Panda Express makes me so sad... so sad. My family insisted on stopping here because my sister was craving it. Omg. SO OILY!!! Especially because not many people come to this particular Panda, the food has been sitting, not fresh and soaking in oil. Do your health a favor and eat somewhere else. :( I hope I don't have to eat at a Panda Express for a long long while. +1 star because well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and bathroom maintenance.

Not good Panda. Quality is dropping at this location. Recently hit the drive thru and due to no one recognizing I was there I left. Couple weeks later a tried again and this time I at least got help but was told they were out of teriyaki chicken. I left. This past Sunday, easter, my family really wanted to eat here so I gave in. Lucky me I get a chicken bone in my teriyaki chicken and a huge onion peel in my chow mien. I brought these items to the lady that helped us, she showed other employees and tossed the items. No one bothered to apologize, no one offered to replace anything, not a thing. Wow. Going down hill fast friends.

I am a faithful Panda Express eater (yeah yeah yeah calories blah blah blah) and I have to say this is one of the worst locations I have ever been too, and I have been here SEVERAL times. But after this last time I have vowed not to go back. Most Panda's are quick and even if there's a line you know you won't wait long. Not this place! Almost every time there is only ONE person working the food line (and sometimes drive-thru) and maybe one person (yesterday there were none) cooking food in the back and they were out of several dishes. It takes forever to get your meal as one person is serving and ringing up. There is always a line in the drive through as well as the dining area. Additionally, the staff here is regularly very short and unfriendly. Much of the time their dishes don't taste as good as other Panda locations (you know when you have that hankering for Panda, go out of your way to eat there only to find the dish you have been craving tastes like it's missing ingredients....blah...buzzkill!) This last visit I took a few bites of my food and couldn't eat any more. It was that bad. No flavor, and the chow mein noodles seemed very mushy and undercooked. I mean, c'mon Panda! The dining room is almost always dirty and tables are not bussed quickly, probably because that would require an additional employee LOL. Step it up Panda, you can do better!! You haven't lost me as a customer as a whole, but I refuse to eat at this location anymore. Save your money!

Horrible... I ordered the beef and broccoli bowl, and the meat was old, dried out, and I was only given a few pieces that were very tiny. The broccoli was wilted, and turning an odd shade of green. The rice was crunchy and not cooked correctly. I was sick a couple hours after eating only a few bites of this horrific dish. They also took pot stickers off of the menu! I will never eat here again.

Tried an entree w side a few months ago.. it sucked. So two - three months go by.. I want to try again hoping it is better quality. NOT. I will no go back, the lo mein is mush and the chicken/beef does seems especially chewy, drive thru, they give you the bottom of the barrel..

4-stars for their famous "orange chicken" and their mostly attractive-looking fast food restaurants. However, 2 or 3 stars for all their other food. They only seem really good at the orange chicken in my opinion. Keep in mind this food is HORRENDOUS for you. Look up caloric content online before eating - you will be amazed.

This place was clean and well managed. Staff was very friendly. We were just traveling through and stopped by for lunch.

Was driving around looking for lunch and spotted a Panda Express. Not my first choice but since I was visiting and I knew what their food was like, I figured what the heck? Big mistake... They really have to work on their workflow and customer handling. I had five adults in three separate parties in front of me. They took their orders but at least cashed them out with their parties. However that took about 10 minutes. (I really have to time things next time). I wanted to try their Thai Chicken. Of course the lady in front of me took the last portion so would I mind waiting about 4 minutes as they cook up a new batch. No problem... I also got chicken with long beans and chow mein. Waited, and waited, and waited, went to the bathroom and they still hadn't started the thai chicken. Of course they were out of enough dishes that the lone cook got backed up. I finally decided to get something else. They offered me a free drink but since I already had one (Starbucks), I declined it. I asked for hot mustard and they said they'll put it in the bag. Got home and no hot mustard but I had potsticker sauce. Is that what they call hot mustard???? I don't think they even know what hot mustard is. Will I go back? Probably not to this one. The Chow Mein was greasy, the chicken and beans had beans & onions and sauce but only a couple of small pieces of chicken. The Beijing Beef tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The restaurant itself and the restrooms were clean so that's a plus. And they have a drive through. They still need some work.... Maybe if I visit here again next year and have the craving for "Chinese" food. Maybe I'm expecting too much in Northern Arizona,,,,

Horrible customer service. Went there 30 minutes before closing and they did not have anything on the menu prepared and informed me the manager said they were not willing to cook anything either. Went back another night one hour before they closed and same thing except this time they cooked the food for me but I think they did it to teach me a lesson. All the meat was pieces of fat. And they gave me a empty fortune cookie package... Must have been a joke for them. Threw the food away.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
