It was so good last time we had to come back. The sushi was phenomenal, but I have yet to try the hibachi. The miso soup was really good. They have a variety of soups (wonton, egg drop, etc.) which are worth a try. Plenty of seafood, veggies, salads, meats, sushi, fruit, baked goods, desserts...it's really hard to ask for more. Also, there is a full bar. Impossible to beat for the price.

Food was very inconsistent. Some thing's were decent, others were not very good at all. Sushi was par at best. Staff is polite and atmosphere is very comfortable. Overall, we would have rather gone to Cheeburger.

I was addicted at first and would sometimes go twice a week. The food is good and plentiful. If crowded do be prepared to wait on crab legs to keep coming out. Staff is quick to refill drinks. CONS: Wait staff continuously stares at you during your entire meal. (Very uncomfortable being watched ) My friend stopped going with me because this angered her and she could not enjoy her meal. If you push your plate from directly in front of your face be prepared to get up and get more food because the wait staff does not always understand English and is very quick to rip your plate way from you.

I'm not a very big sushi fan, but we were visiting family, doing some shopping, and it was right there. I was surprised at how good the sushi was. I only had a few pieces and honestly I don't know what I was eating but I liked it. The place was clean and the people were very friendly.

Really good buffet. You wouldn't expect this gem here in Dothan. Really good selection of food and for a buffet, remarkably fresh. Service was good and reasonably priced. I believe this is a small chain, because I recall a place with the same name and similar decor and selection in Jackson Mississippi.

Staff is nice and efficient. Food was below par. Arrived at 6:30 (dinner time) and found old, stale lukewarm food on the bar. Tried the stir fry grill and there was no selection for sauces. The cook added some butter and soy sauce but it came out very bland. Best part of the meal was the fruit at the end. Will not come back and suggest you go some where else.

There's not a lot to do or eat in Dothan, AL. But if you're hungry, I can recommend Ichiban. An all you can eat Buffett with sushi, Chinese and a hibachi grill! All this for just $10. $7.99 if it's lunch time. Sign me up for overeaters anonymous now. They even had a bevy of desserts. Just be careful how much sushi you eat. It's a separate pricing (by the pound). The wait staff is highly attentive and friendly as well.

Only place in Dothan that I know of where you can order Kirin saki bombers! The possibilities are endless on their all you can eat Buffett. Crab wontons are delish! Scoop your own ice cream with great flavors. Create your own hibachi style dish with fresh meats, veggies, sauce. They also have sushi.

Yes yes yes!! Thank you thank you I no longer have to drive to Montgomery for good sushi and Hibachi tried a little of nearly everything, I will be waddling out of here! Would have been 5 stars if they had refilled dessert trays, only choices were cupcakes and cookies not freshly made. They do also offer a good variety of fruits and ice cream flavors ( hard packed). I will be back!

All three of us were very impressed with the variety and quality of the food, especially for so reasonable a price. The service was fast and friendly. We also appreciated the ambiance and cool fish tank. I was disappointed in the egg roll and the crawfish but especially loved the sushi and honey chicken. The Mongolian Grill was a big hit.

It's sad when you have to come to a buffet to get sushi...something I would normally never eat an Asian buffet. Alas in this small town you only have so many options. Surprisingly it wasn't that bad compared to the other sushi places around here and when you need that fix it will do.. Most of the buffet line - up was going stale or rubbery, the hibachi grill is this places saving grace, would recommend for that reason alone. Still compared to the other asian buffets here, ichiban is king and the only reason for four stars.

Consistency is what keeps us as patrons. Probably the best Asian buffet in Dothan. Service can be spotty...they're volume over experience. Asian servers can fall over themselves in the presence of other Asians...but to we nons, you may get silverware laid in a pile on your table and aloof attention. They offer a discount to police and firemen, but not military. Yup, that bugs me.

The sushi looked fresh, though we didn't try it. Next to the sushi bar is a hibachi grill with a nice assortment of veggies and meat (beef, chicken, and shrimp) - he cooks it up right there, and they're not overprotective of the meat like some hibachi places. The decor is nice, the staff was friendly, and they refilled our glasses every time they were low. The rest of the buffet is pretty standard; we tried lots of random things and they were all good. If you're looking for a good buffet for ~ $10, give them a try.

Best buffet in Dothan, Troy, and Montgomery area. Its the best place that worth every penny which is only 10.99 weekday and 12.99 weekend and friday. Very nice service, best buffet food quality out there. The egg soup and sweet and sour soup is best i ever taste, the pork rip is great. they have sushi, and a lot of choices included: crap leg, oyster, big shrimp, fish, salmon. Very good place if you are hungry

The stars are judging it as what it is, a buffet. Very fresh sushi, good variety, constantly being made. Well maintained buffet. Hibachi grill well stocked, with fresh ingredients. Often, buffets offering this station, have shaved meats and questionable seafood, but not here. The ingredients were fresh and the cook worked fast.

