Usually come at dinner time and it much less busy then. Lunch is a fiasco. I've avoided the lunch rush for that reason - now I'm experiencing first hand, why. Food is always delicious.

I've lived all over and typically eat Chipotle about 4-5 times a week, when Bentonville got their first Chipotle I was beyond excited having just moved here... I'm a very loyal customer and will always be...I'd give 5 stars for just being Chipotle. But have to deduct 3 stars for being THE SLOWEST CHIPOTLE EVER! I'd like to eat here a few times a week, but I can't justify waiting in an hour line in what would take a normal city 5 minutes to run through! I get the fact the are new and are working their way into it, but until they find a way to speed up the line, I can't justify taking 2 hour lunches just to eat quickly.

The food was good nothing special. My son had to go thorough the like and PAY TWICE to get what he wanted because the lady refused to listen and he took his food back the first time and they took it but still made us pay twice. I will not be going back. It costs too much to have to pay twice.

Food was consistent in taste as other Chipotle's, but it was the smallest portions ever. I left hungry.

2nd worst burrito I've had from Chipotle. I'll spare the details of #1 which made my body expel the demon spawn burrito any way it knew how and made me take a few years of Chipotle hiatus. I've been back in a healthy relationship with Chipotle for 3+ years now. Well, this burrito hasn't yet had the incubation time necessary to ensure the number 1 spot is up for grabs but it left much to be desired. Here is what I got: burrito, both rice, both beans, veggies, hot sauce, and guac. Tortilla was dry and ripped slightly (rip not a huge deal, just helping my teeth out I get it) The brown rice was fresh, white rice slightly crunchy. Veggies were ok. Beans both good. I think the dry tortilla ruined it. The whole thing just didn't taste like it should and I've had A LOT of Chipotle burritos. I didn't finish the while thing and usually I do. The burrito's size was lackluster. I hear Chipotle and I am thinking over stuffed with ingredients falling out. Not this time. Service was a little slow (I wasn't in a hurry or famished so not a big deal) Things seemed a little hectic behind the counter. Hopefully they step up to normal Chipotle standards soon. I'd skip this one next time.

The food tasted great, but the portion size was small compared to other burrito places in NWA including other Chipotles. I had the chicken burrito, my wife had a burrito bowl. The staff was nice but they seemed new and unorganized. Felt like they were a union or something and worried more about "that's not my job" then taking care of the customer quickly and efficiently. They were nice though and it may just be the way it works at this location. I will probably visit again.

Service is fast but I can't say friendly but I wasn't there for a smile. I had a bowl which began with about half rice. The "fresh tomato salsa" is just diced tomatoes and the "roasted chili-corn salsa" looked like it just came out of a Del Monte can. The tomatoes, sour cream and cheese are cold which quickly cools the other barely warm ingredients. On a gastronomical scale of 1 to 10 I'll give it a four. On the value scale I'll give it a 3. They offer limited ingredients four different ways. Burrito, Bowl, Taco or Salad. Limited results because whatever you get is the same thing. Way too much money even if it had been warm. Might as well go to a real restaurant. Most offer a huge selection for the price paid here and it's usually even warm.

First time I ever ate at a Chipotle. Just like Moe's minus the welcome. Lol. Not bad food but not overly impressed.

Consistent with the brand. Delicious. This place moves fast during the lunch hour. Don't be bothered by the long line.

Chipotle is heads and shoulders better than all of its competitors (Flying Burrito, Salsarita's, Qdoba, etc), but it's true, this location hasn't delivered what I'm used to getting at a Chipotle. Easy fix though, as you just ask whoever's serving for more or less of what you want and they'll comply. Location is terrible.

It is my go-to for fast and healthy. The food is good, the facility is clean, and I leave content.

my favorite part was definitely the burrito. in a strange twist my burrito had chicken and beans in it. interesting take, chipotle. the only thing i didnt like was obamacare. my doctor said my insurance would not cover lyposuction on my foot because it is cosmetic and "stupid". wow thanks obama. the service was good but i was severely offended when the people who make minimum wage and wont work here more than 6 months werent falling over themselves to cater to my every whim. i dont know about u guys but i expect the best all the time even if im not willing to pay more than 8 dollars for my lunch or drive more than 5 minutes from where i work. everything at chipotle is farm grown, meaning it came from the ground as opposed to space or a burrito tree i guess. it is also gluten free which is very important to me as an indignant white person with no gluten allergies. its also non-GMO which means there are no harmful chemicals like hydrogen or carbon added to it. molecules will literally kill you and hurricane katrina was an inside job. chemtrails. Ru Paul 2015 please retweet to raise burrito awareness.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!!!! They use ALL FRESH AND FARM GROWN meats and veggies and EVERYTHING is prepared and cooked in store. The wait is always pretty speedy and the staff is pretty nice. I always get a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, steak, green tomatillo salsa, fresh sweet corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce! Always so fresh and amazing. Continues to impress and I love it so much.

I was super excited when a Chipotle opened in the area -- it's one of my favorite fast feeding chains. I love the veg-friendly menu, higher-quality ingredients and fair prices. This location is a disaster, however. Filthy tables on two occasions, bottom-of-the-bin, icky veggies (with no offer to serve from a fresh batch) and indifferent, uninformed service. I inquired whether/when this location getting the tofu that is rolling out across the chain - guy shrugged and said all he knew was that they were going to have a liquor license soon. Maybe he could have checked or something? Who knew a chain could be so inconsistent...

I have been a biggest fan of chipotle. Now this branch is turning me away from them.. They smoke the chicken to black and make it taste bad.. Queue here runs so long that i saw many people walk out.. The queue can be forgiven for the fact they are a new branch. But the taste is horrible and no way compared to one in fateyville.. Very disappointed

I love Chipotle. I love their food and that they try to pick non-GMO, organic, natural food items when possible. So great! I could probably eat here multiple times a week. I always order a veggie bowl - rice, beans, cilantro, pico de gallo, corn salsa, sautéed onions and peppers, and guacamole. Yummy in my tummy. This location has had good customer service that I've experienced so far. Fast and easy.

I was on the fence with rating a 4, but the food is pretty good. The decor inside appears to be unfinished hip, all plywoods and exposed 2x4's. I was a bit disapointed with my very stale chips that I ordered extra. Nothing special to make me come back. This was good quick lunch, but I still prefer the food from flying burrito.

I love Chipotle. Visited this location while in town. The first visit was terrible as they were out chips, chicken and shells. I noticed they were very light on ingredients when preparing. I gave it a second shot 3 days later. All ingredients were available but I noticed they were light on all ingredients again. I had to ask for more salsa, the guy in front of me requested more rice. Disappointed over all.

My trusted go-to for an excellent quality meal under $10. Non-GMO, gluten free, organic goodness built to order by Aaron, Cole and the rest of the helpful staff at this location. Standard Meal: Chicken Burrito Bowl, Brown Rice (extra rice), Fajita Veggies, Pico de Gallo salsa, Tomatillo (green) salsa, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. Filling, energizing, fast, clean. Thanks Chipotle.

The chicken bowl keeps me coming back at least once a week. Today I made the mistake of veering off to try a new similar restaurant that just opened in NWA & during this one time chipotle betrayal I realized how awesome chipotle is, and decided that I needed to finally review this place. I love how there isn't a thousand and one menu options to overwhelm me and who knew simple ingredients could taste so great. However, I'm not crazy about the seating provided because I can never seem to get comfortable in any of the chairs. I also think melted queso should be added to the topping items and for crying out loud, get some free Wi-Fi for your customers! The last two things are just knit picking, so I won't take away from my rating because I enjoy the food a lot.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
