Stopped here after driving 500 miles. Our party had a bbq salad, two different wraps, and some boneless wings. Kitchen was a little slow, but we all enjoyed our food and the waitress was very good, courteous and attentive.

We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. We were second in line to be seated after a fully of four. We stood for 3 minutes, after watching the manger look at us and walk to the back, then have the hostess or waitress come by ask how many.... And disappeared. Another minute or two go by while she served another table. The manager came back to seat someone, but I don't think he could figure it out either for another Minute we explained we are spectate parties and the family of 4 is next. We left!

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings about an hour ago and ordered a small order of medium boneless wings. We brought them home to enjoy, but NO, they were terrible. They were little, heavily breaded chunks of white meat with an okay sauce. I will NOT be returning to this location.

If I get out of town late on my way to Lake Powell, I stop to spend the night in Flagstaff. Here's the drill. Head for WalMart to get your RV, trailer, pickup bed...whatever, set up. Park right next to the Insane Clown Posse tour bus.....what???????? Yeah, I know, I thought these fucks fell off the face of the earth too. Apparently not. What's this got to do with BWW? Plenty. BWW is located in the same strip mall as WalMart, making dinner & drinking plans a foregone conclusion as you take the short stroll in for a fun evening. BWW also serves Coor's Banquet, one of the few places in Arizona that does. And if you get super-cronked, they feature a hot wing challenge. I wouldn't recommend taking it, but rather, ask your server to inform you if someone goes for it. This way you can cheer them on to doing something spectacularly stupid, speaking from experience of course. Then stumble back to the stabbin cabin to sleep it off as you listen to the ICP's tour bus generator run all fucking night long. I never liked those guys. Even less now. Note: Tuesday is cheap wing night. But expect a packed joint 'cause every NAU student and their besty is in here on that night. The mango habanero wings are my favorite.

Upon walking into the facility, the hostess was demeaning and had rude comments about relaxing because finals were over, even though I don't attend school and how our group was sitting. She also sat us in the bar area when we asked for a booth. If the food wasn't so delicious I probably would not be back to the flagstaff buffalo wild wings.

I have been to numerous B Dubs in the valley and have always had decently pleasant experiences, but this location is by far the worse of them all. It took about 30 minutes to receive a dozen wings, and I noticed that there was a disgusting layer of blood on one of the wings after eating it. I asked the waitress (who was in training) if this was normal, and she said that it was. $40 for a couple dozen wings, some cold fries, two drinks, and cheap little carrots in a generic little container was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on food. To top everything off, I'm now home with food poisoning. There are plenty of restaurants in this town with decent wings, so do yourself a favor and skip this location.

McDonalds food at a premium. This is basically fast food where you get to order non-local beer and watch sports on TV. If you are into that, great. If not, avoid it. The food is horrible. The sauce - HOT means HOT. I won't be back.

This place is a big flop. You pay a lot of money for cheap beer and greasy food. The worst part is you can barely see the games you're trying to watch, and every 15- 20 minutes the wait staff changes the channel.

I was there getting wings on a busy night and when I asked what was taking them so long (18 wings=40 mins) the waitress just apologized because they had to send a cook home for being ill. Naturally knowing a cook was allowed to stay sick in the kitchen I was a little uncomfortable. I have worked as a server at several jobs before and know that for a cook to get sent home, especially on a busy night, for being sick means he was pretty sick. So I was grossed out. I then asked to speak to the manager about the wait and just see what was up. When he finally showed up about 10 minutes later, I had a new complaint about my wings that took so long to just arrive cold and in the wrong flavor. He immediately got me fresh wings that still were only luke warm but I bit the bullet and as a peace offering he gave me a $5 gift certificate. I told him where I'm from we don't have Buffalo Wild Wings so this does nothing for me. He apologized and said that's all he could do so I asked for his manager and he told me he was the store manager. At this point a just decided it wasn't worth it and refused to pay and after a lot of bargaining I finally only paid for my beer. A+ for chasing clientele away. I stayed patient for nearly and hour only to leave hungry and knowing i'll try the other places around town before I even think Buffalo Wild Wings

Coming from the birthplace of B-Dubs, I am happy to have so many great ones around us. The Flagstaff B-Dubs is always top notch. Plenty of televisions around the place, unbeatable wings, great drink prices. I love this place!

