I stopped here for lunch. The service was good, the tea was wonderful and the service was fine. I had the Ham and Cheese melt with fries. It was all very good.

So seating here waiting on food n the cook is cussing even tho the order is to go so we don't keep them later than normal. U would think he would like to have customers cause we do pay for his check every week. I'm just saying, kinda scared to eat my food.

As a local resident and customer for many years, I can say this place is really gone downhill. The soup looked liked it had been reheated for days. The fruit was old. The salad bar wasn't stocked and all the dishes were dirty. All of our food was subpar and to top it off they couldn't properly execute a grilled cheese and fries. All the fries had been reheated more times than I would like to know. When we complained they were plain out rude and did nothing to justify the situation. We will not be going back! They have lost our business.

The worst food ever and now we're all wondering if we should go to the hospital that's how bad it was and the service sucked!

Nice place for a lunch or dinner. basic food, nothing fancy. They do have a salad bar. They are very reasonable, sort of a Denny's price range with a bit tastier selection.

Ate here while on a road trip. Service was excellent. Food was like home cooking. The meals was good for a family budget for four. Only bad thing is the pot roast with gravy was bland. But kids meal with mini pan cakes and eggs with bacon was good for kids. And the meat lovers omelet was ok. Didn't know that there was going to be gravy on top of it because it didn't say that on the menu.

Hit the spot for dinner on the road from Williams, AZ to Laughlin. Friendly service and they serve breakfast all day long! They also have a salad/soup/fruit bar that you can add for $1.99. I had an omelette (always a sucker for breakfast!) and the rest of the family had the meatloaf special, the steak sandwich and the kids spaghetti. Pretty reasonable for a diner-type place.

Had dinner here while staying at the Best Western next door. Really friendly staff. We had take away and the food was ready in good time and of a good quality. Fries were particularly good. Kids eat free on Wednesdays. I would usually not think highly of this type of chain diner preferring a real diner but I was pleasantly surprised. Would eat here again.

It's kind of like a Denny's, only with slower service. Do yourself a favor if you're in a hurry and hit the Denny's on the other side of the interstate.

After a 12 hour road trip, my son and I checked into a local Kingman, AZ hotel and since it was already 9pm, we asked the desk clerk for her recommendation of a restaurant where we could enjoy a good meal and a glass of wine/beer. She recommend JB's Restaurant. We arrived at 9:20 pm, and the sign on the door indicated they were open until 10:00 pm. We weren't going ot order anything fancy, we just wanted a good meal, so we went in. The decor was kind of dated and tacky and after the meal, I went to the bathroom and it was NOT clean by any stretch of the imagination. We stood at the waitress stand for three minutes before I finally went scouting around by the kitchen asking, "is anyone home?" It was obvious that they had already started to break down the kitchen. There were only two other parties in the dining room, a four top and a three top. Finally a pleasant lady arrived, greeted us warmly, sat us at a booth and took our order. My son ordered a Patty Melt and I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. When the food arrived, the color that came to mind was "gray." There was no color, no garnish and no creativity in the plating of the food. My son's side of cream of broccoli soup was cool and his Patty Melt was dry. The restaurant only had one wine selection, a blush wine, and only offered it by the glass. My quessadilla was tasty, but obviously was heavily saturated wtih grease. The waitess credited our bill for the cool soup, but despite her cheery and helpful attitude, the quality of the food was definitely lacking and I would not return.

Not worth it. Breakfast buffet was horrible. Customer service was alright. I should've went to Denny's instead but oh well we learn from our mistakes.

This place should be all over the world. The service was excellent and the food gr8. I will be back. The hostess had a very good attitude and the server couldn't have been better. Seems the atmosphere made us feel at home. Thanks JB's!

I had thought that being a national restaurant this JB's would be like all the others I've ate at. First off, when you walk in it takes forever for the hostess to acknowledge your presence. Then even though I saw a lot of open tables, she sat us in the back room and I believe they forgot us in there. We continued to sit there without the waitress coming over for 20 mins. When she finally decided to come over and take our drink order, it was another 10 mins to get them which unfortunately left us plenty of time to look around at how dirty the dining area is. I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. It's a wonder it passes health inspections. After over a half hour we decided to cut our losses and just pay for the drinks and leave. As we were paying, the manager walked by and she was wearing so much perfume it was nauseating. Why would anyone want to eat when all they can smell is cheap perfume, not their food?

We came here after checking into the Best Western next door and barely made it before they closed. Service was very nice for being there while they closed up. The steak was tasty and the pot roast pretty good. The salad bar looked like it was actually pretty good. Best thing? They have beer.

They serve breakfast all day long - how can you beat that? And the fresh baked pies?! If you can't find something to eat on their menu then you just aren't hungry. The staff is also very nice.

This place is like a Denny's, but with much better service and steaks that actually taste good. The prices are cheap and service is reasonable. It is great for eating a breakfast before hitting the road. The restrooms are roomy and clean, at least the one I used.
