I don't live in Dothan anymore but when I come home to visit my family and friends, I always go to The District! It's hard to get all my friends to meet up in one place but I know that when I go to The District, I will see all the right people. Great crowd, great bands in the front room, and DJ Mookie plays the best music to dance to for any mood I am in! Plus, the food is what you would find in New York or Miami! Chef Coby makes the best food for a romantic dinner before the party starts or the perfect food for a midnight snack. Whatever you have in mind for a night out, The District is the place to go!

This place is very chic and hip. The chandeliers are gorgeous and shout glam. The drinks were not very strong. We ordered appetizers. The ahi tuna was cooked to perfection and was interestingly topped over nachos. The southwestern rolls made me feel warm inside. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they came out of box. The sweet potato fries were standard. Moving on the table was way to small for the booth size. My friend had to stand up to eat his meal off the table. Overall a good place to get drunk. Plus my friends thought the bartender was cute.

Drinks are nicely made! Bartender Josh is willing to do anything for a tip! Bartender Candace....... Nice ass. Bartender Debbie ... Double E! If you aren't interested in this then go to Blue Bar. They have shit drinks, shit owners, and shit bartenders. District wins by a LONG shot!

Me and my husband come from Miami where the night clubs are expensive but the music is always a mixture of everything and the party stays hyped. While the atmosphere of this place is good, the drinks are cheap and good, the music was highly lacking. The DJ simply sucks. He only plays one type of music. My husband is Hispanic and some reggae-ton or Spanish would have really changed our night. Plus he only plays old school music. I was highly disappointed. Either this DJ needs to change or they need a new DJ. Might not come back....
