Got take out here last week. I get General Tso's chicken (usually the combination plate) at every Chinese place I go to (the first time), just to compare. This one fell short. They weren't busy but it still took 20 min to wait on my combo plate and crab rangoon. The rice was undercooked, but somehow still mushy. The chicken wasn't overdone but didn't have enough sauce. To top it off the crab rangoon was supposed to come with sweet and sour sauce to dip, but didn't. When I got home I realized they had charged me for an extra egg roll, which I never ordered nor received. Only a dollar, but still. Wasn't horrible, but I probably won't be back.

I've eaten there a dozen or so times. Only once did I get a wrong order. They fixed it quickly. I always pick it up because it takes only 10 minutes for it to be ready. They will customize your order and it's always been good.

This is by far the worst Chinese take-out I've EVER HAD. Our house is located less than ten blocks away and it took an hour for them to deliver us a small order on a Monday night. Not only was the order incorrect, it was also bland and gritty. Seriously, I felt like I needed to wash my mouth out after eating it. It was appalling, frightening, and beyond disappointing. Greasiest egg roll of all time. The "fried rice" was just undercooked yellow rice with some droopy onions. To call it flavorless would be to pay it a compliment. I'm pretty sure I've eaten rat on a stick at some questionable Chinese buffets, and I would rather eat that for the rest of my life than eat at Golden Dragon ONE more time. This food will haunt my nightmares.

After ordering the first time and waiting over an hour and a half for my food, due to them "losing My ticket" it finally came and they discounted it for me. And the food was actually really good, so I said weird night I'll try them again later. Well tonight was later and again after over an hour and a half the driver comes and my bill was 12 and some change and I tried to pay with a 20. They even asked if I was paying cash or credit. Anyways the driver proceeded to tell me he'd either have to take me to the gas station so I could break a twenty or take the food. I handed him the food back and said no thanks. I immediately call the store to report it and the lady tells me the drivers don't carry much cash with them at night. Okay that's fine, except for this guy didn't even have 5 bucks on him... While I'm on the phone with the store he's blowing my phone up apologizing and still asking if he can take me to the gas station to break a twenty. No customer should have to go through with this. I ordered from a different restaurant and they came timely and with correct change.

Called to order delivery. 1 hr later, getting the run around. Went there. It was waiting, getting cold. Rude, smirking employees. Food mediocre. Maybe it was just Mardi Gras? WTF? Kinda sucked.

I have ordered out from Golden Dragon 4 times. The first 2 were excellent with great hot and sour soup. Three weeks ago I ordered again and both my buddy and I got extremely sick. Tonight however was a different story all together. I was waiting on a delivery and the "head driver" lied about coming by then cursed my friend out on the front lawn of my house. I do not know what is happening to this place but the owner, once I "spoke" to him did nothing but yell at me on the phone as I asked repeatedly "why are you screaming at me?" I for one do not need to deal with this type of churlishness. I would hope that no one else would patronize a place that screams the N word at customers then takes off and their boss yells at you when you try to explain to them what just happened on your front lawn. (and I am an attorney of 13 yrs, admitted to 4 State Bars and do more pro bono work than most--so, not much of a hot head). Golden Dragon, NEVER A G A I N ! If you like good hot and sour soup and like being called the N word, this is your place. (oh and I am white btw)

They have definitely improved their quality recently. It has been more fresh and tastier.
