Holy cow, this place was amazing. Not only was the atmosphere relaxing and fun but the staff was welcoming and attentive. My husband and I both enjoyed and devoured our Howard's Philly Steak meal. It was very tasty and prepared quickly too. I think it took 10 min for both meals to be brought to us and we had literally just finished our chips and dip. This place is great and I absolutely recommend it, I can't wait to return. Just talking about the food makes me hungry!

Wanted to try something different, was looking for Bar b que, but none to be found. I saw the sign and just pulled in. Inside was clean, kind of sports bar lite, about a dozen tv's with classic rock playing on the sound system. Simple menu, appetizers, soup and salads, regular hot sandwiches and the rest burgers. A fairly good range of different styles of burgers including the house monster "the mugshot" 3 patties, 6 slices of bacon and all of the trimmings. The flavor of the fresh sourdough buns really helps to contrast the usual meatless flavor of a burger but this duo was a home run together. I would highly recommend this place, if nothing else just to try a different flare to the usual burger.

My Second and last time, disappointed both visits. I had the patty melt which was no more than a cheese burger with the bun wrong side out. The meat has a pressed consistency and void of flavor.

Their Veggie Burger is perfect. I substitute the veggie patty on the Thousand Island Burger and WOW! The service is great and I always have had good experiences here.

This was our second visit to this above average sports bar. I like that it is not a chain, and enjoy the consistency of good food and good service. Traditional "sports bar" menu, and nice 22 oz draft beers (if you chose to go that route). The food has been very good during both visits. Had various items from a couple different burgers, dinner salad, cheesesteak and loaded nachos. All worth coming back for.

Food and atmosphere was great. Service was ridiculous. After 10 minutes of waiting, I had to get up and walk back to the front and ask the hostess for someone to come wait on us. Then, when my family and I needed refills, I again had to get up and ask the hostess to get someone to get ha refills. The waitress claimed she had just gotten there and it was "hectic", but there were plenty of waitresses there and not that many people, so she couldn't have had more than 3 tables, which isn't a lot. I do suggest this restaurant if you enjoy delicious burgers and good sweet tea.

This is very nice little place. They're getting 5 stars for the burgers. I got the McDonald(one of the owners) burger(added mushrooms). It was probably the best burger I've had in my life. My buddy got the Philly cheese steak burger(I think) and it looked just as good as mine. He said it was great. The fries were great too. Discovered a nice tasting beer called Everyday. When I go back home, I'll make sure I stop by here again during my visit. The staff is great as well.

I had the McDonald burger and it was very good! I will likely choose a different burger next time as I am not a fan of barbecue sauce and didn't know this was on it (my fault). Our order did come out wrong but the server was quick to correct it. I will definitely be back.

Burgers are good but their boneless chicken wings are great. The waiter was young, enthusiastic and helpful which made for a fun evening. It is amazing how when you have good service with a good waiter how an evening gets to be a 4 or 5 star affair. For this gendre of restaurant it is excellent. If you catch a good server he will recommend sauces for dipping, bring you drinks when you need them without asking, and make sure you have a good time. We have been here before and each time have had excellent waiters. I am beginning to believe that they really do have a great staff although every time I have done felt that way at other restaurants we catch a dud. For now, strongly recommend it. Incidentally, the peanut butter hamburger although sounds strange is actually pretty good (one of our party ordered it and we of course all then had to taste it). Try it if you are adventurous.

Best place in town! I'm in love with the peanut butter burger with bacon and crunchy peanut butter! If I could eat this everyday of my life and not become morbidly obese I would, but unfortunately the world doesn't work like that. The sweet potatoes fries are on point too!

I ate there recently with my family and it was okay. The servers could have been more attentive and it could have had a cleaner restroom. The nacho appetizer was mediocre and the burger was okay only because the bun was great. Meh...

Burgers here are great! Had the Big Kahuna. I was full for the rest of day. It stays pretty packed so be ready to wait. Took a little while for the food to come out but it was worth the wait. I like how they use a roll instead of a traditional bun. Soo much flavor in their burgers. We finally have a legit Burger joint in Mobile!

This place has the best burgers in Mobile! The atmosphere is very nice and there are plenty of televisions to watch all the games on. The service is great and this is one of our favorite restaurants in the Mobile area.

