I thought this place totally deserved five stars. The service was awesome! I loved my meal and so did my whole family. The waiter was very attentive and the food was hot and nicely prepared. Try the Sausage Hero or the chicken cutlets. The clams were very nice, flavorful with just enough garlic.

Went there for lunch one day with my siblings. They make great pasta. I had their Lasagna and it was bursting with flavor. My sister had their seafood pasta and my brother had theie chicken parm, both were so good. Everything was fresh and steaming hot. The guy taking our order was very nice and courteous. Can't wait to eat there again.

They delivered me a large pie and I eat the whole thing in forty-five minutes. I am a gavone at times.

Ordered food for delivery at 3:22pm. Said they would be there in 45 min to an hour. I called an hour later said ten more minutes. Now it's 5:17 and I just found out in not getting my food which I had to call to find out. They didn't even have the decency to call me up and notify me. Disgusting service.

Great pizza & nice renovation. However, they really need a official website (the one listed here doesn't work at all; "caprios.syntelsys" ?!? They need one with accurate & up to date details. I found a site (AllMenus; that supposedly listed their products & prices, but they were outdated because the pizza I ordered cost fairly significantly more ($3.50!!!) than what I thought I was going to pay. For a place that's only been in business a short time, I'm surprised to see such a staggering price increase. I very much enjoyed the pizza though & will return. The owner seemed very much on top of things and really knew what he was doing.

Since Caprios recently renovated their restaurant it looks better than ever. If there's one thing you must try it is the buffalo chicken pizza. It tastes completely different than any other buffalo chicken pizza and I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years, I never went to this pizzeria, I needed a change.. We ended up not even eating pizza pizza that looked very very good.. We had to pasta dishes and they were fresh it was à la dentate and it was excellent! I recommend taking your family and friends there.. And the owner John is very nice.. And I'll be coming back CB from Franklin Square

I came across Caprios by mistake and was shocked that there were not more reviews on the place. The pizza was delicious and their dining room had such a nice cozy feel. I tried the fresh mozzarella slice as I was just passing through the area for a quick lunch.. Many people will say the sauce makes the pizza . I think it is a balance of all the ingredients. the crust and sauce really stood out on this slice and I can not wait to try the regular and the square slices. I have been on a quest to find a great pizzeria in Long Island and being i grew up in Brooklyn , this has not been an easy feat . In the few minutes I spent at Caprios, I can say they have come the closest to any other Long Island places I have tried . Discovering them was like finding a hidden treasure..Can not wait to go back !

This place rocks! I've been coming here for five years or so, and I think the food just keeps getting better!!! The place is small, but in a great location with parking on the side street if you are picking up or they deliver if your close enough. I stop in with the family here and there and get dinner and live nearby so order take out on a fairly regular basis. For a small place, it packs some punch!!! The food is great, they really know how to cook and anyone who knows food will know, this ain't your average pizza joint. They use a brick oven to finish off the pies, which gives it an amazing chewy crunch. My favorite is the Pasano' which is basically a Margherita pizza with fresh garlic, the grilled chicken broccoli rabe & cherry pepper hero, and anything else i've gotten at this little gem.

I love Caprios pizza and have been going there for years. However, over the years the place has gotten rundown. It's a little grimy looking, which is a turn off, and makes me think about going elsewhere. The food is great, but I like to buy my food at someplace cleaner. Caprios is now updated! So much better!

The pizza at this restaurant is pretty good. I cant say its the best brick oven pizza i have ever tasted in life but it was pretty good. Its an establishment with a decent amount of space for seating if you choose to dine in. I must say the staff was very very very friendly and made it a priority to make you feel at home. The chef that prepared the pizza naturally engaged in small talk while we waited for our pie to bake and it made me feel welcome. I will certainly visit this location again.

This is seriously the best pizza I've ever eaten in my entire life. The crust has the perfect balance of chewy crispy. They use just the right amount of nicely seasoned tomato sauce, not too herby/salty (indicative of covering up cheap canned tomatoes). Everything about the pizza is well-balanced in correct proportions. They use high quality ingredients so it's tasty. My best friend lives around the corner so when I visit her, I eat here several times. I dream about it. It pains me to know that the most amazing pizza I have ever eaten is 2900 miles away.

Great little place for Italian food and pizza that is finished off in a brick oven! John the owner is a good guy, he makes pizza the way I request without any problem! Only drawback, if you sit don to eat, you will smell like food when you leave

Fantastic. I can eat here any night of the week. Their pasta dishes are Caprio's weakest points. But the pizza makes up for it. The service is incredible considering there's three guys behind the counter, and one waiter during the weeknights. This place is small, and it gets consistently packed. Prices are decent. Pasta night on weeknights include Pasta, Salad, and Canoli (with coffee, I think, don't quote me, I don't drink coffee).
