First off, service is rude. Wayyy too expensive. However what they lack in service they make up for in taste. One of my favorite places to eat, EVER. The chili con queso is the best in nwa. You havent really lived yet until you have tried all the different flavors of wing sauces. Thats all i go for. Wings, a the queso....I have NO IDEA what the other food taste like, but as for me and my preference i probably never will.

If I'm going to pay $45 for mediocre food, it needs to fill up everyone in my party. Food tasted great, but seriously overpriced. If you want celery, carrots or dipping sauce with your wings be prepared to pay extra. Nacho burger was good but the Big Mac from McDonald's is bigger and much cheaper.

Where can you get 15 wings and 3 beers for $45 after tip? This place! While the servers and bartenders that work there are generally nice, and competent people, this place is severely overpriced. You will pay over $1.00 per traditional wing! Considering poultry is among the lowest costs proteins, and this happens to be one of the largest restaurant chains in the country, how does this happen? The wings are just okay, but the overall value is poor. The money you work hard for will go much further at several other places in town when you're craving beer and wings! Also, for those looking for sports, this is not the place. The TV's and audio system are well below average compared to other sports bars in the area.

Every week we have a problem with service and the staff refuses to put on our teams game. Staff doesn't care at all and your food isn't good enough to have us dealing with all the problems. Hire more people to seat your customers but you've lost our business.

Overpriced food with subpar to nonexistent service. This was a slow night and it took 5 mins to get seated and after seated 10 mins we finally left with no service. Mgr doesn't seem to care. No one working at this location seems to be over 18 years old not even the manager. Going to avoid this place from now on.

Very disappointed in this location. Food was what i expected, but service was far from it. I've been to many, MANY Buffalo Wild Wings in my time and have never had this bad of service (at lunch time). Our waitress was friendly enough, but I never got the beer I ordered until the food finally arrived (which took almost an hour... at lunch time). I'm guessing she forgot to place our order because she came running over to us after about 40 minutes saying "it would be just a few more minutes". Prior to that I'd noticed her search for her notepad and frantically type in an order to the screen.... I'm assuming it was mine, then tried to deflect her forgetfulness with a general "oh gee, we're just sooooo busy" excuse, as I'm slowly being more and more surrounded by empty tables... again, at lunch time, when half of the restaurant isn't closed off. After we finally got our food I had to remind her of the beer i ordered (40-some minutes AFTER i ordered it) in which she again deflected any fault and tried instead tried blaming the delay on the beer on the bartender, saying how busy she was, again.... during a lunch hour. She couldn't even admit to me that she forgot to place the order, and danced around by asking "what did you have again? I'll go check on it" (then running off to order it) and instead tried blaming it on the bartender, claiming SHE had forgot because she was just so "super busy", even though I could clearly see was just hanging around talking to her only customer at the bar. What an idiot. Of course she gave us no discount, no apology, not even a free beer. As a former bartender I'm usually a great tipper... this was one of those rare instances when i doled out less than 10%. Lunch with just me and my two daughters (who both went with their special that Wednesday) took almost an hour and a half... we almost left because we had somewhere to be at 2:00 and were starting to wonder if we'd make it due to the crappy service. For just the 3 of us it cost me over $50 for two kids, one very delayed beer and fifteen wings for myself. I'll be back, maybe, but in the meantime I'll check out some other restaurants in the area before I do.

Good chicken wings - must try the honey bbq, Asian zing & jammin' jalapeño! Great & friendly service. You have the option to buy the sauces at the counter for us foreigners that don't have good chicken wing sauces!

We went to this location at 6:30 on a Tuesday night. It wasn't crowded and after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take our drink orders, we left. Several of the wait staff passed by our table and we couldn't get their attention. I can't say how good the food or drinks were, we never got any. We won't go back.

Sitting here wondering why we came. Wings are always pretty good and I won't take anything away from them in that. Service was slow slow slow. Had to flag her down three times to bring something else. Manager standing around with his hands in his pockets. Place was only1/3 full. Rather be at Johnny's or Sushi King. Good luck.

