Normally when I come to Starbucks I order a caramel Macchiato a.k.a. latte lol. I like it a lot but if I order a large they over milk it and that's why I'm giving them a three star. I don't like companies out water down my coffee with milk. All other legit copy shops that I go to don't do this except for Starbucks. I'm not saying they're bad I just get annoyed when they do that and I have to ask for extra shots. Also do not really consistent how they make their drinks. Are they good? Are they bad? Well there you go guys three stars it is we don't know. Well I hope the review helped and I'm sure everyone knows were Starbucks is on this is just another average Starbucks nothing special. Only thing legit about this Starbucks is that they have outside seating area. And it seems comfortable other than that that's it

This location is clean and the staff has always been friendly. It's on my way to my carpool so that is a plus! I like to have their ham and cheese for breakfast.

Ya know....Starbucks tend to be all the same. Don't get me wrong. That's a good thing. Friendly staff, good coffee, nice environment. But....this one is...different. I'm a fan of your basic ice coffee. Everywhere, it's primo. Here, it's really gross. I have to get them to add extra sweetner which makes it too sweet but it covers up the terrible taste of coffee which may be brewed too strong. I used to ask for half and half and would always have to get them to remake it because they would put in milk instead. One day I gave up and just drank it to discover I have a terrible milk allergy. The majority of the staff also tend to look angry all the time, and you're quick to get on their nerves if you ask for water. Ooh, they don't like that. I now just go to Dunkin or the Starbucks inside Safeway.

Great patio, extremely busy & tight quarters inside. I always wish for a drive through at this location, overall clean & efficient.

Still slow. Still sucks. Still forced come here because it by my house. Come here to view the wonder "cup traffic jam" on the counter at any given time.

The staff here has always been pretty good - even when I brought another store's mistake to them to fix. The reason they get 5 stars is the patio.... huge, shaded with trees, and lots of seating. I love sitting outside here on a nice day!

This has been a local haunt since I we a kid. I've been coming here for over ten years and still enjoy it (I feel old). I like trying new places instead of just going to Starbucks all the time but it's close, wifi is always available, and it's open pretty late so why not come here? People are nice here and you see the same friendly faces, which is great. They renovated a few years ago and the design looks so much better. I can barely remember what it looked like before. If you've never been to a Starbucks before, here are my favs: -Iced white mocha with soy: sweet and wakes you right up -Flat white: a regular cup of joe with a little pizzazz -Chai tea latte either hot or iced with soy: something yummy and sweet without the coffee jolt -Mango iced tea: simple twist on a regular black tea Enjoy.

This Starbucks lacks good workers. They don't talk they just look at you when you try to make a joke or try to talk to them. I love when workers are full of energy talking and being loud. You make drinks. You can't be happy making drinks? Really that hard? Come on!

Pretty much what we've come to expect from a Starbucks. Decent location with the usual fixings of great coffee, friendly staff, free wifi with inside and outside seating available. Seasonal selections for fall are always my favorite. Caramel frapacinno and caramel macchiato are my two favorite. Iced teas are always pretty good too. Parking located all around this location.

This place is literally in walking distance from me making it unfathomably irresistible to try, so I did. The million dollar question is, how does this Starbucks differ from the rest? It is a chain after all. Well I'll tell you. After its recent remodel it's one of the nicest in the valley, as well as one of the cleanest, with one of the nicest staff. Whether you're sitting inside or out, it's enjoyable. It seems the main complaint here on Yelp from others is the "smokers." Well I personally don't think the staff has the time and energy to constantly check on this issue as they make coffee. The best thing they can do is put up signs. Maybe you, the patron should suggest something to the smokers you are vehemently eyeing. :P

I've been coming to this Starbucks for over a decade now since it has the best outside seating of any coffee shop on this side of town. There are several unplanned groups of regulars who meet here most days of the week and a lot of smaller groups and individuals from the pharmacy college nearby who come to study. Quite a few friendly people and pretty girls. It's a nice place to hang out and drink and there's almost always an off-duty or uniformed police officer somewhere inside grabbing a drink. The staff is always friendly and knows your drink after just a couple visits. The recent renovations are also an improvement but it still definitely doesn't have enough seating sometimes. The patio outside used to be really bad because of smokers. So bad that I stopped coming here for a long time. They've mostly clamped down on people smoking now but people smoke outside after dark when the staff doesn't check anymore and there and even during the day, people cheat the system by standing just outside the fence to keep talking to their friends while they smoke, defeating the whole purpose of the smoking ban. Continued smoking irritation is the only reason it's not getting. 5 stars. If they fixed that, it'd be a great place. Start serving beer and I'd never leave.

Slowest Starbucks in history no matter how many people they have working. The best Starbucks in the area is at the frys at 59th or safeway at 67th. If the kiosks could give the reward drinks I would never have to go to a store again.

