Pretty standard Starbucks. I don't think this one gets too crowded which is kind of nice. I've been here to many times if I'm the DUKE.

This is a new location to me. The one on Pinnacle Peak closed. And, thank goodness because the service there was the worst. Mostly old ladies worked there and they were slower than molasses. But at this HV location the servers are younger, quick, and not wasting time when people are in a rush. Recommend it. Also has drive thru!

It's the same friendly staff that was at the old Starbucks on 39th and Pinnacle. They make everything perfect! Every now and then they have gotten my drinks mixed up but they happily fix it!

This is a good Starbucks experience with all the expected amenities of WiFi, good coffee, happy service and some great people watching. However, beware of the cranky barista. Although my mom can be a bit much on the drink customization, that's no need for an eye-roll and huff. I would chalk it up to a bad day (everyone has them, even if they're made in the Starbucks Barista Kitchen, where only happy people are born). However, I've heard her be a bit short and huffy with a few customers. Overall, a great Starbucks in a great location.

Been a Starbucks customer for many years and this is the local store by our house and they are the best. No matter how long the line, the wait time is always quick and the drinks are always right. They are a chipper group and make the visit personal and enjoyable.

Literally the worlds slowest Starbucks on earth. No matter what time of day or what day of the week. Idk what these baristas are doing wrong or differently then other drive thru locations, but this is ridiculous! I got in line at 10:04am. It's now 10:12am and I have yet to even place my drink order! It would probably be faster to drive to the other drive thru location 10 minutes away from my house. They are always nice at the window but NEVER apologize for the long waits. They really need to be retrained on how to handle the drive thru window properly. I can understand back ups once in awhile, but not every single attempt at the store. This was my last time coming to this location, I will visit the 7th st and bell road drive thru location instead from now on because they always have my order in and in out of the drive thru no longer then 10 minutes.

Thats a bummer that they move the Starbucks over here. :( But I love the drive thru here. Long lines, but it moves quickly.... sometimes. :) it's smaller than usual. Very clean, great bartista here.

Service here was slow. The girl that took our order took three extra minutes with every person! There was only one barista and one register! It was 8:30AM and full of people! You would think they would have more staff! Finally the barista opened a second register and started to take orders, but then it's like, who's making the coffee?

I like this one because it has a drive-thru--which is pretty much always packed. But the location and way it's situated is awkward. Cars will back the drive thru line up and block people in their spaces instead of getting off their fat butts and walking in. Always busy, generally fast, always good service.

1 star for actually having a drive-thru and 1 star for the drinks tasting OK. The service (at least drive-thru) is terrible. Not sure what the girl's name is, but the light brown haired worker has a rude, insincere personality and you can tell she hates working at Starbucks. She probably shouldn't work at a place that involves serving people face-to-face constantly. I will gladly get out of my car and get Starbucks at Happy Valley Towne Center.

Absolutely aweful store will NOT return. Drive through service is very unpleasant. Employees give us a tall size when we asked for a grande and gives us next to no cream when we asked. Tasted aweful and aweful customer service will not recommend to anyone will not return. If I could give fewer stars I would.

Slowest SB ever! The staff spends too much chatting and they placed, what seems to be the least experienced person, on the register in the morning rush. It took her 10 minutes to ring up 2 ppl.

I've been to many starbucks locations but this one is my favorite right now. In the mornings it does get a lot of traffic and it does take longer to get to the window. But my coffee always tastes good. Anything I get always has the right flavors that I like. They do know how to make good coffee and the staff is really friendly

I love how close this location is to us however it is the slowest moving and always good us my order. This morning, it was SLOW yet again, both our Venti coffee lattes were Luke warm, not even hot and the worst part they were BOTH 3/4 full!!
