We stopped in while on a road trip because we wanted something besides the usual chain restaurants. Let me say, I am very pleased and so glad we stopped. I ordered the catfish and my bf ordered the beef tips and rice (Thursday special.) Both were delicious and the service was impeccable. The coleslaw was tasty (I prefer the mayo-based), the mac-n-cheese was good but the okra was not so great, but not bad enough to send back. I liked that the menu and prices were listed online so we could review before our arrival to save time and get back on the road. We pass through Dothan several times a year and we'll definitely be back!

Good ole southern home cooking. The place is very open and spacious with a "at home" type of feel. Dinner comes with a basket of biscuit and corn bread. Service was quick and friendly. I got the buttermilk fried chicken with 2 sides (rutabaga and fried okra) and the boyfriend got the the pulled bbq with a side of mac n cheese and mashed potatoe with gravy. Each plate had a good helping. Theres also "made from scratch" chocolate chip cookie for sale at the cash register. Checks can be paid up front.

Passing thru and wanted something good. Yelped and selected based on stars and reviews. Easy to find. Crowded and friendly staff. Better than fast food but not the 'real homemade southern' food we hoped for. Complementary biscuits and fritters were good. Cole slaw not sweet. Macncheese not homemade. Burger not hand-pattied. BBQ was different.

Great surprise on our way to FL! Food was fresh, hot, and quick. The staff was friendly and attentive. I hope we come back this way b/c I'll definitely be back!

Traditional Southern Meat-&-Three. Hot water cornbread and biscuits come fresh to each table. Great daily specials and the Pea-of-the-Day! Known for their country fried steak and fried chicken tenders. However, their grilled and blackened fish are excellent, too. Pro tip: Get the rutabegas! You will not regret it!

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, corn bread, biscuits, meat loaf, okra... Mmmm... Dinners are like $6. Being from Cali, this is unheard of. Food was good! The service was good! And it's attached to a hunting store... Fried chicken and glocks makes for a good dining experience!