Here's why I really dislike this place: the food tastes pretty lame, and the service is the pits. Honestly, if this weren't a chain, they have the perfect recipe for closure. The only reason why I go here at all is because a lot of my friends like to go out to eat here. There's only one gluten free thing on the menu by the way: the naked tenders, which are rubbery and have absolutely no flavor (they're just a vehicle for the bbq sauce). The last time I went there was the kicker, and I will not be going back because of my experience. Our waitress, I believe her name was Ashley, let us know that the chefs accidentally made us an extra 6 piece of the hottest wings (Blazin' hot), something that's usually a "yay!" moment. Not so much. She then put down a box of FIVE wings and said, "So, I tried one of these, and it made me want to throw up because it was so hot." Wow, seriously? So, she ate our food, and then basically told us that it made her sick. Not going back EVER AGAIN.

Second rate wings - they were cooked but lacked semblance of crunch of a fried wing. What they called "jerk" bears no semblance to jerk. The two stars are for the Salt & Vinegar fries. There has to be a better wing in Flagstaff ...

Friendly staff... It was Nice. Maybe because we had good waiter. But the food service was kinda slow.

It started out okay. It took about 5 minutes or so for us to get seated, since it was so busy. I decided to go and wash my hands while I waited, and I had a lot of trouble finding the restrooms. There was no sign indicating where the restrooms were in sight, so I decided to ask a waiter there where the restrooms were. I asked her, and she said, "Oh, you just go left and down the hall." I was confused, because there were no clear lefts in sight, and there were certainly no halls either. Then she said, "Here, let me show you," and took me to the restrooms. Even though I got to the restroom eventually, she had done a terrible job of giving me directions. The service was TERRIBLE. We waited about an hour to get our food and about 30 minutes to get our drinks. When we got our food, it tasted okay, but it was DEFINITELY not worth the wait. The food was gigantic, and two people probably could eat it. I got a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and it was huge. Then I asked for another root beer. The waitress said, "Sorry, but the parents said no more root beer." I went and checked with my mom and she said that she had never told the waitress not to get us more root beer. I was pretty angry about this, since I really don't get hyper off of root beer or Sprite. I really hate this place and I hate all Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is ALWAYS crappy, the food is WAY too big, and it doesn't even taste all that great. I would NEVER recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to someone in my life, not even the people I hate. In fact, I would try and warn people about this place. Do not go here. It's terrible.

I've been able to eat here and never get sick. This is a very vegetarian friendly place. I recommend it to anyone who's wanting to have a good night with a lot of friends. I've had great service here. One of my best nights here was when a waitress challenged me to eat pretty much all the hot sauces they had. She kept bringing out hotter and hotter sauces and was amazed when I was perfectly fine. She and I had a great time and I made sure to leave her an excellent tip.

I've been to a few different BWW around SoCal and each time it's the same problems - can't find a TV with a Kings game on, it's obnoxiously loud inside, and no one wants to offer service. This Flagstaff location totally broke that streak of bad times at BWW and even raised a bar on what I expect now. Maybe it was easier on this Saturday to get a hockey game on because football is over (thank goodness). The manager was quick to find a screen for my teammates and me. GO KINGS GO! They beat Tampa Bay 4-2. The food was very good, even though I got my usual of a buffalo chicken tender wrap with chips. Everything seemed fresh inside and the tenders were crispy with tender meat. What was over the top though was the service we received from Josh. Seriously Josh, go find a high-end steakhouse in town and make more money bro. Great attitude, very attentive, smiles at every turn. I did tell each manager, and two stopped at our table to check on things, that Josh was top notch. In fact, he was almost too nice to the point that I'll expect that now from every BWW I visit for more Kings games.

I've been to this location several times in the 2 years I've live here. Without fail every time I visited, I have gotten very poor service, food orders messed up, no refills, etc. since it is the only bdubs in town we keep finding ourselves coming back and yesterday when we came in we were very pleased. The place was packed for football which was expected. We were given over an hour wait time, and got seated within 15 min of being there. Our server Morgan was outstanding. She got our order correct, we never had to ask for a refill and was constantly checking on us throughout our meal and without being overwhelming. This was by far the best service we have ever gotten at Buffalo Wild Wings, thank you Morgan!

  • Rob Z.

Worst service I've had in over three years. My waiter not only screwed up the order but decided to sit down with a table of girls and flirt as opposed to fix it. Approached the manager to close out my ticket (waiter was nowhere to be found) took another 20 minutes because he did the exact same thing. (Sat down with another girl at the bar) amazing the junk shows you can find.

    (1)
  • Danny B.

We had poor service and the food was so so.. We ordered drinks first and the waitress forgot about the order. We had to remind her about them. We ask her about two of the menu items and on one item, she had no clue and on the other, she was totally wrong. We won't be going back.

  • Cole M.