I have eaten lunch at BWW many times and it's good. However, dinner is a different story. I went last night and we were offered drinks and an appetizer. We both ordered a tall beer. About 5 minutes later we ordered dinner wing combos. Over 45 minutes later, our waitress had not checked on us once or brought us food. Other tables around us that arrived after us were getting wings. We flagged the waitress down and she immediately said it wouldn't be much longer. She would go check on it. We told her we just wanted our check and to leave. She (for some reason) decided to send the manager back who said the kitchen was running about 45 minutes behind. He had the nerve to ask us if we had already waited that long. By this point, it had been an hour since we ordered food. We told the manager he needed to either go get our check or food RIGHT NOW. 7-8 minutes later we can't find him or our waitress. I walk to the bar and ask if I can just pay for our two beers. She says she need to go to the "other side" to get our check. She runs around a bit and passes us twice. Seriously, I'm fuming by this point. Then, after 10 minutes has passed since I told the manager I wanted food or the check, the food comes out. We told them it was too late, sent the food back and again, demanded our check. We paid for our two beers and left.

They get one star for giving a generous military discount. It was our server's third day, I believe. You'd think they would give him help. The restaurant was not busy. We waited over ten minutes to place a drink order. Over one hour for our food and over fifteen minutes for our check. We specifically went in and asked if a certain game would be playing. They told us yes. Took them until the 2nd quarter to turn it on. IN THE LAST FIVE MINUTES of the game they turned it to golf. Seriously? It smells terrible in here. The manager didn't give a darn that we were disappointed and you could tell they get by on the fact they're "Buffalo Wild Wings." Food sucked here the first time I went and it sucked the second (and last) time we'll ever step foot in that place when we're back in the Northwest Arkansas area. Skip it. I've been to MUCH better sports bars in the area and I don't even live there!

For a dry rub, the chipotle BBQ is awesome! I enjoy BWW as a sports bar-lots of tv's and plenty of interactive video poker, blackjack or trivia to play. Plenty on "tap". If you like wings, they are decent here with many different sauces from very mild to Blazing and dry rubs. They also have burgers and some other food fare but with a name like wild wings, bet that this is the sure bet to get something good.

The service is okay but the prices for the quality are outrageous. I don't belive that 7.50 for one pint of Guinness is reasonable when I pay 3.50 at other restaurants.

Can you say sports bar? There are at least 20 medium and large screen TV's constantly tuned to the latest contest. On a Monday afternoon, between the lunch rush and the after-dinner rush, it was an English football (uh, I mean soccer) match. Arsenal beat Chelsea 3 to 1, for those who follow such things. Other channels had SportsCenter or the trivia game. Daily lunch specials for a reasonable price, including chicken wings, boneless wings and the like. I had the corn dog starter, which was a decent portion of inch-long hot dogs, battered and fried. Served with a honey mustard dip, not too hot. Very nice. For mains, I went with the ten wings lunch special, which was served with a decent sized pile of fries. The "Spicy Garlic" sauce (they have a dozen others, ranging from mild "Wweet BBQ" to hot "Blazin') was reasonably spicy and very messy. About half were nicely meaty and half were too bony. The fries were way too salty. Service was good - our waitress helpfully refilled drinks without asking. They have a free wi-fi network. My wings craving was satisfied.

The food is good. The service at the tables by the bar is not. If you go, sit in the dining room. Wish they'd correct this problem since I used to enjoy going there.

Server under trained and bad listener. Grilled chicken salad served with ice cold chicken. Not to mention all of out glasses are currently empty.

The best wings that I have had so far in Bentonville. Also, a good place to catch local games. Soccer, baseball and basketball seem to be the most popular sports to watch on the numerous projection and LCD displays spread throughout the bar and restaurant areas. Tasty appetizers and you can order a nice burger or chicken sandwich here, too. They have dried pickles, popcorn shrimp and tasty nachos, too. A good selection of domestic and imported beers. Linzie is a great server. She was patient with out large group of out-of-towners and always had saucy comebacks to our stupidest comments. She also can recommend the best local brews.

The place smelled like a dirty rag was used to wipe down all surfaces in the place. The ladies at the entrance barely acknowledged us and were just rude. They mentioned a 15 minute wait, even though there were 10 empty tables. Not a good way to start my first visit here. The food was ok, though.

