Yay! A Chipotle in Prescott.. Well I visit Prescott pretty infrequently, but this kinda blew me away. I remember when it was all cowboy cafes, coffeeshops and barbeque. The kidlets go ape when they see Chipotle, especially when we are travelling for some reason, so we ate here. Yes..have their famous guacamole, and Yes, it is just as delicious as always. The only reason for 3 stars rather than 4 was the confusing service, among a couple other nagging issues. Firstly, I have never seen so many counter workers in one Chipotle at once. A little confusion ensued.. no biggie, but our "for here" order got smushed into a bag barely able to hold it all, and who am I telling my salsa order to?... and B. son's burrito exploded partway in. I know, it happens, but still. I have standards for my Chipotle experiences, people. Number 3. was their waste disposal method, a huge contraption was carted out, loudly, amongst the tables on the patio (where we were) not once, not twice, but thrice- while people were eating. It was loud, disruptive and unappetizing, so no bueno.... maybe wait till the patio clears out, or go around?I don't know, there has to be a better way, no? But other than that, a goodly experience- good food. I would return.

Excellent and fast service! To steal my husband's words, this is the home of the hungry man's burrito! This Chipotle is well run, efficient and clean.

By far THE WORST CHIPOTLE I've been too! Portions are very small very little meat given but for some odd reason they over load you with guac! Half of my burrito bowl was PURE GUAC! service was poor the outside seating area was disgusting tables didn't look like they had been wiped all day the chairs are scattered everywhere! I had intentions of dinning outside but ended up eating in my car in the parking lot

Insanely small portions for a Chipotle Grill on the burrito bowls; ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl and they barely put any meat in it. Well below the standard I typically expect from Chipotle.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has worked hard to create a strong brand image and well known mission as a farm-to-table fast-food corporation with a conscience, and that delivers a unique special "Chipotle Experience." "Food with Integrity" "Responsibly Raised, unconditionally loved" "Sustainable Design" "Local Produce" "Hipster's Paradise" "Big Fat $9 Burrito & $4 for a Corona" Those last two might be mine. Since the taste of Mexican food is highly personal (I have a friend that actually likes Casa Sanchez) you just have to try Chipotle to see if you like it. My experience is that the food at this location has always been fresh and well prepared. The staff is cheery, well trained and super nice. Plus, you can have your foil-wrapped burrito of mass destruction made a-a-a-any way you like. And for almost a Hamilton, when add guac, you'd better well make it my way. 5 stars SERVICE 4 stars FOOD 3 stars ATMOSPHERE 1 star VALUE Chipotle offers a quality product at the highest price possible. Godspeed to you, Steve!

We just love this place and go there all of the time. Big portions, a salad or a burrito will last two meals. I just saw an ad stating that they are GMO free, wow, impressive. Will continue to be regular customers.

this place is so delicious. I love chipotle because I have celiac disease but almost all of the menu is gluten free (with the exception of tortillas of course). there are so few places I can eat without worrying about getting sick and this is one of them. The service at this location is really great, super friendly staff.

Flavors are great. The veggie burrito was superb! However, we ordered two steak burritos and in both of them there was grizzle. Eww! Not very appetizing even though the flavor of the grizzle was great! Very friendly help!

I am on a gluten free diet with severe celiac's disease! I told Chiplote I needed my meal gluten free! They were awesome! They changed their gloves and spoons for each item I had on my chicken bowl! I know I can eat there with confidence that I will not get sick! The staff told me I can count on this service every time I go in there! They are educated on how serious it is to have something cross contaminated! We need to educate more businesses! Gluten allergies are very serious and someone who has celiac disease and does not follow a strict gluten diet can die within 3 years! Celiac disease affects 1 in 100 people and most people do not know they have it until they have serious complications! (See Mayo Clinic!) Thank you Chiplote staff! You are Awesome!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