Ordered some food to go after shopping at Bootbarn next door. Food came out in 3-4 minutes. So quick! Server was extremely friendly and super nice to all of the rowdy kids in the lobby. Certainly one of the better BWW I've been to!

  • Carl S.

Like all the rest say, SERVICE SUCKED! 30 min before a waitress even checked on us? All we wanted was an appetizer and a couple beers. Seems like that is hard for them to take care of. I do understand that everywhere has an "off" night, but this was our 3rd try. Every one was the same. Seems like if you want good service you should drive a 1/4 mile and go to Native

    (1)
  • Natalie G.

I always have a good time at buffalo. I stay for hours eating wings & having a few beers. The service is always great. The atmosphere is great too. Love it.

Kids like the food but twice now for takeout I was quoted 15-20 mins and had to wait over 35. Also had two parties order after me and get their food first. PHONE IN IF YOURE GONNA GET TAKE OUT OR GO ELSEWHERE.

Pooky makes a bomb Long Island iced tea (don't get it from anyone else). mike is by far the best server. We had a great time. Grab the trivia boards and have some fun

    (4)
  • Adam S.

Honestly, this place sucks. You have to wait forever to get an order in and the food? Well there's a reason why there are so many sauces...it's because the wings themselves are straight up not good. For my money, I'd go to Taco Los Altos up the street.

    (1)
  • Casey O.

This place used to be awesome. Like when you could order a dozen wings and they didn't think your crazy or not understand you. Or back when I would go ever single Tuesday for their 30¢ wings. Now it's overpriced, long lines and run of the mil college employees who really don't care. At least they still have the blazing wing challenge ;)

    (3)
  • Matthew M.

They did better this time. Lets just say they need to stick to wings....which they only do right half the time.

    (2)

Service was great. Food was what I expected. Drinks were corrected by Pooky - well done!

After reading a bunch of reviews, I was a little bit weary of coming here, but our experience was amazing! We were seated quickly, the waiter was personable, and the management went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a spill and the all staff responded quickly. It was a busy time, during happy hour, but the waiter made sure we were still taken care of. We ordered wings and they were served hot and well-sauced. No complaints here, we will be back next week.

So want to start out with I really like Buffalo Wild Wings in general. But tonight had to be the worst experience I have ever had. Waitress in bar was very rude. We had them make us pulled pork nachos. When they came had very little cheese and almost no pulled pork. Asked her to bring more cheese while waiting for the cheese noticed a hair on top of a nacho. Normally I can let stuff go but it really made me mad the service and food tonight.

  • David K.

I've been to a few of these places and I gotta honestly say they all suck. Took over 30 mins to be seated and wouldn't even let me stand by the bar to watch the tvs. Finally got seated and couldn't get a waitress. Staff manager had to take our order. Waiter finally showed up and ignored me just talked to my girlfriend.. Until it was time for the check, then he was real cool.. Shocking. Food is regular ass bar food. Wings are so small and dry, just a weak ass showing.

  • Neightrix S.

I've been to several different locations and can say I have experienced mediocre to horrible service but I can honestly say that this experience has been amazing... After putting our name on the 40 minute wait list we were approached by manager Rich and asked him about the seating procedures he offered to bring me a drink while I waited... 15 minutes after we arrived we reached our table... It was a busy Sunday and the entire staff was genuinely nice... I would generally stay away from a place like this on football Sunday but after today I'm looking forward to coming back!!!

    (5)
  • Mysti A.

I to say it but Bad...slow service, cold food! Yuck! Waited over 40 minutes waiting no refills on our drinks, basically ignored. When the food came out it was cold to touch, not even warm. They Still had the nerve to charge us! I am not one to go to chain places but the place we had in mind was closed. Very disappointed.

    (1)
  • Lynn M.

Service was okay (Casey was our server, took a long time to get a refill on my water), food was good (buffalo ranch chicken wrap, too much cheese), and the company was great (I kicked their asses at poker). I'll be back!

    (3)
  • Suzanne P.

Pretty typical BWW. If you come here you know what you're getting: cold beer and bar food. Our service was fast and our server was nice. The beers came out quickly as did the food. Asian zing sauce is deelish but the wings were a bit too crispy. The TV's didn't have a good picture. They were kind of grayish. It was weird and distracted me from football. Might try a new place next time I'm in Flag.

    (3)
  • Crystal F.

Usually get slow service and the portions get smaller every time we go. Good variety of wings but they continue to cut corners. We stopped going a few months ago.

    (2)
  • Ashley S.