Yes, it's a chain, and that means good things and bad things. While the wings are usually decent here (I go with the boneless variety, with Asian Zing and Hot as my sauces), the service always sucks. We used to eat here every Thursday night, with a group of 5... It would be nothing for us to wait 20-25 minutes for drink refills, and an hour plus for food to arrive... Even on dead nights. Server would always blame the kitchen... We knew the owners (Jon and Blake), complained many times to them about the awful service but never saw any improvement... Ever. BWW in Madison stinks as well when it comes to service; maybe it's a trait?? I'm done with BWW. :-(

I wis i could give them 0 stars!!! This place has the worst service ever. Went in between lunch and dinner around 1 to be exact. Sat down got water and immediately ordered food because we already knew what we wanted. As we waited we could see the other 4-5 tables were waiting on food too. I overheard another tables kids complain how hungry they were and they were there before us. We waited for 45 minutes got up amd left. Nobody came up to us that whole time to apologize about the wait nobody was even around when we left. The manager had the nerves to run out and write our license plate down. Me and my wife went back in and asked them why they did that and they said they were contacting the cops. Some idiot server said "when u go to a nice restaurant you usually pay for your food" i started going off on how there was no staff on the floor nobody to tell us sorry our food was going to be late and shut her up. The manager came out with our food and asked of we still wanted to pay and he would box it up. I of course said no and left. No apologies or whatever from his part. Needless to say i will never eat there again!!! Bbw bentonville u are now blacklisted.

OK, went to BWW with the family tonight. Our server was Ashlie R. She seemed to be a little under the weather this evening as she moved slowly and forgot a few of the things we asked her for a mere seconds after out request. For example: "What can I get you to drink?" "A coke and a Miller Lite... draft." "OK. So did you say Dr. Pepper?" "No. Coke." "OK. And a Miller Lite bottle?" "No, draft... tall." "OK." The same thing applied to our meal order. "What kind of sauce would you like with your tenders?" "Ketchup." "Wha?" "No sauce. Just ketchup. The kids don't like sauce." "OK." Anyway, she was just slow. It took about 40 minutes for our meal to arrive. The food was good (sauce I ordered burned me up!) and the drinks were good. Enjoyed playing the NTN trivia, except the damned units kept running out of juice. Charge 'em up! Pros=good prices, quality food Cons=service was slow, service was slow

Meh. Mediocre food. High prices. Loud music. Ridiculously expensive - especially kids meals. ($4.95 really? REALLY?) This place is good for game night and not much more.

Tried wings here for the first time in my entire life. It was good. Since it was my first time ever trying wings, I don't really have a good frame of reference. I have never been a big sports bar fan, but it seemed like a happening place for Friday night drinks. The service was a little on the slow side (there were a lot of people though). On Fridays its Karaoke night....and that gets interesting. I wouldn't say this establishment is amazing, unique, or special, but it has all the essentials of a sports bar. Big TVs. Wings. Beer. Cleanliness. Friendly Staff.

Megan my server was wonderful and well versed on the menu. Usually I'm not a fan of the service here, or the management for that matter. This trip was a breath of fresh air. I'll start coming back here. Also the food was great. Got 18 hot wings. Lol I'll regret that later.

I love the food... The mango habenera (spelled wrong) boneless wings are amazing. However, I went here before and the place was almost empty. I asked to watch a game on one of the small TV's and the manager said no and got an attitude, then changed it anyway like he didn't want to say yes outloud. I didn't have an attitude and aske politely. We also went here for a bday lunch and it took over an hour to get our food. The birthday girl had to take it to go and we had to complain to get taken care of. I am amending this review - the management is awesome. They bent over backwards to help me last time and the service can be slow but friendly. Great place to watch the game

On the last night of my week in Arkansas, we decided to catch game 1 of the finals between Lakers and Boston. I came here before about 2 years ago and remembered having a really fun time while eating a ton of buffalo wings in a variety of flavors and sauces. This time around, the place was packed for the game, but we didn't have any problems finding a spot in the bar area. One thing that's surely noticeable, there are no HDTVs! It was like watching something out of the 80s with the fuzzy picture, that's how spoiled I am of high definition television. We tried the sample appetizer platter, which included nachos, onion rings, and we chose the mango habanero boneless chicken wings. It gave a helluva spicy kick, and definitely left us chugging our beer down quicker than usual. But what's cool about the chain is that there is about a dozen variety of wing flavors, ranging from the harmless like sweet BBQ and teriyaki to the BLAZIN'. Service was spotty, as we seemingly had to wait a long time for our food and in between rounds for our beer. And well, since the Lakers lost, it figuratively left a sour taste in my mouth.

Wings aren't that great, but their ribs are amazing! Always fun to watch a Razorbacks game, but get there early cuz it fills up fast. They had karaoke during the summer, but ended it for some reason, kind of a bummer. They always have the UFC fights with .50 cent wings. Oh yeah.... Service can be sketchy here, especially during the games/fights, but it's expected.
