Always the best! Favorite items on the menu are fish and chips and their fish tacos! Onion rings and buffalo wings are the best.

Faith and begorra! Service Excellent! Corned beef and cabbage amazing! Guinness perfect (twice!)!! We felt very welcome here, having come up from Phoenix. Staff is warm and sweet. Wife's fish and chips were some of the best she'd ever had. Impressive remulade. Not cheap, but quality, flavor and service are worth it.

I'm afraid Celtic Crossings have lost their flavor and their taste. The food quality was poor, especially for the price point. I was served an overly done biscuit of a patty when I had asked for medium, slathered in bacon grease and too much bread, with a paltry side of overcooked hard fries. In a party of three none of us were satisfied and several times the motion to send the food back to the kitchen was raised. Instead we cut our losses and left. Not impressed and not inclined to return. End rating over priced and poorly cooked, cold greasy food. Nasty.

This place is pretty awesome. Food is something unique considering they make some traditional Scottish/Irish food. Me my wife and our two friends came in on the late night when u would expect people to b tired am have so so service but not the case. Wife and I got the Irish tacos and fish tacos to split and holy moly they were awesome. I liked the Irish ones better with corn beef in em. Our friends ordered fish&Chips and the crispy chicken. Portions on those two equal left overs since they were large portions. I tried the fish. They r flakey and moist like fish I get in the Pacific NW and would rival any place around Seattle area for best fish. The crispy chicken our friend said was pretty awesome and he would order again. I will visit this ace again cuz I wanna try the Wallace burger which looked like I couldn't eat it all but would enjoy every bite.

FOR TONIGHT'S FOOD ONLY!! Had the Prime Rib Special. Came out tough, too tough to eat. Owner Larry came by and apologized, said that was the quality they were getting and that I should be GLAD I didn't get the one with the large pieces of grissel !! I WAS glad of that, but completely unhappy with this meal. I give the wait staff and the owner 4 stars for the effort, but the owner shouldn't buy product that HE considers substandard and then try to pass it on. Give up the Prime Rib Saturday night special until you can find a great meat supplier. However, the wife and I were there for lunch a few days ago and I would give the restaurant food then at least FOUR STARS. I had the Black and Blue burger and it was excellent. My wife had the fish and chips also top notch. Wait staff was attentive and there was NO NEED to see the owner as all was VERY GOOD on this visit.

I am originally from Chicago and for the past 20ish years I have lived in rural IL. I have really missed European food. Now that I have moved to the Prescott area, I love that I can get good Irish food! I have never had issues with service. It was fun to come out on a Friday or Saturday night and listen to the live music. However, I have recently heard that they no longer have live music :( I hope that things change and they are able to bring the music back.

Place has gone down hill since they moved. When they stopped allowing you to keep your beer stein at the bar, they lost me as a regular. You can't hardly hear the music from the bar, as it is still clearly setup as an Outback Steakhouse.

My Husband and I went to the restaurant with 4 of our friends on Valentines Day. We have been there many times, at least 10 other times with no problems. This time was horrible. We reserved a table for 6:30 pm and we did get seated pretty on time. We waited and noone came over to ask for a drink order or to welcome us. After 15 minutes we finally asked someone if they were our waitress and she took our drink order. We waited at least 45 minutes for our drink order to arrive. During that time we called the manager over and told her how long we were waiting. The waitress finally took our food order and again we waited at least 25 minutes for the salads to arrivel. I had to tell another waitress who volunteered to bring us the salads. At that time she asked if we wanted a second round and we said Yes as long as it came before or with the meal and her response was "You people need to understand that we are very busy!" The attitude from the wait staff to the manager to the owner was horrible. They never offered to do anything to make it right. I understand it was a busy night but no apologies were offered either. When the food finally arrived we were asked as we were talking to the manager in a very rude tone " Your food is here, do you want it or do you want to leave?!" I had no intentions of leaving but since they obviously showed they didn't care either way we all walked out. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again. Customer service it was NOT!

The food was cold and terrible and way over priced. Our waiter/bartener, Ian, was really good at ignoring all the customers and looking busy but the funny part is that the place was empty and we had terrible service. Will never go back and by the looks of the place, lots of others feel the same.

