I could just as easily call this "yummy tummy". Great sandwiches, Many on "fred bread". We had a "Bad Apple", turkey, apple, bacon on apple fredBread and a "Diablito", Turkey, jalapeno Cream Cheese on Jalapeno Cheese FredBread. Great location with all the art studios, really cool vibe!

Love. Happy. Tummy. The ambience is great. Staff is awesome. And the food is amazing. They have gluten free bread for their sandwiches. I usually get the "what the cluck" or the "diablito". Try their homemade jalepeno cream cheese. Perfect. Love coming here!

Haven't been in a while but I've definitely never had anything bad here and the staff is friendly and upbeat, as one might expect from its situation. The menu is standard with a special changing weekly. The only problem is they are subject to the public hours of Lowe Mill - 4 days a week from noon to 6.

Husband got the "Popeye Loves Oyl" sandwich and that was great. I tried the Korean BBQ sandwich that comes with Kim Chi Slaw. It was okay but I enjoyed husband's sandwich more. We are from Hawaii and know what Korean BBQ should taste like. So unfortunately this was not it. BUT... Reasonable prices and conveniently located inside Lowe Mills. And husband was raving about his lunch even on the way home.

This is the best place to get a sandwich in the area. Every time my boyfriend and I have gone, we have never been disappointed. Great food and great friendly workers. Love the atmosphere, and it's a bonus that it is located in Lowe Mill.

I was going to rate lower at first due to the somewhat surly attitude of the lady running the register, but when my wife pointed out that she was just set off by her credit card reader going out and a patron of the food truck outside coming in to ask for napkins I decided to hold off. As we were leaving, the same lady was very kind and engaging so she got her fourth star back! The food was amazing. We both got pork-eyed and ordered Squeal Like a Pig, which is a bacon bread with ham, bacon, and pulled pork bbq. It was absolutely amazing. Next time, though, we plan on getting The King and Bad Apple so that we won't die quite as quickly. That much pork is delicious, but probably shouldn't turn into a habit! We substituted my wife's chips for the spinach dip, which we agree is the best we've had in the area. It was spinach pureed to oblivion with lots of dairy, it was actually mostly good, fresh spinach. We were very impressed by that. Drinks, sandwiches, and the spinach dip substitution were all under $20, which is a good deal for the quality of the sandwich and dip. We're definitely planning on going back! And as a disclaimer for those who are, like me and my wife, under the impression that this place is most likely a horror based on its location, I assure you the first floor where this restaurant is located has a great appeal and lots of neat little studios to look at once you're done and trying to help digest the amazing food.

Hands down the best food truck in North Alabama. Always really inventive things on the menu and really sweet people. They pay attention to their ingredients and freshness and it's pretty obvious when you taste it. The whole crew is pretty well-travelled and pick up recipes from wherever they go, which shows in their menu and daily specials.

This place is on wheels. I thought it was a restaurant, so I was quite surprised when I drove up and saw it for the first time. Given that, they serve pretty darn good food. The apple and feta salad was spot-on, but came with a bean soup that could use some flavor besides salt. They DO have seating inside and outside, which is a cool place to people watch during the Artist Market on Saturdays. The menu changes daily, which I love, so I'll be back. :)

"The King" is amazing & my husband loves their wraps. It's a great little sandwich place inside a wonderful art community. They have an excellent selection of chips & drinks. They food portions are large and great for the price. I look forward to eating there every weekend during the artist market.

This past week Groupon offered a special for Happy Tummy which we purchased. My husband and I had planned on visiting Lowe Mill for their Saturday artists fair and decided it would be a great deal to take advantage of this deal. Both of our sandwiches were amazing and well worth the very reasonable prices. My BLT had baconaise, that in and of itself made it well worth it. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful and the portions were large enough to make you happy without feeling as though you were left wanting more or overfly full. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that this location was outside and was actually a food truck. We were shocked when we found the location and it was inside with a nice seating area. All in all it was a wonderful location that I know my husband and I will visit often in the future.