Went in on a Saturday early afternoon. Sat in the new bar. It was so cold in there my nose was numb. The service was awful! And the bartender(Eddie)didn't know how to properly make a simple drink. Come on BWW, nice upgrade but poor staffing...

    (1)
  • Josh G.

Just an average BWW. I found the environment friendly but the building was weirdly shaped so it wasn't too efficient with TVs. They had all sorts of channels showing almost every game going on at the time. The beer selection was pretty great but the food wasn't the best. I think of this place as a pefect bar, just located near hotels for travelers though. My second trip was much better! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and always checking in on us despite how busy it was.

    (4)
  • Jocelyn G.

The wings are awesome and the servers are really friendly but our order ALWAYS gets messed up. There hasn't been a single time that they get it perfect. But it's ok, the food is great.

    (4)
  • A. J.

Avoid, unless you want to wait an hour for mediocre food. Don't say you were not warned.

  • Mary C.

Let me say our server Jay saved me from ripping this place. Read the reviews about slow service and dry wings and did not want to come but was convinced by an Arizonan to give it a try. Got there before 6 p.m. on a Saturday night and was seated promptly. Then we were ignored by several blonde servers. Took a couple of tries to get someone to turn the channel on the screen at our booth to the game we wanted to watch. That someone was Jay who was not the server in our section but took our orders and serviced us anyway. He was AWESOME. we ordered a bunch of wings, onion rings, deep fried pickles, boneless wings, side salads and a sampler. Meh. The pickles were too salty. The wings were on the dry side but the sauce made it palatable. The jerk sauce was heavy on the cloves. The energy of the place made up for the meh food and initial it's-not-my-section rude waitresses. ASU upsets USC with no time remaining, and the Giants win in 18 innings. Would I go back? No.

    (3)
  • Cj B.

Absolutely the slowest service I've ever seen anywhere. The place is completely dead and our very simple 2 small boneless order takes 20 minutes to get out!! Yikes

    (1)
  • Orlando G.

Wings were great as usual and beer cold as always. The service was very bad, took forever to get our drinks and place an order. Refills were non existent... They defiantly need to improve there service.

    (3)
  • Chandra S.

During football regular season, before we moved from Houston to Flagstaff, BWW was our favorite spot. The tradition continued after the move and while the food standards seem consistent, the service has been bumpy. I gave them three stars because I've seen improvement. On the food level, the wing sauces are inconsistent in spice levels.. For example, medium is sometimes spicy and sometimes not so much so you never really know what you're getting. This location recently underwent a major renovation and sadly, there have been issues with television wiring and temperature control since. The first few times, the service was BAD. The last time we were here, I had to get a manager involved. Rich, the ASM, stepped up and took care of us, ensuring better service on that visit and today. I have high standards and that's why they are getting three stars. We identified an issue, and they worked to fix it.

    (3)
  • Pamela B.

Waited 15 minutes and took matters into our own hands and went to the bartender for service. Even then it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. The Flatbread pizzas were under cooked but they comped it (that's why I gave a 2 star instead of 1). The bartender left the bar to take drinks to the tables, at most, the bar was unattended for 5+ minutes. Poor service, just a bunch of kids standing around. They desperately need a manager. Not once did we see a manager on the floor.

    (2)
  • Andrea B.

Let me start by saying I am NOT a restaurant or a food snob, by any means. Still though, BWW was kind of gross. We went here because I watched an episode of a tv show that talked extensively about buffalo wings, and I decided I wanted some too. This was the first place we decided to try because it was close and convenient so why the hell not. The wings were mediocre but not terrible. However, the quesadilla was disappointing, and the mac n cheese was just plain gross. It is a lot like microwaveable mac n cheese from the grocery store. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what they were serving. Seriously, wtf. So overall not HORRIBLE but definitely not good. I don't think I will be returning.

This post should be Zero stars. I walked in to B-dubs just me.. Party of 1.. Had to wait 10 minutes, not bad. I could have walked back to the bar but I didn't come here to drink. I came to feed my belly. Low and behold.. The hostess sat me at the bar!? The restaurant was busy, and the bar tender looked slammed. He took my drink order I said just a water. He looked less then thrilled. Again, he looked slammed pouring drinks and obviously had no time to ask me if I wanted to order food. So I waited.. And waited.. Personally I think it's rude to wave down a server or a bar tender when they are slammed. Well after 30 minutes I said screw it, I'm out. It is the worst service I have ever gotten here. And I go about twice a week. Never said anything to the manager cause that never solves anything except to keep me hush hush. Yelp is a better way to let others know how a restaurant rolls. Don't sit at the bar unless your gonna get faded. Definitely stay clear of B-dubs when it is busy.

