This little hole in the wall is a GREAT place!! Ive had the tacos and the burrito and both were outstanding. It isnt much to look at, true, but when it comes down to great food, they know what they are doing. I grew up in Southern CA, so I have had a lot of Mexican food and this place is pretty authentic. Dont be deceived by the outward appearance, the food is terrific!!

When I was a kid in Springdale this was our town's first Wendy's restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of Wendy's, but unfortunately I think the food coming out of this building was better back then. To me this Taqueria doesn't look or feel clean, and to be completely honest, the physical appearance of this place may influence my negative take on their food. Final thought - the building exterior and exterior signage needs a professional update. This section of Thompson street is looking sad overall, but in my opinion the signage on this business is a big part of what is pulling down the area as a whole. The building signage is too big and looks homemade. Sorry, but I think it's just plain tacky and looks like something you'd see in a sketchy part of a town.

This is authentic as Mexican food gets... I have spent over a year in Mexico in cumulatively, and this is blue collar mexican food. I have eaten here 10 or more times in the past 4 years and have eaten at many other taquerias in the area (in an area with numerous). They all provide authentic food, but this place is busy, making you a little more sure that your food is fresh and been handled correctly. Sopas, Tacos, enchiladas, menudo, All DELICIOUS!!! There are a lot of great authentic mexican food taquerias in NWA, and this is among the best!

I'm usually pretty scared of these places. Went out on a limb and was beautifully surprised. I had and awesome chimi with carne asada. Coverd with red sauce, sour cream and avacado. Came with rice n beans. Amazing food.

Authentic in the way that its simple and not super heavy, but is still really flavorful and good. Cheap, too.
