I went to the Chinatown and the food was old cold and had to as several times refresh! Staff at the hot bar was rude and tried to bring out ice cream cones for the ice cream with his hands. After refusing he dropped on counter and walked away fusing and got the box. i should have known when we pulled up hardly no one was in the parking lot. that should have been an indication. it was trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here on Saturday night. Inside was dim and had an unpleasant atmosphere. Food was actually ok with some main stream dishes tasting pretty good. I would have given this place three stars until I got the bill. $10 a person for the buffet. I've been to Chinese restraints where the dinner buffet was worth $10. Not this place though. I'm giving it a 1.5 to 2. Oh and the fortune cookie was stale.

The food was cooked well, flavors were authentic based on a Westerners palate. I recommend the Baked Salmon in Black Bean Sauce. I had to chuckle a little when I noticed the freezer with six different ice creams in it... Most Chinese Restaurants don't cater to the American customer by offering this dessert. I guess maybe it's a Southern thing. Btw, the staff seems very efficient and somewhat attentive, but to be honest my waitress wasn't all that friendly. Maybe too tired from the lunch crowd, but if she could have been a little more friendly I would have given 5 stars. I go out to eat not only for the reason of necessity because I travel, but also for meeting nice people and good conversation. Today is Mothers Day, so I left a 50% tip. I didn't even as much get a Thank You as I was leaving... I would eat here again for the food, but not for any kind words or expecting any conversation...

Meh, I just can't give a Chinese buffet any better than 3 stars. Typical Chinese buffet fare and items. Pretty solid selection but nothing that screams "man this place is awesome" but the food is ok.

I don't know where these other reviews come from but they did not eat were we ate. The prices are in the too high part of price for food category. The dishes were dirty (washed) still had dried on food stuck to them. Not all but I had to go through about 4 plates to find 1 I would use and I'm not that fussy. My brother sent a glass of water back cause a tiny roach was in the water. The food was old and soggy. Now to be fair I did eat part if not most of what I got and it was good. For the prices they charge it seems they would get some fresh seafood on the islands. Me and all of my party of 11 will not go back. My advice for you all is to avoid this place, unless you have a date and you don't know how to end it, take them here. RASMAN

Go when its busy because the food will be hot and fresh! If you go when it's slow then expect for it to be old and cold. One dish i always get is there fried shrimp balls on sugar cane. They are fried to perfection and with a little bit of soy sauce and chili pepper its awesome!

Great food & service. We come here on a regular basis. If you come not at a peak time, they will make fresh for you!! Ask for Shing.

It is good for the price you pay for. This was a mediocre Chinese Buffet, but as for buffets, what more could you ask for? The food was not quality, I just ate the different chicken and beef they had, and everything else was dry or tasteless. It is an empty place, maybe the whole night there were a total of 8 tables? Not a lot of workers- 2 in the front, and maybe 2-3 in the back. It is a big place and I'm sure they could improve if there were more people showing up, but I think this location is crappy- right behind a Lowes. Other than that, the staff was great at making sure our drinks were full and tea pots filled with water- that I could not complain. The ice cream is all Blue Bell, so it's great! More people should come to try this out- especially if traveling and you're hungry! Maybe they can put more food out eventually. I see potential in this restaurant buffet.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
