Sunday lunch. Was quite underwhelming. Never really been a fan of this chain, but wanted their salad, so went. Had gnocchi and chicken soup. Eh. Nothing special. Gnocchi wasn't fresh. Salad and breadsticks were just the carb combo I went for. The peach and orange hot tea was good. But it was Tetley so can't really give them too much credit for it.

This place used to be great. I'm not sure what is going on but, keywords are, it used to be great. Bread was a brick Alfredo sauce had no taste Fettuccine was glued to the side of the plate Maybe it's just a bad day. I'll try it once more. Will update.

Due to the poor everything at this location I have stayed away for two years. I am happy to say this visit was much improved. The food came out hot and as ordered. No waiting for anything. Server was excellent, food was good. I would recommend this place once again. I had some sort of citrus chicken, and would have it again.

We love our local Olive Garden so tried one while visiting the parents. Hostess people were friend and great then we sat down and our server was terrible. Who Doesn't ask if you want soup or salad? Geez we had to flag down another server to tell our server that my husband wanted soup and not salad bc our server didn't even ask! Our entrees came out before our app! We had to tell our server we didn't even get our app yet apparently he forgot. So then we had a table full of food! Service was terrible. Our server didn't even give us any mints when the bill came! We had to ask upon walking out the door. Won't be returning.

Have not ate here in years, we did take out and were pleasantly surprised. They did a great job packing our orders to go. The containers were robust and functioned well to eat out of it. Portions were good sized and the food survived the trip back. Good Italian in a pinch, provided you expectations are tempered

i love the "OG" and always look forward to eating at it. the past few times i have been the service has been par for the place. it is a hit and miss place and if you are really looking forward to it you should be fine. the wait is never too long and the service is usually good. but with what has been said about the place from the others it all depends on who you get and when you go. as for me, I'll go back again...

Excellent service last night! Our waitress was prompt and accommodating. The food was delicious and the restaurant was incredibly clean and welcoming. We will be coming back to this location many times again.

Good old Olive Garden. Ok so they set up our party of 17 in the back area of dining which was great in order for us to have privacy. However, we ordered typical slap and soups and a few folks got pasta dishes but our order took well over 45 minutes to be tabled. Just to long.

Consistently good food and service. I have never had a bad meal here. Save room for the desserts or take one home! I know it's a chain. I know it's not authentic Italian. It's the Epcot version.

Quick service at this location. Wait staff was very friendly. Joshua is the best server there, really goes above and beyond.

Usually when I dine at this Olive Garden I have a fantastic experience with great food and awesome service. Unfortunately that was not the case when I ate there Saturday. I ate with my sister and a friend our server was rude and had a condescending way about him as if he was too good to serve us. After he took our orders and brought us our drinks he didn't come back again to check up on us except to bring us our food and check. We ordered salad and soup which came pretty fast. Our soup was luke warm but it was forgivable. Our entrees took well over an hour to arrive which wouldn't be a problem except no one came to refill our salad or breadsticks and we were very hungry. A manger walked by and I asked him if we could have more salad and breadsticks, since our server was m.i.a. And he looked at me like I was crazy, turned his face up and snatched the bowls off our table! For the remainder of our meal the manager stood a booth behind us and stared at us while we are our food! It made us feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. When our food came it was subpar if even that. Usually the entrees are fabulous but my pasta was still hard in my Ziti and the middle of my food was cold. My friends entree was the tilapia, she said tasted funny. It had a grayish tint to it. My sisters steak seemed okay. We ordered dessert which was the best thing we had all night, I don't remember the name but it was like a creamy, chocolate expresso cake, besides the breadsticks. We hurried and paid our bill and left because we felt very unwelcome. We went to shop and not 10 minutes after we left Olive Garden my friend got sick and threw up her fish in the store!! It probably was bad or not cook well. Not long after her I also got sick. I probably will never eat there again. I honestly don't think it deserves any stars but the breadsticks and dessert were pretty good. Bottom line, Olive Garden is not what it use to the food is lacking and most of the service is also. I would NOT recommend.

Olive Garden has stepped up their game again. We've been twice in the last month so the good experience the first time was not a fluke. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. On our second trip our waitress even got the Manager to turn down (make colder) the A/C at our request. The big surprise here is the food though. It is edible. It used to be that Olive Garden meant about 12 hours of misery as my body tried to purge the salt and fat I had eaten. That doesn't happen any more. The food is much less greasy than it used to be. You can even eat pasta with alfredo sauce and not be miserable afterward. Amazing. It is also not too noisy, especially as compared with their neighbor, Friday's. During our recent meal at Olive Garden my decibel meter hovered around 80. Not bad.

