This is by far the Best Starbucks I have ever been too. They have the best customer service I have ever had. They go above and beyond their jobs. I always feel very welcomed at this location. The Staff is extremely friendly and inviting. This is a Starbucks where your not just order a but a person. I would Highly Recommend this Starbucks to everyone.

Ok from my to my work I pass by 4 Starbucks locations and none of them can do my coffee right! Grrr! It's not rocket science people! Lol. Anyways this Starbucks location did not just get my iced coffee to a science, they have a very friendly staff, and for some reason they are all smiling:) I like that:) My day goes better with a few smiles in the morning, so I smile back:) Iced Coffee done right + beautiful smiles in the morning = Instant gratification! :)

I'm a starbucks partner visiting from out of state and this store is always my favorite when I'm in town. The baristas are friendly, helpful and fast! I'm usually here with my family for travel baseball making my orders usually 5+ drinks and this store is consistently considerate. Thank you!

Not too bad of a wait. Got some great drinks that were made exactly as ordered. The staff here are really nice and friendly. The cashier asked me if he could check if I had a free drink on my card. No one ever offers that to me. These people are great! What a treat!

Pretty rude telling us to wait and then on top of it they do not accept the Starbucks cards here. We walked out....too bad cuz we are gold card holders too. Will not return to this location based on the rude service alone. Across the street is a much friendlier location I am reviewing the Starbucks inside the Barnes and Noble.....terrible

Typical Starbucks. Was very busy on a Sunday, with about 10 people in line at 11am. The outdoor area is okay...looks over the parking lot. Bathroom was pretty dirty--typical for most Starbucks. The coffees were ok.

This Starbuck location is a pig pen. It's been dirty for years. I don't understand how it can still be open. I wrote to complain about how dirty it was several years ago. I guess Starbucks Corp didn't follow their promise to check it out..Don't go there.

I get the things get quite busy at Starbucks but they lined the cups all the way around the counter in front of where the guests are paying. I watch as a child in front of me grabs one of the cups that is obviously in line and belongs to someone else. After her fingers have been inside the cup her mother puts the cup back. When I get to the front to order I ask if they could put my cup someplace else cause I prefer that it not be exposed to the elements. They told me no and tried to assure me that my cup would not be touched although I just watched a child right in front of me do that very thing which I explained.

After a year of weekly coffee dates with my husband and meeting friends and clients here we refuse to go back because of a group of business owners from a local shop who seem to just hang out there all day and smoke within the legal boundaries and they don't seem to be able to control these repeat offenders. If they can't control these repeat offenders we won't be back. Sad because we really liked this store.

unlike most Starbuck's they do not put out skim milk. you have to wait for the barista to get free so you can ask for skim milk. I've stopped going to this poorly appointed coffee shop. so much for corporate standards and consistency.

It was crowded and pretty slow during our visit, but it's the standard coffee you get at any other location. It was perfect for our stop along I-10, but not somewhere we wanted to linger. Although, they do have a bunch of outdoor seating.

I was in need of a fix and they actually had a few pastries on the menu that I hadn't seen at other locations.. not that i tried them, but i noted them! :) Someone said that this is actually the one on Dysart - FYI

It's very poorly laid out, it seems no matter where you stand you're in the way. Only real plus is it's a few cents cheaper then the Dysart drive-thru location, but personally that doesn't change anything. I'll grab a coffee here if I'm heading into Target, but more often then not I've already stopped at the Dysart location on my way.

This Starbucks is located on the SE corner of McDowell and Litchfield Rd, next to Michael's in the TARGET shopping Center. I LOVE coffee and I have been to MANY Starbucks, but this location feels so dirty for whatever reason. The patio area feels unclean, (I think I'd rather sit in my car). Inside is ok. Service is ok here, I usually notice ONLY 1 or 2 people working behind the counter whenever I've been here. Today, I only saw one Barista Dude behind the counter and three people waiting at the counter...ok, I'll just go wash my hands....DIRTY restroom too (for a Starbucks!).... AND...whoever was in the Ladies restroom recently must had had a bad case of the "gurglies" and forgot to do a "courtesy flush"!!!! SO GROSS! And the soap pump didn't work, I ran out of there like the place was on fire! It was enough to convince me to go to a different Starbucks for my coffee fix. As much of a JAVA Junkie that I am, I'll probably steer clear of this Starbucks moving forward. Visions of a dirty, diarrhea toilet have ruined it for me here.

It's Starbucks!! They also have a nice patio / seating area with misters outside and a regular crowd, including Goodyear's finest (Think PD) and this location STILL CARRIES cinnamon twists!!