Visiting Lowe Mill today and saw the line at Happy Tummy. Decided to check out their menu and there were so many things that looked good, we had to try it out. I had the Don't Cry Me Argen-Tuna, basically an amped up Tuna Salad on Cranberry Bread. Very good! When I first saw it, I thought it was small. But, I didn't realize just how much tuna was in this sandwich. Large chunks of tuna with apples, celery and craisins. Very filling. The menu listed walnuts, but I didn't find any in mine. Still, a great sandwich. Instead of chips I got the Kim Chi Slawter (at no extra cost), which is basically a kim chi without a heavy fermentation. This was also very good. Cold, crunchy and spicy. My dining partner had the Get In My Belly, which was BBQ pork on a ciabatta bun. The pork was surprisingly good. I would dare say it rivals the BBQ I've had at some of the big name places in town. I asked where they got their BBQ and was told they actually make it in house. Well done guys. Total for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks came to $13. With the very friendly staff, great food and reasonable prices, we will absolutely be back. (Just check their hours for when Lowe Mill is open.)

HAPPY TUMMY ISN'T A FOOD TRUCK, it's INSIDE Lowe Mill. The food truck is "The Chef Will Palate". Both are VERY good, having vegan & vegetarian. Happy Tummy has a great variety of sandwiches & local veggies. They are really nice too! It took me like 15 mins to figure out what I wanted & she never rushed me or got impatient, just tried helping. Then after you eat you can walk around & check out some amazing art. Very awesome place!

I will admit I was skeptical but this place is amazing! So far I've only tried 4 sandwiches but that's because I got hooked on two of them. The Hello Dolly dessert is amazing...chocolate chips, coconut and pecans baked into some sort of delicious bar. My only complaint is that they don't open until 12 but even then it's worth the wait.

What a cute name for this artsy restaurant cart! Located right outside of the Lowe Mill building, this cute little place features different dishes every week, with plenty healthy selections. Yum!!! I have tried Porky's Revenge, which seem a bit dry. However, the Jerk Chicken Wrap was good. But like I said, they do change the menu weekly. Lunches run under $10/person including drinks, pretty reasonable. The drawback is, on Saturdays they are busy around noon, and finding a place to sit down and enjoy would be a challenge.

"Dude, I'm soooo hungry. I've been painting all day and playing my guitar and I forgot to eat. Oh noes!" The above is a quote that you may hear while waiting in line at this food trailer at the Lowe mill. The wife and I checked out the artists market on Saturday and got a bite to eat here. The menu changes on a weekly basis, although I suspect that one could get a vegan dog most days of the week. The bubbly personality of our order taker, was part hippie and part smart ass, but at least she had a personality. The food was okay. I had a "crazy" spam, egg, pineapple quesadilla that was served with a funky sauce that was actually pretty good. They also had a pear and pecan salad that was good. The "chili" that came with it was your typical veggie chili, soupy beans and onion. Didn't have enough seasoning for me and was a little bland. They usually have sandwiches and the like and it makes for a cool lunch experience. They have some tables outside and some inside of the mill. The fact that they rotate the menu on a weekly basis gets them an extra star from me. Being someone who changes their menu on a daily basis, I salute this spot for staying fresh. I thought I saw Jerry Garcia in the mill buying bread, I can't be sure though.

They missed a perfect opportunity to be outstanding. We had the pesto grilled cheese sandwich with their tomato basil soup. "Soup" is an understatement. It was like heating up a can of stewed tomatoes, dumping in some basil and calling it soup. The sandwich was greasy, the cheese wasn't melted and it was less than warm. Could have been a great meal. To me, if you screw up a simple sandwich during a time that wasn't that busy then I have no intention of trying something else. How do you screw up a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup? I mean, really.

This is a really good sandwich place. Huntsville is sorely lacking in original places and this place is helping to carve that out. The sandwiches are delicious. Served on 'fred bread' (a locally made bread) with quality ingredients, its hard to go wrong here. I've been three times, and enjoyed myself three times. Even when the line is long the wait doesn't seem to be too long. I would recommend this to anybody looking for an original Huntsville flavor. It will take a couple more visits to fully flesh out an opinion of this place but I can already tell I will have a long term relationship with this establishment.

A great place to grab lunch! I've had the "Diablito", "Sass ya Back", and the "Spicy Bird".....all excellent, but my favorite is the "Diablito" on Jalapeno Fred Bread. Has a great vibe, being in Lowe Mill, and is a must-try if you like to check out the local food scene.
