I have been to this location 6 times and ordered for take out once. I will not go back again. These visits have been over the last 8 months. The service has been consistently bad. But this last visit on Sunday May 24th 2015 was the worst. The hostess did not smile and barely greeted me. My waitress walked past the table 3 times before stopping. The waitress was not helpful and didn't seem to know the menu. Water had to be ordered twice. The boneless wings I ordered were hard. Old oil maybe? I spent quite a bit of time looking around for the waitress when I was done eating. Other waitstaff saw this yet didn't offer to help or even to find the waitress. When I finally got the check I waited 10 minutes before I was able to check out. And that was after asking the bitchy hostess if I needed to bring the check up to the Togo counter. Every visit has been worse then the one prior to it. I realize it was a holiday weekend, but they weren't busy. I have worked in restaurants and retail for 16 years. There was nothing but bad attitudes in this establishment.

Poor service at this location! I love BWW around the country, but this location needs a lot of help with their service. The wings have been great... the salads, drinks, and service feel like they just opened yesterday! Server training is a must if this location is going to keep up B-Dub's reputation of being a fun place to enjoy great drinks, food, and watch games!

Service was horrible! Brough out white chalky looking carrots, forgot to bring my hummus with my hummus platter, didn't bring A SINGLE NAPKIN!! These are chicken wings folks. They are messy!! Very disappointed. Especially after dropping $60 on the tab. But they do have new tablets for games, trivia, and Texas hold 'em. That's about the only plus.

Service here isnt that great. Im pretty much a regular and its rare that I get a good server. The females tend to spend most of their time interacting with the male guests. Getting a refill or even an order placed seems difficult. The food is really good though.

Best service ever!!! Our servers name was Brittney and she was very knowledgeable of their sauces and her suggestions of what we were asking for was right on the money. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience here!!!

This is not white tablecloth dining so if that's what you want, go elsewhere. We arrived just before noon on a non-conference Saturday (SEC vs the early season patsys) and were seated & served fairly promptly. Yes it's loud but that's why you go there! Hubby was a bit disappointed in draft beer choices but I was happy with Blue Moon. We had 20 traditional wings split Buffalo, Thai Curry, Medium, and Salt & Vinegar. I love the dry seasoned wings personally; none were less than good. Beer can add to the check mighty fast but again, that's to be expected here. Brought five wings home in doggie bag for rest of the afternoon snacking. We'll return & the carry out counter was hoppin' and will be a good option as well.

Cold fries. The chicken is made hours beforw you get there and will be kept warm until you get there; dry, jerky chicken. The beer was Flat. Bad food. The manager was a push over; the wait staff did nothing. Hanging out at the front, one girl stood at one table the whole time playing with her kid talking to her boyfriend/husband. Experience sucked.

Where's the real beer? Overall this is a standard chain restaurant. Not my first pick for food but usually a great place to get a beer, some wings, sports bar atmosphere. Food - Meh, wings are fine and pretty standard. We went here a couple times during our stay w/small and large groups. None of our orders were anything crazy (straight off the menu) and there errors both times. None of us were too picky and did tell the waitresses but ended up sticking w/what we'd received b/c the order correction took so long. Again, it's a chain sports bar, not fine dining so not really worked up about it. Atmosphere - Like any other BW3s Beer - This is where the disappointment started. I realize Alabama isn't the pinnacle of "craft beer" and I hate calling it craft b/c it sounds so yuppie but really? I did ask the waitress if they had an IPA and she didn't know what that meant. I asked about a stout or porter and same deal. She ended up sending the manager to talk about beers but the "IPA" he offered me was a pilsner. No stress, it's beer. I did go to the bar and found an IPA but was surprised at the lack of variety in beer. Overall I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again. I went w/a group from work and enjoyed the company. I'd pick a dive bar or smaller place w/good beer over BW3s more often than not.

For the most part I've enjoyed my visits to Buffalo Wild Wings. Environment isn't bad except on game day and that's when the obnoxious dunks pile into the place but they usually congregate around the bar. Wings were great, a little heavy on the sauce but we're freshly prepared. Wife ordered a hamburger and absolutely loved it. Kids had a blast. My only complaint about Buffalo Wild Wings is their "No Firearms Allowed" policy. That may be something they want to revise in the future but I'll leave that up to them to do. Until then, I'll leave my weapon in the truck and hope no one comes in to hurt anyone.

Good place to eat and enjoy yourself. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good but not the best. My biggest complaint is that tge last two tines I have been the booths smell musty. If you ever played at chucky cheese as a child you will instantly recognize the smell.

The service is horrible. The last two times I went I waited for service. The sever was not attentive at all. We waited 20 mins for our order to be taken. We were comped appetizers last time and decided to try again. We had a very similar experience. Like other reviewers have observed, there are several servers standing around but not doing much to ensure a good customer experience. My family will not return.

Horrible service both times I have been there. Highly doubt that I will go back. The last time I was there, we were seated promptly but waited over 20 minutes and our waitress never came to the table. So we walked out. As we left there were about 5 or 6 waitresses standing at the front laughing and having a good time instead of serving the customers.

Big fan of the Mango Habanero wings, I like that you can smoke outside and catch the sports events on the TVs. The one star on here is for the waitress that I have had with most of my visits there, very friendly and prompt however... I enjoy drinking cold beer before I eat my wings and this past weekend was told that I had to be checked out by the management if I exceeded over a beer an hour. I ordered my 4th Coors light and was told I had to purchase food and eat before I could have another beer. I was minding my own business, not intoxicated or belligerent. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that I should have never heard this; he assured me that he checks and makes contact with every patron personally when they reach over a beer per hour and makes a judgment call based off of his intensive training he had undergone. I got there late afternoon, there was a small party going on already and clearly large amounts of alcohol being served and consumed, why wouldn't they be, its Saturday, at a bar. He said I looked good enough and allowed me to have another beer. He said this has been the way they have always done business....I have been to quite a few BWWs and have never heard of this, I have seen people get cut off and or kicked out plenty of times but for very good reason. Sounds good on paper, to the insurance company and lawyers but I can't see myself going to a bar to drink beer and eat at the speed and quantity dictated by the management (complete strangers). What's next, "I am sorry sir, those wings will be too spicy for you and you are overweight, go with something less spicy and lighter on the fat or you will be asked to leave".

Despite the fact that their computers went down and the house was packed I was very happy with the service and food. All the different wings tried were really good with the exception of the Thai Curry, which while not bad came out a little to spicy. Outside area is great, lots of TV's and the heaters kept our table at t perfect temp. I'm giving it 4 stars because if they keep things going on the same track it will be the place to get wings and watch sports in Dothan, our Hooters is about a 1/2 star.
