First for the record, we called two hours before we went to this place to make sure a gift card we received a year ago would be okay. We were told .. No problem at all. Sure. This place was a disaster. You could sense it. You could see the fear in the eyes of the waitstaff and the lack of urgency in the management team. When we were seated we immediately saw that not one, not two but three tables around us were having issues with service. No food, wrong orders .. After a 7 minute wait for a server I went to the hostess station to see if they could fetch a server for us. Then we ordered .. Ordered an appetizer that never came. Upon reminding server about it, it came with the meal. Uhhh, that declassifies it as an appetizer. We order beers and meals and then we present our gift card. Server returns and says (not a quote, but close) 'we don't have a machine to run this so we can't take it.' Not an offer to ask, not an offer to try and make things right, just an unceremonious unwillingness to help. We ask for a manager. After about 10 minutes they decide they will deduct the gift card, that they will not charge us for the misbegotten appetizer and we get this chestnut of an excuse from the boss .. (again close to a quote) 'We've only been open a week .. Blah blah blah.' Memo #1 to Native and the corporation opening these stores: This is NOT an acceptable reason for poor service. If you're not ready to open, THEN DON'T OPEN! Memo #2 to Native: There is a Buffalo Wild Wings about 10 minutes down McDowell Road from your place. We're going there.

Super nice looking place with really good atmosphere! Me and the hubs decided to check it out since texas roadhouse was too busy, and we loved it! Fantastic employees like Jackson made our experience better than usual. Oh, and 59 cent wings on tuesdays! Can't beat that!!!!!

The restaurant looks great...clean and well kept. It's a bit on the small size, which means lots of waiting on a Friday night. There are no misters on the patio and only two seats for patrons waiting to be seated. My husband and I ordered the same thing: a chicken strip meal that comes with French fries and cole slaw. I asked for double slaw and no fries; Husband asked for double fries and no slaw...a pretty easy order. They messed it up. The portions were skimpy at best. The French fries were literally pathetic, the cups of slaw less than half filled. To top it off, my drink was bone dry (were talking not even a little melted ice) for 14 minutes (from the time I started counting).

Food is expensive and lacks taste, creativity, and portions. The only thing this place has going for it is the beer and apparently keeps alive with regulars who play trivia.

I went there about a week in half ago on the weekend and had a bartender Michelle. I asked her to make a drink my local Native makes and has on the menu. I appreciated the effort however i waited at the bar with the drink untouched for over an hour. My friend ordered a rum and coke and that came out very nasty as well, although she tried to drink it. Not once did she come up to us and ask if we needed anything or if something was wrong since our drinks were full, and when i tried to get her attention she would ignore us. I decided to go once more the see if a different bartender would be as good as the service in Flagstaff. Well Maria was the best bartender i've ever had. She was friendly, made sure we always had a drink and even suggested a few drinks to us that we now love!!! Definitely ended up spending more that we expected but worth it for the servic we got from Maria. Hope she is working this weekend since we will be there for the Cardinals game.

If I come in during the day the service and food is first rate. Then...........I come in at 6:15 to eat dinner with my wife. The food tastes like oil. I had the club and there was sooooooooooooo much mayo it was dripping off the sandwich. Our waitress had time to giggle and laugh with the other servers but not tend to our table If it was not for the great service we get normally I would not come back Lot of other choices.

Visited while we were in Goodyear on Sunday. Our server, Maria was awesome! Great drinks, great service! We will be back for drinks when we visit Goodyear next time.

My husband and I have been there about three times. We have had one good waiter and two that were not-so-great. One waiter seemed overwhelmed and nervous, even though he had only a few tables. He spoke so fast, we could barely understand him. The food at Native Grill & Wings is only so-so. As a vegetarian, I am limited in what I can eat there. I have ordered a dinner salad that had strawberries, apples, nuts and cheese. It was fresh enough, but the vinagrette was very tart. My husband has tried their wings, their pizza, and a sandwich. He was unimpressed with all of it. Also, it's usually very loud in there, whether the dining room is full or not. There are always families there with screaming kids who are undisciplined and running around. I realize the staff can't do anything about that. The restaurant floor is often dirty - littered with napkins, food, etc. The last time we dined there was in March. We won't be going back. The atmosphere is too chaotic, and the service and the food are just mediocre. There are plenty of other better places to eat in the area.

The actual restaurant looks really great and was clean but the food is not something that will have me back again. We ordered the Loaded Fries as an appetizer and those were really good. For our entree we each ordered wings, my husband got the hot chicken strips and I got the boneless honey bbq wings. For a place that has "wings" in their name they sure do suck. The sauce on mine tastes like something you'd get out of a bottle at the grocery store and the actual temperature of the meat was hardly warm. My husband said his weren't anything special and he woud much rather go to our usual chain restaurant for wings and beer. As for the service, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't exceptional.

Their food is the same poor quality over priced expensive crap as you received at native new yorker. Their wings are small and priced by weight. They can rebrand themselves as much as they want but until they start making items fresh and not frozen they will die. They may stay open since we get an influx of snowbirds and catus league folk. When Oregano's opens it is going to destroy them. Oregano's has the best wings in the valley because they cook them fresh. They don't half cook them like Native and every other bar around does. If you want bearable wings go to Austins. Ironically its in the same spot as native new yorker was in. If you can hold out a couple months wait for Oregano's.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Met expectations, nothing under or over. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the open air. We ordered a cheeseburger and the cali cluck. Cheeseburger was very good, fresh. The cali cluck I would probably not order again as the ciabatta roll overwhelmed the small piece of chicken/avocado. Bartender was nice and service was good.

Once again we made the mistake to give this place another try. The service is crap and their food is even worse. We politely asked for our wings before our pizza and with no apologies or agknowledgment from the waitress she brought the pizza and wings together. We ordered 24 wings and they served us 20 cold wings. We brought the wings to her attention and she brought us out the rest. When asked how everything was we just said good ..... Even though the wings were cold and the pizza was super soggy, we just said quietly to each other that we won't return. Unfortunitley it gets worse ...... My husband found what he thought was a chicken bone under the cheese in his pizza, turns out it was one of the plastic zippers from the big bags of cheese. It was a big piece of plastic!!! They offer to take care of the check but when we get the check the drinks are still on there, my husband told the manager that they should have taken care of the whole thing...... The manager was very on the edge and aggressive with us ...... He called my husband a jerk and was very unperfessional, I've never seen anything like this before or have been treated like this before... He continued to egg us on even when leaving the establishment.. We weren't at the bar drinking and acting foolish we were simply there for dinner with our 10 and 8 year old. I am completely embarrassed and surprised how this "manager" handled the situation. It ended up our fault that the plastic was in their disgusting pizza! I will never go back there again. I will also make sure to tell everyone in litchfield park to do the same.
