We were traveling from Phoenix to Vegas and found this place on Yelp. What an awesome find. The food was amazing. The pulled pork was out of this world as was the Philly, but the real hit was the onion rings. Phenomenal!!! Service was awesome. Very friendly people. So glad we stopped! The meal ended with suckers, rice Krispy treats and necklaces for the girls. Too cool.

Was really excited to try this new restaurant (traveling from CA to NM) after reading the rave reviews. I have to say I was not impressed at all. Has great potential, but the food was not good. In fact, I could eat the exact same food in my childhood elementary school cafeteria. I ordered the chicken fried steak and potatoes. My husband ordered the chicken park. Very bland and cafeteria like. However, the employees were fantastic and super nice! This place is super kid friendly - offered my children toys and coloring books. After their meal, they picked a prize from a treasure box. This was so great for them. I wish the food was better - I would return if so. But it is far from home cooking.....

We stopped here on our way home from camping based on other yelp reviews and I gotta say those other yelpers know what they are talking about! The place was very clean, great decor, well rounded menu with great prices and good sized portions. We camp often nearby and this will be our new "go to" place while traveling

Great little mom and pop restaurant! We stopped for lunch on our way home to Vegas and it was just what we needed. We started with a combo platter which was perfect for four of us to split! 6 wings, 6 zucchini, 6 mushrooms, and 6 onion rings. All deliciously fried! Our only complaint on the platter was the wings, they were very small and didn't have the great flavor everything else did. We then split a crank shaft sandwich (roast beef, bacon, provolone, and cream cheese) with onion rings and a mustang philly (roast beef, bell peppers, onions, and cheese) with onion rings. Both were great! Splitting was definitely the way to go after the large appetizer. My wife was not very impressed with the crank shaft as the smoky bacon mixed with the cream cheese and roast beef caused it to have a bit of a pastrami taste. The total for all four of us came to $39 before tip. Hard to beat that! Overall a wonderful restaurant, the wings and my wife's take on the crank shaft were the only things keeping this from being a 5 star review. We will be there again next time we drive through!

We chose to eat here from another yelp review and they were spot on. The food was delicious and very kid friendly. Definitely need to try the homemade onion rings! Wait staff was very polite and accommodating. We are passing through and would recommend stoping here rather than the chains located off the interstate.

Cute diner, delicious onion rings and a very friendly staff. The owners are always here and they are really nice. Try the specialty sandwiches!

We were passing through Kingman on our way to the Grand Canyon, and all three of us were cranky from the heat and a long day in the car. The friendly service, delicious comfort food, and especially the care taken to make our four-year-old happy (there are toys for kids to play with!) left us all happy. We went back to our campsite with smiles on our faces -- something I didn't think would be possible that day. Stop here if you have the chance!

Great food and friendly service. We were able to bring my dog and sit outside on the patio. My friend and I both ordered hot dogs (100% beef) - I got the ranchero dog and my friend got a chili dog - and they were both quite tasty. The fries and onion rings were both good too.

The service was great and the food was homey and plentiful! Fun stop! This is a diner atmosphere where you are made to feel like everyone there is your oldest friend.

Passing through town to get to Vegas! Yelped! for a place and this place had more good reviews than bad! I'm SOOO glad we chose this place! The staff couldn't be friendlier and the food was sooo good! Some more than others yes but exactly what are you wanting your eggs to taste like to be "soooo good". The eggs ARE homemade and they cook them to your taste! They know how to fry them and my daughter said her over-easy eggs were perfect. The biscuits and pancakes are homemade. The bacon is thick and hugely sliced. Yes, there are some things that will kinda be the same everywhere. Btw- my daughter made me comment that the women's restroom is AMAZING! She was impressed that they take the time to take care of their customers and made the rr like home and it's clean! They have Q-tips, lotion, potpourri, feminine products... Baby changing table, baby lotion and products for your babies?!?! We really liked it here and if we ever happen to pass this way again..coming back is not a question. Hope to return and will definitely remember this place when I'm back home!

Quaint little place. Hot Rod/muscle car decor is cool. Food was excellent! We had Eggs Benedict and Vito Breakfast Burrito. Both delicious! Great service too!

Was a pleasant surprise in this little town. The server was nice, the ambiance was relaxed, the food was your typical American Diner. I will come back again.

Went back for breakfast (well, lunch really) on a Saturday morning. Ordered a skillet and asked them to leave out the green peppers. Nope. They were in there. Hubs had a burrito with country gravy, which he said was okay. Neither of our dishes were hot. And our waiter seemed over-extended or something. It's an okay place but not my favorite.

The service here was horrendously slow. They told us to "sit anywhere" perhaps because each seat had equally bad service. My husband had to send something back because it wasn't cooked and that was after waiting over 30 minutes for it. The décor is nice and hopefully they will at some point get their act together service wise.

Stopped here for lunch on drive between PHX & LAS, and found this spot through Yelp. Excellent food; perfect service!! Onion rings are exquisite. Not too far from the interstate, easy to find and lots of parking. What a treat to support small business while on the road instead of the ubiquitous chains! Can't wait to stop here again!

I really like this restaurant. We have been here several times for dinner as it is fairly close by. It is pretty straight forward diner food. Their specialty sandwiches are usually quite good. I say usually because unfortunately the food seems to be very inconsistent. The first time I tried one of their sandwiches I was wow'ed. It was huge with a thick piece of chicken and tasty toppings on a nice fresh hero type roll. The next time I tried one it was just so-so, the chicken skimpy and the roll too soft and small. The same goes for my husbands favorite liver dinner. Sometimes it is fabulous and other times there are problems. Some items taste homemade and others taste like they are made from mixes, like the gravies. Overall we are usually pleased and will always return for more. The decor is great, very retro and a hit with car enthusiasts. You can usually find "ma" sitting at one of the tables or helping out. Both her and waitresses are very friendly.

The service was really good, but I can't say the same for the food. My burger was burnt to a crisp. They replaced it, and gave me a free dessert. However the replaced burger certainly came out of a box. Not sure if I ever want to come back.

I'm really surprised no one has reviewed this place yet! My family and I are from Chicago.. The Mecca of food... And let me tell you good food is hard to find in kingman! I was told about this place by a co-worker because i am a huge car guy...and yes any car fanatic would go nuts here! The decor is all hot rod and nostalgic! There's always a hot rod or two in the lot! It's just plain cool. They even gave my daughter a toy hot rod when we ate there! But on to the food.... We've only had breakfast here but it's out of this world. My father had the breakfast burrito and aside from being ginormous it was super flavorful and done perfectly. I had a sample of just about everything. Eggs, perfectly over easy, potatoes excellently flavored and garnished, that everyone ate off my plate, sausage that was unbelievably tasty, bacon crisp and perfect, biscuits and gravy that we full of flavor and just wonderful. The portions are gi-wombus, the food is great, the staff was friendly, and for four of us to eat like kings it was only $38 bucks! Try this place you won't regret it!