Okay if you are a smoker, prepare to be offended. I drive by this Starbucks Coffee often and it looks perfect from a distance. The misters are going full force putting out billows of mist. The grass is a lush green and the plants around it give it a tropical feel. The deck is amazing with about 20 tables that seat 2-5 people each. The tables have umbrellas and shade trees above them and the place is ducked back out of the way of the general public - away from the hustle and bustle - in its own little private oasis. But upon closer approach, it begins to loose its charming appeal. As I got closer, I noticed that the billows of mist were not solely mist but more like billows of cigarette smoke, and the odor confirmed it. As I was walking from my car and even before I got to the pavement, I began to smell the scent of tobacco and addiction. I gave it a shot though. I coughed my way across the deck looking for a seat that was not located next to the smokers, but there were none. Oh, there were seats available, but the deck was filled with addicts sucking away at their poison and ignorantly blowing it into my air. No, no place for a non-smoker or anyone who is semi-health conscious. But this is a place of vices - after all, it is coffee - caffeine and another form of addiction so - really - what else should I have expected? The deck and all of the beauty outside literally disappeared behind a giant wall of smoke, and the smell was horrible. I quickly walked inside where I could breathe without taking years off of my life, and it was okay inside. There were a few comfy looking couches, a few wooden tables with wooden seats and one long bench area with tables. It worked. I was comfortable. The coffee bar was small. They did not have Stevia, but they did have chocolate and cinnamon and Splenda. I did not see computers so idk if they had wifi. The inside was not very peaceful and I found myself wishing I could sit outside. It looks like the smokers dominate this place. I will not go back. I would love to be able to sit outside and feel that I should be able to without breathing in all the poison and stink - but like I said, it is a place of vices. If you smoke, you should really like it. They even have live music outside sometimes. I was disappointed and did not stay. I left to go get a movie and went home smelling like an ash tray - not very attractive at all - which was especially bad considering this was a date night.

Bad location for many reasons. Parking is inadequate. There's nowhere near enough seating for the volume that this place has. There's not enough room to accommodate the morning line to order. Consistent like most Starbucks locations are, however not as appealing to those of us who prefer black coffee because they no longer rotate the coffee varietal in the drip. Everyday it's the same now, over and over and over and over. Great decision, Starbucks.

Surprisingly relaxing find next to one of the former Blockbuster locations. Very attentive and friendly staff, and service is generally spot on. You could miss this one if you don't know where to look, but it's worth checking out.

They stop making decaf at 12. So I was told, that's odd since you would figure a lot of people don't want caffeine later in the day. Oh well. It is what it is.

This is pretty funny - so I reviewed this place back in 2010 and an ex-employee (the guy who I placed the review about) commented on my review which I refuse to post. But in a nutshell he said if I didn't get caramel in my drink then I probably didn't need it any way? Hahaha! Why would they have a caramel frap without the caramel? Wouldn't I order something else? I mean I know I don't "need" caramel in my drink but that's the purpose of ordering a caramel frap. Wow! Maybe that's the reason he no longer works there? If you work at place where the recipe calls for sugar then it's probably best that you put sugar in the recipe. Oh and he also said that Arizona doesn't move 100 mph like California. I don't understand what that has to do with making my drink? I was the only one there waiting on a drink - he had no other orders, so it takes longer than 15 minutes to make an incorrect frap? Any way....

Just like any other Starbucks, great drinks and great atmosphere. But the staff is excellent here. Cathy and Alexa were so helpful and went out of their way to give us great service. Refreshing smiles, even during the slow hours!

This location is conveniently located near the freeway. It gets busy, but they are efficient and get the drinks out in a reasonable amount of time. For how busy they get, they manage to keep the place reasonably clean and orderly. One of the prettier patios starbucks has in the valley. I don't mind the smokers, but there have been a few times when a group of them sit next to me and billows of smoke come my way. And its too packed to find another seat, especially since its has been 80 degrees in most of November. It still doesn't deter me from enjoying the patio scene. Finding a seat is a problem during their peak times. It would be great if they could take over the business next door and expand just a tad bit. It can be hectic when the morning rush line forms, so this Starbucks could benefit with a little more room. Parking is not a challenge for me, even during their morning crush. Compared to other Starbucks I have been to across the country, this one is really not too bad. You will have a problem if you are just aiming for the L shape lot directly in front of the door and the side. I usually go to the huge lot kitty corner to it (between kinder care and those empty businesses) or across to the bank lot, walk time is 20 maybe 40 seconds longer. But maybe to your typical surburbanite in a hurry, it can be frusturating and challenging to get into the front row. Overall a good starbucks.

I have been to this Starbucks growing up as a kid. The baristas working here always did an amazing job. Last night I went and was disappointed with how the baristas represented Starbucks. They were talking instead of helping us. They never asked for my name to write it on the cup. They took longer than I am used to at Starbucks to make my drink, because they were talking. Then after my drink was made they didn't call out what it was or whose it was. After making a second drink they called out mine. I had asked for extra toppings but the drink was so hot all the whipped cream had melted. I went to the counter to ask for some whipped cream, and again had to wait while the barista made a drink and then washed out the blender before being helped. Then when I told him what I'd like he says, "Oh that's what you were saying" adds the topping and pushes the drink on the counter towards me. He didn't replace the lid or act politely. They were not busy either nor were they understaffed. I absolutely love Starbucks, and the remodel here looks fabulous! I just wish I had a different experience last night.

I've been going to this Starbucks for many years now and thoroughly enjoy going there to get my coffee fix. While I'll agree that the parking can be a bit challenging during peak times I will say there is plenty of parkiing if you don't mind a short walk from the adjacent bank parking lot. As for the patio - I do not agree with the review that it is a smoky nightmare...haha - I have sat out there plenty of times with my family (including small kids) and have not had a hard time breathing. The staff of this Starbucks are some of the most friendliest people you will meet.
