I give this restaurant five stars, because of its excellent customer service, delicious food and fair prices for Asian cuisine that isn't buffet style. The service is great! They always make you feel very welcome and your glasses never run out! The next thing that impressed me is their diverse menu. It consist of more than just Thai but a fusion of different Asian foods. I can also vouch for their food it has always been very delicious and fresh.

I am trying them now about once a year. Today was one such visit. Service is good, the "Larb" I ordered was just minced chicken on a plate with lemon or lime juice and some cilantro, onions, and chili peppers mixed in. There was no Thai spirit or balance involved at all. I guess I have to finally accept that if they haven't started making real Thai food yet, and are still in business, then the regulars must like the non-ThaI stuff they call Thai food. I won't be trying them again. I'm the one who always brings his laptop drawing tablet in with him. I put divey for atmosphere, because their booths all have interrogation LED light mounted on tracks on the ceiling and it makes it very dark even at noon time. The front tables are a little better because they have a giant glass wall. When they remodeled they closed most of the booth are in behind a wall they built, so the booths are squeezed in between the wall and the sushi bar. And yeah, I mean really, a Japanese sushi bar in a Thai restaurant?

Meh. It's pretty rare I won't at least give a restaurant a second chance but everything I ordered was disappointing. The sushi specifically was a bummer, I didn't even try to finish it.

Under new ownership, this place went from Thai to what would be construed as Asian Fusion. On Friday we visited the new Top Thai and gave it a try. Afterwards we wished we hadn't. The sushi was mushy and amateurish. The fried rice was sticky and lacked flavor. Then came the entree, which was described as "Chicken Cashew Nut" - and what I believe was an attempt to describe the common Cashew Chicken dish - was an abomination. The chicken was overcooked and hard and the "vegetable ensemble" consisted of whole cloves of garlic (NOT cashews but a nice surprise when you bite down!) and what appeared to be water chestnuts. Wrong. They were hunks of ginger root (yum). All I can figure is that this was the chefs first night in a kitchen, ever, and drew his inspiration from photos of food, not actual recipes. In summary, avoid this restaurant. The other Thai and Japanese restaurants in Dothan are far, far, far better

Today was my birthday and I was about to go to thai house but they were closed on Sunday It must have been fate because I could not have had a better experience. Everyone loved their food! and The service was top notch! My mom only uttered once that I was "the Birthday girl" as I quickly hushed her because I get embarrassed easily, and that was all it took for them to later bring us out a surprise decorotive fruit dessert. It was really thoughtful. I ordered the pad thai and had the steam dumplings both The best I have ever had and I use to live in WA state where there was a wide variety of asian restaurants.

My favorite Thai food PERIOD! I just wish I could move it with me! The Pad Thai is rediculous! I love this place and will return every time I'm in town!!!!

Really bad service. The waitress brought me a meal I am allergic to then told me that was what I ordered.

The service was good. The food was very good. The prices were fair. They have sushi specials that make it even cheaper. Good value for good food. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Very clean with tile floors.

Go to the Thai House. Same prices, infinitely better Thai food. I've had thai all over the world, and this is one of the worst. Barely passable. Flavorless, emotionless, and drab. Not up to common thai standards. Not really sure how they stay open here.

The food and service are good, but I think they use msg or some other additive that does not agree with me. I have a terrible headache every day after I eat there. Three splitting headaches was enough for me to figure that out.

Worst Thai food I've ever had! My coworker and I shared the pad Thai and the chicken panang curry and both were gross. We both got food poisoning after going there and were both up all night vomiting and going to the bathroom (diarrhea).

My favorite place to go for dinner in the area. I was really afraid that I'd be dissapointed since I love Thai and didn't expect much in Dothan but they really have the food down! I could eat there every night! I knocked off a star for the following: they really could dim the lights a notch, the wine list sucks, and I always get sat next to the most annoying people (not their fault, I know). A++ on the food!

Every time I'm in Dothan I try to eat at Top Thai!! Love the Pad Thai Chicken and Chicken with bean thread. Lunch comes with a bowl on soup and salad. Love their salad dressing! I have never had bad service or bad food. This place is amazing.

I stumbled on this little gem while out to lunch with a customer. After what seems like a barren landscape of fast food and inauthentic ethnic knockoffs, who would have thought there would be a decent Thai place in Dothan? This place is nestled behind a Sonic, and might be a little hard to see from 84. Don't lament passing of the closed Pho place in the front, but continue to the building in the rear and you will be rewarded. I prefer things a little more spicy than most, but here they don't do the Chiang Mai "dear lord what have I put in my mouth" level of spicy (even if you ask for it), so don't worry. They have pretty standard Thai fare, served promptly at a decent price. A great spot for lunch.

Top Thai is a really nice looking restaurant with an interesting mix of southern food and thai food. The interior is quite nice looking and spacious. The music was a bit odd, hits of the 80's & 90's, but whatever. The menu is decently sized but pricey. My meal came out to $23 including tip. I had spring rolls for a starter and then the spicy thai shrimp. The interesting thing about the shrimp was that it contained unseasoned broccoli and the shrimp was seasoned with Tabasco sauce. It was pretty tasty, but not what I expected.

So far, Top Thai is in the top three places to eat in the wiregrass. Really good curry, and a large menu. I have not even begun to explore Thai cuisine but this is probably going to be where I do it. I have heard nothing but positive reports and my experiences have all been good. Highly recommended!