Delicious!! Excellent!! That's the main word I can use to describe Mugshots. I came here with my church group after our Sabbath service, and my expectations were wonderfully exceeded!! The first thing I am giving them points for is the size of the beverages, which are monstrous in size. I like a big drink. And the service is most excellent, even when I absorbed most of that drink, another magically appeared before me! And when the sun got too low, our server adjusted the shades to block the light. The chips and queso dip were awesome! You could tell by the greasiness of the chips that they're made fresh, and the queso dip has just enough kick, not too spicy, but just spicy enough. The deep fried mushrooms were flavorful, tasty, fresh and hot and very pleasant! I had the Comeback Burger, which is basically an A-1 burger. The bun was big enough to encompass all the goodness that was inside of it. The third pound patty was thick, juicy and cooked to perfection, with a very consistent texture and temperature from the outside clear through to the center. It was soft, but not to the point where the meat lost its cohesiveness. The bacon on the burger had a nice balance of crunchy and chewy, and the produce on it was fresh and tasty. The sizable helping of breaded fries were a nice touch! Not too salty, and perfect with a slight crunch. The seasoning was well balanced. Others in our party had the Fish Tacos, the Chicken Sandwich, and a Ham and Pepperoni sandwich (which she couldn't recall the name of) and everybody was pleased with their meal! We will definitely be returning here!!

We will not be going here again! First and last time. We waited 45 minutes for our food, a sandwich and a burger. When I got my mahi mahi sandwich it was cold. I took three bites and set it aside. The server came back with the check and I told her that it was cold. She went back to ask them to comp our meal and she was told that we can give the sandwich back or pay full price. After waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to take my meal home and heat it up. No apologies, no offers to make it right. Horrible customer service from the management standpoint. Fries are really good though!

The biggest and best priced burgers!!! The buns are the most delicious I have ever had on a burger. Every burger and sandwich I have had from here has been top notch. Sometimes the service is lacking.

Had the Savell Burger (Bacon and Cheddar) one night and the Walker Burger (Blue Cheese) the next. Both were delicious. Great burgers and fries, fast and friendly staff. Will definitely keep going back.

They pride themselves on burgers and I love every one I have had. I usually go there with a group of friends at nights or on the weekend. The staff is very friendly and helpfuland the restaurant is clean.

Everything here is just ok. The servers are more interested in their personal conversations than they are their jobs. The wait staff is almost always hiding in the back, so if you don't see your server, good luck getting any service. The kitchen staff, while I've never met them, seem to be comprised of previous McDonald's employees. It has never failed that every time I've been here, something is wrong. Something missing from the burger, something on the burger that shouldn't be. They won't hesitate to fix it, it's just annoying and a waste of time. When ordering pasta it is always over cooked and the garnish seems to be most of the plate. In general they have a good flavor, from burgers to chicken to pasta. The beer battered fries are the best thing they serve, while they're onion rings are flavorless. Good luck getting a refill, I feel as though the wait staff have it their mind that if you finish that giant cup of beverage, you need no more. The best time to go for the freshest and hottest food is well into the dinner rush, otherwise, you'll be served old burger patties. I've always known it's better to wait for your food, than for your food to wait on you.

Great burgers. Server was very helpful. We had a party of 9 for lunch and it took them an hour and a half to bring our food. One member of our party had to leave before he even received his food.

This chain restaurant is fairly new to Mobile. It was packed out, so first thoughts were positive. We park and start walking toward the entrance and there is BLARING country music coming from speakers on the patio (no one on patio). It was so loud, like whoa. The service was decent. The food was decent. I ordered the burger with an egg on top. I asked the server if I picked how the egg was fried. He looked confused and asked "You want to pick out the egg?" haha. I ask him if I could have the egg over easy. He said yes, that is how they come. Well.... the egg was over hard. Not the end of the world but what's the point of the egg at that point? I ate it anyway. During the whole egg confusion, I forgot to tell the waiter I wanted the burger cooked medium (he didn't ask). I'm not even sure if they cook it to temp here, but I think that is a huge burger judgement factor. Needless to say, also overcooked and dry. I'm not writing this place off just yet, because they offer sweet potato fries. One of the other servers was raving about the pineapple burger, so I will have to come back and try it at some point. As of right now, nothing to write home about.

Horrible horrible service and food. I used to love this place but things have changed. We waited over 20 minutes for our waiter to come. Then we waited another 30-40 minutes for our food. The food was okay. Nothing special. Not coming back here ever again