Really hate to give a two star on St. Patrick's Day weekend, but I must! We arrived at 6:30 on Saturday night eagerly awaiting a lively Irish experience (I'm Irish!). No music, cold appetizer, and poor service from kitchen. We were there for drinks and appetizers only-no biggee, and the restaurant was about a third full (amazing on This weekend!). Out of of our three chosen appetizers, the potato skins came out room temperature at best. We decided to send it back. By the time we had finished the other two appetizers, we still hadn't received the potato skins. Our waitress checked on them and told us they'd be out in just a minute. We had finished our drinks and other food and decided just to leave. Of course, that item was taken off the bill. I was really looking forward to this first visit to CC in Prescott, as the restaurant in Castle Pines, CO just rocked and had great food. Perhaps the official day of the 17th fared better. We were disappointed.

Ate here with three friends and none of us enjoyed the dining experience. The food was bland, poorly made with little effort toward presentation. The staff was unfriendly and could no remember to bring us drinks or silverware in which to eat our meals.

I've never personally had any issues with my food here. Always very flavorful, hot, and with decent portions. Their fish and chips is the best in town, and I've raved about their cottage pie to friends before. The new space they're in (formerly an Outback Steakhouse) is larger than their previous restaurant, which is good because they're frequently packed. Yet service has always been excellent, and they often have live music as well. One of my favorite places in Prescott to get dinner. Now if only they'd keep Scotch eggs on the menu full time!

Our waiter(the heavyset bartender) ignored our every need. From our sopping wet countertop to rest our arms on to our untimely drink deliveries to not receiving our check after 15 minutes of clearly being finished with dinner. Even after we go our check(by dangling our credit card in the air) it was still an additional 15 min. Till he finished running the card. Honestly, there were 2 other sets of customers that we watched come up to the bar from their booth seats to force him to finally swipe their cards. Ugg. He wasn't an outright rude person, he was just very very inattentive. We even had to remind him to bring a few things (ex/ salad). Highly disappointed. We would've loved a great Irish place in town. The only highlight was the owner who came around and talked to us several times. He needs a new bartender, or at least not to understaff the place. Maybe he's just emotionally tied to his employee but they really need to step it up.

I deliberately waited a week and a half before writing this review. I wanted to be fairly objective rather than ranting, and time is helpful in this regard. My wife and I took a trip to Prescott to check out that part of the country. We are both of Celtic backgrounds & thought Celtic Crossings would be a fun time. I come from Chicago where Irish pubs and restaurants abound, so I suppose I had certain expectations going in. Actually going into this restaurant was the best part. The restaurant was well decorated in Celtic style. I guess I was expecting at least one of the staff to have a brogue, but alas all were American accents. As our waiter approached and I was still in a good mood, I asked if he were of Celtic decent, and he replied in a most serious manner, "They made laws against that 100 years ago" and that set the tone for the rest of the evening. My next disappointment was the band that took an inordinate amount of time setting up just as we were arriving. Again, my expectation was that the music would be Irish or Celtic or something from across the sea, but noooooooo. It was American folk music. Ahhhhh and then came the food. I ordered the Lamb pie with mashed potatoes. I took a bite of the heaping large scoop of mashed potatoes, and to my great surprise, it was not hot, it was not warm, not cold, but certainly very cool. When I suggested to the waiter that he rewarm the potatoes (how can a Celtic restaurant get potatoes wrong) they came back 'nuked' & very dry. Oh well.......... Then came the Lamb pie - dull, very little taste, very ordinary with lots of pie and not so much meat or flavor. However, on the bright side, it did contain warm potato cubes inside. Quite disappointing all around. One good thing was the Guiness draught. I guess you can't really mess that one up. In the final analysis, Celtic Crossings gets a point for the Guiness and a point for the decorations. They get 98 demerits. If there were fractions of a star I would have marked that, so they get one star.

New location but save great food and service. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Menu is always full of great Scotch-Irish choices that make for a tough decision! Great beer and cider available.

Love the onion rings, can make a meal of them; but then would miss out on the reuben and the soup. Partner had bangers and mash---could not stop raving about the potatoes with just right garlic. Service was great as usual. No dessert this time.....but have had the yummy fried apples in the past.