I guess the chef had the night off tonight. Just visiting Dothan, Al and had the misfortune of eating at this Olive garden. My worst experience at an Olive Garden ever. They better get a new chef or get the one they had back. Usually a favorite to eat at wherever I go.

We love Olive Garden! This recent trip to Olive Garden was great. We had a wonderful waiter who interacted with my kids, and they loved him!

The host rolled his eyes when I told them I had a party of seven and after we were seated the waitress did as well and our plates came out sloppy.

Olive Garden has really stepped up their game. I used to LOVE O.G. as a kid but became disappointed in it's cafeteria quality food. Just went back there last night with another couple. Really enjoyed it. The menus have changed and gotten more diverse and more yummy. The flavors were done much better in the dishes we had than they had been before. I will admit that previous visits made me feel like the alfredo suace was a congealed mess that came from a can. This time, I felt that it was done well. I enjoyed my seafood dish and the samples of my friends' dishes. Thankfully, the salad and breadsticks HAVEN'T changed. They are still yummy. We had a waitress named Nicole and she was awesome. Very personable and caring, even with two LARGE parties in her area. Will be going back.

Never Ending Pasta, really? We went to this location after driving all day (it was on our stop for the night) and we ordered the never ending pasta. Well, I guess it does end, because they were out of hte noodles that my wife ordered.

We stopped in after the lunch hour. I had just spent the last 9 hours either in a plane or in an airport waiting on a plane; so I'm starving. We were seated in the bar, which was fine. Our waitress looked, acted, and talked just like the ex-wife Joy on "My Name is Earl". She was pretty cool, and made the experience worth while. The bread sticks were luke-warm, and the entree might have been in the microwave just a little too long. But the classy part was when the family of four was seated next to us. From what we could gather, the husband or the wife was an off-duty Olive Garden employee, we never figured out which. After they were seated, all of the kitchen staff came out to "hang" at their table and chat. Someone asked the husband if he had "been to court yet and seen the judge?" And I'm thinking, "I really want to eat at Olive Garden today, but do i want to eat here bad enough to die for it?" I'm sure it was nothing serious, but employees should exercise some form of professionalism, I think.

Its Olive Garden people, keep your expectations realistic. I went with the old standby soup salad and bread sticks, all you can eat. No complaints, and I actually had the best bowls of zuppa toscano here. Freaking huge chunks of sausage and potatoes. YUP... :)

Took about 45 minutes to get our appetizer, and only after we bugged a busboy to get it for us. The spinach & artichoke dip came with celery for some reason. About an hour into it, we decided the main course wasn't worth waiting for. We got compensated with gift cards, but what good is that when the restaurant is now banned?

My review is not based on the food, as yes... it is an Olive garden... what more can you expect, and you cant judge individual ones when they all cook the same stuff. My review is for the service... the hostess was really rude, and we waited half an hour for a table for 4 when the restaurant was half empty... no one was bussing the tables. They really didnt look under staffed, so we werent too sure why. The waitress was very sweet and friendly, but wasnt at all attentive and kept forgetting what we wanted. The food took a very long time to come out of the kitchen because they had "a large party to accomodate"... but apart from them and us, the restaurant was pretty much empty! I dread to think what it is like on a busy night.

It's been about 4-5 years since I had been to an olive garden becuase of the pour authenticity of the food offered. We were once again reminded why we don't go there while taking a break during some Christmas shopping. Service was nice, but the food was horrible. Pasta Fagiole tasted more like chili than any pasta fagiole recipe I've ever eaten. I should probably add that I've made at least 15 different variations of this traditional pasta, vegetable and bean soup, but none that even came close to this rubbish. 2 slices of the 6-7 Bruschetta Crostinis were toasted while the others were just warmed pieces of bread. The tomato mixture which is traditionally tomatoes, basil, onion, salt pepper tasted like none of these because it was drowned in balsamic vinegar. My daughter got chicken marsala with roasted potatoes but was served chicken marsala with deep fried potatoes and instead of a marsala sauce the chicken cutlets were topped with gelatinous reminants of some sort of marsala based gravy. YUCK

Average stuff here. My wife normally gets the soup, salad and bread sticks which are up to par here. The Tuscana soup is actually one of the better ones we have had. The pasta dishes I have had have been ok. After a few years living in a state with no olive gwarden, I think I may have thought it was better than it was. Nothing special, just another Olive Garden.

This would be a great location for a restaurant. Too much hype here. Nuff said.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