  • Nicki N.

2nd visit expecting the BEST. the wings were completely dried out= 15 of the medium order = for $14.95 WAAAAAH (overfried or sat too long??) i ordered the garden crasher: supposed to come with cucumber dip, carrots & celery of which none were on the plate. [now i know they couldn't have been out of carrots & celery) don't think we will make the drive up from sedona anymore. :_O

First time at a BWW. This location had a great selection of local AZ microbrews. They were also having a special on boneless wings for .60 cents each. I tried 3 different flavors. Tried the second from the spiciest flavor they had. Childs play. Next time I'm going for the hottest one.

  • M B.

Awful. Insanely ear poundingly loud - to the point that I got a severe headache and had a ringing in my ears for some time after leaving. The food was meh at best, the sodas were incredibly oversweet, like something was wrong with them. Worst restaurant experience I ever recall. Only stayed because my son wanted to give it a shot.

Wow, after reading the reviews - I was shocked! I've been to this location a dozen times and have left happy on each occasion. Food - no surprises here - wings, burgers, etc. (salad with chix in your choice of sauce - is my favorite - Huge!) Good selection of beers and I have always been lucky with good service from a cute waitress. Family and I were just there a week ago and had a great time! I would agree wings are on the small side and the bill can grow quickly, especially for a family or group but, for a once in a while stop - it will do. Ironically, I think this is actually one of the best BWW locations, behind only the Deer Valley one. North Scottsdale location was the worst for me - service there was a joke!

    (4)
  • Steve H.

Seating is not sufficient! We waited 30 minutes to be seated all the while i was looking at empty booths. The service was ok but we felt as if we were being pushed out. The food was good but only Hooters can ruin wings. Didn't like that they want to charge extra for dipping sauce.

I asked to put the UConn game on. There were currently 3 hockey games up. The guy said sorry we can't put the game on. The game ended up going into 6 overtimes. One of the greatest college basketball games ever. Poor service. Dumb staff. Try a flagstaff local restaurant instead.

I ordered 24 traditional wings for carry out at this location with 2 sauces and 2 dry rubs. They charged me for an order of 18 wings and an order for 6 wings with a total of $19.48. If they would have charged me for an order of just 24 wings with 4 different sauces it would have cost me $18.38 withe a savings of $1.10. For every $1,000 transactions for the way they had originally rang me up for, the company would have an extra $1,100 for those transactions. Everyone please realize that you could be saving money.

I have been a frequenter of this Buffalo Wild Wings for about five years now. I usually only get wings from them on wing nights, and typically this is only on the boneless nights. I have sat down at the restaurant many times during this time, though, and so my review will be based on those experiences as well. In general, ordering in by phone and picking up your order at the counter on wing nights where the specials are cheap is usually easy and not too much of a hassle. The only problem I've had with this is that the cooks can take liberty with how much sauce they give you and even the amount of wings they give you. I suggest that if the cashier doesn't open your boxes and show you your food before you leave that you do this on your own. That way if anything is off (not the amount of wings you ordered; not enough sauce; wrong flavors) you can address it right then. In regards to eating in, I haven't had as much of a good time. The food quality is usually better when I eat in because they apply more sauce to the wings and they have the instant response if they mess up. With that said, the service has been very poor about 90% of the time I've eaten in. Usually after being sat (which can take anywhere between a minute if they aren't very busy to a forty five minute wait when they are), it has taken our server far too long to address that we are there. I have found that when the place is busy the servers generally have too much on their plates and end up slacking on filling drinks and checking in on the tables. The wait time for food is usually long, as well, when the place is busy. The food is really good. If you've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings somewhere else, then you know how good it is. But the service almost makes it not worth it. If you like watching sports at a sports bar, this is definitely a great place to go since they have lots of TVs and are always showing the games. The place can get packed on these nights, but if you like that atmosphere, definitely try it out. Overall, I love Buffalo Wild Wings' boneless wings and the sauces that accompany them, but I suggest you skip the eating in in this Flagstaff restaurant and just get the food to-go.

We are regulars here and normally food is good and service is average but tonight we received excellent service from Taylor. She was very friendly and took great care of us. I'm not one to post comments but want to give credit where credit is due.

Slowest service possible! The food is over priced and obviously comes right out of the freezer. Once it took then over an hour for a dozen wings to go. Yes they have alot of tvs but so does best buy.

service was good, okay sports bar but wings were small and over priced! I would go to Louie's Chicken Shack next time! fun sports bar with great food and wings. (at the new location)
