We were eager to try Prime after all the positive Yelp reviews (thanks Yelpers!) so got there tonight - Saturday at 7.30pm. We didn't have a reservation and they were busy so got the best available at 8.45pm (for two). They were clearly understaffed but staff were friendly and helpful. I LOVE peppercorn steak so ordered that with the side of clam chowder and baked potato. My husband ordered the 14oz prime rib (huge!) with sides of Caesar salad and steakhouse fries. We also brought our own wine on which they charged a $10 corkage on - awesome! Now, to the food. The clam chowder was good but lukewarm. Am sure it would have tasted better if hot. The Caesar salad was tasty - a lot of cheese (perhaps a bit of overkill there) but good. Next, my peppercorn steak - my first bite I was hit by the saltiness! Whoa. I kept eating then realized there was an abundance of salt and fresh garlic granules but I could neither see nor taste the peppercorns. SO disappointed by this! The baked potato was fine, a bit dry but smother it with sour cream and /or butter and you can overcome that. Hubby's prime rib was very good. The fresh horseradish was potent and tasty - a nice addition. The steakhouse fries were above average but not sensational. We finished by sharing the warm chocolate molten cake with vanilla Tillamook Ice cream, which was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our Meal. Ambiance was very nice in the restaurant. Good value for money. Book ahead to avoid a wait. We walked out happy as we joined the casino players club while killing an hour until our table was ready and each got $10 in slos credits... Put in $10 of our own and came out ahead by $90... Which paid for our meal, tip and $8 to spare. I would definitely go back but would order something different than the not-so-peppercorn steak and ask that the soup be hot!

This is the nicest restaurant I've ever seen inside of a casino. A real treat we ate there last year on the 26th of December and we basically had the place to ourselves. Really enjoyable and great service. The food was great as well. We liked it so well we came back today, on Christmas Day, it's a good thing we had reservations because it was pretty full in there. We decided to bring a bottle of Pinot we purchased at Anne Amie a week or so ago. The corkage fee was only $10. The meals were reasonably priced. The whole meal was $61. What a steal. The salmon was great and the atmosphere as always is nice it's hard to believe there is a gaming floor just steps away. We didn't gamble but the meal was superb, once again. Great service on a holiday. I'm sure we will be back again.

This is one of our favorite places in town....we make it a point to go every time we are in Florence...which is about every month and a half. The staff is wonderful and have gotten to know our preferences and almost what we order! It has small town appeal combined with great food. I've never had something I didn't like and the Prime Rib is always amazing.

Service, pretty good. This is now newly named Sunset Grille. Had their top end New York, which was so full of gristle it was inedible. Caesar to start was excellent, side pasta sticky, and nasty. Our meals were so bad they comped one of the two. Won't return, much better spots in town to eat than here.

We made reservations for dinner on Christmas. Everything was excellent...they had a special menu for Christmas dinner, plus their normal dinner menu. They have booths that aren't totally isolated from everything, yet private enough to make it enjoyable. We brought our own bottle of wine, so only had to pay a $10 corkage fee. The food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding, and great value for the money. If you're on the coast and can stand walking a couple hundred feet through a smoky casino floor to get there, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to Prime with a reservation but you really don't need one. There is quite an eclectic bunch that frequent this establishment. Being that it is in the Three Rivers Casino, you have to walk through a haze of smoke to get there. The restaurant itself is non-smoking but having walked through the casino, I started off wearing a jacket, and by the time I got to the door I was wearing a smoking jacket. Just an aside, I think that it is hilarious that smoking indoors is so hazardous to your health that it has been banned in all buildings and within 10 feet of entrances. But when you enter Indian Casinos the effects of second hand smoke are no longer harmful, hence the clouds of smoke that are prevalent. On to the food. I ordered their Dungeness Crab Cocktail as an appetizer and was non-plused by the presentation. It was very fresh but it was very shredded and on a bed of lettuce. The rest of my meal was pretty good. For being on the west coast their east coast cold water lobster was prepared very well and was very fresh. Their prime rib was also good and is carved tableside. Their staff is a little on the slow side but they are courteous when dealing with patrons. My better half had the 10 oz filet but it came out a little dry. Mainly because she ordered it medium well, and it came out almost well done. But any good steakhouse is going to warn against ordering that cut in any way past medium due to that fact. They did not. But on the plus side she enjoyed the Chef's Risotto immensely and stated that she would order it again and she is bonkers for Rosemary bread which they serve with the meal. Now their dessert was great. We ordered the Crème Brulee and it was prepared tableside. That was a good show and the server created just the right caramelized sugar crust on top that was sweet but not overpowering or burnt. Next time I think I may order the Salmon and leave it out in the Casino for a couple of minutes and have smoked salmon.
