Not the most amazing food ever but certainly decent. Fast service and average Mexican portions. This is our Wednesday spot! BOGO! And $6 pitchers of Dos Equis during Happy Hour. Dinner for two with a pitcher of beer for $20 with tip, can't beat it with a stick. Salsa was good but too spicy for the kids.

Food was bland, not a lot of flavor. I had to drown my beef in sauce. The chicken was very good, but still not a lot of flavor. Drinks were good, especially the mambo taxi. Service was good, very prompt and attentive. Bathrooms were disgusting.

This is one of our favorite places to go for a good, filling, and reasonably priced dinner. The food is good and has good portions, the wait-staff is mostly friendly, and their drinks are usually very good. Prices are quite reasonable and they have coupons often, as well as specials such as BOGO and 1/2 price drinks.

This is a favorite with both family and co-workers. Especially on Wednesdays (all day!) when they have a buy one entree get one free selection. (I think "L" is the best entree for the lunch special, but that is just me!). I have visited this restaraunt at least a couple dozen times and have walked away satisfied and happy each time. Very friendly staff, yummy salsa, good food and a great value make this a regular favorite for me!

We initially tried this place because its right across the road from our house. We've been back several times and have never been disappointed. The only problem is that we don't ever learn our lesson and order too much food. Its all so good. We took the grandkids there before they left for Japan and they still talk about the fried ice cream. Bryson can't wait to come back to grandpas house so he can have some more.

Bet salsa anywhere. We use to buy it and ship it back with us to Los Angles. The chicken casadilla is outstanding. Stay away from the beef dishes and always choose chicken.

Food was average and a little bland. Had to add hot sauce to just give flavor to the beef. The guacamole salad was a joke. It was just taco lettuce tomatoes and guacamole. Service was fast though but seemed distracted. Price was decent. Will come back but with all the other choices so close it a bit low on my list.

The atmosphere was nice and open. There was a mareache band the night we went that was a great touch! Prices are average for the portions you get. MAN were we full! The only thing I did not like was the chicken looked felt, and even tasted like it was from a can. Not frest cut and cooked. Besides that we will go again!

It was horrible. Some sort of roach was in my salsa. I don't know what it was but it had legs. I called the health dept but it was too late to come out. I did not order and left the restaurant.

Strong frozen margaritas for cheap! The food is decent tex mex. We really like the fajita nachos and lunch menu prices. Honestly, we mostly go for the margaritas.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