Finally something other than fried fish, fried chicken and fried period! I'm visiting from PA and this will have to do. Pleasant surprise for AL and a good selection of seafood. I got here just in time for the lunch rate and I am satisfied.

Absolutely amazing. You can see the sushi being made, so you know it's fresh, there's plenty of good food, the workers are all super nice, and the restaurant is beautiful inside! Definitely recommend it!

Not bad. Sometimes the food is a little old but usually ok. Staff is friendly. I would recommend it if you are seeking quantity rather than quality. Their grill is bland to be honest.

As Asian buffets go, this is the best one we have found along the way between Birmingham and Florida, and we've tried a few. Not as good as Chow Town or Top China Buffet in Hoover, but better than others we've tried in Dothan, Ozark or Troy. They have quite a range of items, including sushi and their cook-to-order stir fry in addition to the usual fried and stir-fried chicken, pork and seafood items. The trays get replenished frequently to keep up with demand even when busy. The decor is also nice and service not bad, but note that it gets quite hot and stuffy near the front windows on a sunny day, so better get a table inside.

This place has lost its way since opening. Several people have reported getting sick after eating here. Do not recommend.

With limited options for Christmas, we went to this restaurant for dinner. The staff was friendly enough, but the food was definitely bad. The worst part is that a few of my family members had food poison like symptoms a few hours after the dinner. It wasn't just one person, but a few of us. We were in the bathrooms every hour throughout the night and had to call the doctor in the morning. I can't pin point exactly which item in the buffet caused it, but there were a few items that we had that definitely tasted a bit off. I have not gotten food poison for a long time, and this is probably the worst experience ever. If there is a NEGATIVE rating, I would've chosen it for this restaurant. My family and I will never return to this restaurant.

We ate here while visiting family in Ozark. We arrived on a Friday night at the height of dinner hour and the place was packed. Price of an adult meal was $12.99 (I'm not sure if that included drinks, probably not, I drank water). On my plate this evening, egg drop soup, snow crab legs, various sushi combinations, boiled shrimp, and ice cream. Egg drop soup was good, however the fried crunchies that went with it were all stuck together and hard as a rock. Snow crab legs were the small and thin. They buy the smaller crabs to make the money go further. Although the legs tasted good, they seemed to have issues keeping the tray full and I had to wait for a fresh batch. This practice seems typical for these types of places. I had a few of the rolls and the Nigiri. All were good for the type of sushi you get at the buffet style restaurant. They need to have more than one sushi maker during rush hour, the guy behind the bar just couldn't keep up. Ice cream was good, other than they use 5-gallon containers and people scoop their own ice cream. Had a little issue with that considering no one washes their hands any more, and the fact I saw some little kid scooping his jello, from the jello bar, with his bare hands. (They need a soft serve ice cream machine here.) You have a choice of using a bowl or cone. They must also buy the cheap cones because my cone turned to mush before I could finish eating it. I have to say, being a self-proclaimed expert in buffet eating, that this place rates an 8 out of 10. The food I ate was good and I got out of there with no adverse after effects, contrary to other reviewer's experiences. I will definitely go back next time we end up in these parts again. I'll have to try the hibachi grill next time, I always forget those cuz I'm always too busy stuffing my face from the buffet.

One of the better Chinese type restaurants in the area. They have sushi, and a Mongolian BBQ bar. I am normally not a fan of buffet type restaurants but his one good. We come here for lunch when we are working nearby as the crew likes the variety and the cool AC.

As far as buffets go, this is probably up there in terms of amount of food, quality, and variety. They have make your own hibachi, sushi, crab legs, soups, a bunch of chickens in sauces, oysters, and some American fare as well. The other reviewer was correct in saying the decor was very vibrant. it reminded me of a cruise ship restaurant. My only complaint is that some of the servers were very distant and seemingly uncaring. Bottom line: If you want a bunch of 'asian' food in large quantities for a good price (12.99), then go here.

I absolutely love Chinese food! But let's be real, Chinese restaurants typically do not do good buffets. Look no further people! This buffet has something for everyone, including the children. They have a full bar, sushi (raw and cooked), Chinese, and American food on the buffet. Mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, pizza, pastas, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and I am sure I am leaving some choices out. They also have ice cream and a desert bar. Plenty of servers on the floor to take care of your needs. All around, great place!

Went to lunch early Sunday. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food wasn't bad, but not the best I've had. If I was in the mood for Americanized Asian buffet food I would probably go again.
