I've eaten here multiple times and it's consistently delicious! Service is also always great. Just had their special sandwich for lunch - grilled to perfection and the lemon aioli was the bomb. Highly recommended.

If you want a great sandwich in Missoula Carver's is the place to go. Everything tastes fresh and they use high quality ingredients. My all time favorite is the ham sandwich: arugula, bacon, ham, brie, and homemade aioli. The butternut squash soup is perfect too.

Its unfortunate I've had so many bad experiences at this place because its located very close to my workplace and I'd love to have somewhere close to grab lunch occasionally. But I've eaten here 3 times and 3 times they've taken my order and then forgotten to make it, messed up my order or both. I'm never going there again, it would be nice to be able to walk across the street for lunch but I'd rather drive 3 miles to the Good Food Store than try Carvers again.

So, I have been hearing lots about Carvers- and I actually work close by.. so I thought I would give it a shot. I was VERY disappointed in Carvers, and will not be returning ever again. I ordered a Turkey club, it was overpriced and a TINY SANDWICH... nothing special about it. There isn't anything worth checking out there and if you're looking for a great sandwich I highly recommend you look elsewhere. *update: well, I went back- thinking I could hopefully give this place another shot...I mean, maybe they just had a rough day- right? Ah, well the owner recognized my name from this Yelp review and actually called me out. Did it help my review? No. Was the food any better? No. My advice: next time someone is possibly doubting your food/business- blow them out of the park. Make them the best damn lunch so they have no other option than to RAVE about your business and maybe even change their Yelp review. Alas, that was not the case. So now I can safely say I will never return, and look forward to spending my dollars elsewhere.

I love this place! My friend took me to lunch here and I was definitely impressed. Great customer service and great menu! I got a half the turkey club and a salad on the side w/ balsamic...It was the perfect lunch (size and price). Very friendly employees, and the owner was in and she was delightful! Yummy baked goods, too!!

I have always had good experiences, here so I am not sure why other reviewers are so down on it. I absolutely love their tomato bisque soup, it goes perfectly with the grilled cheese.

Unfortunately the management is not great at this place. They just can't seem to get it together. They do have some yummy original food options but no one seems to know how anything runs and be prepared to wait 15 min or more for lunch. They even have a full staff most of the time (2 in the kitchen, 2 up front). We live right up the block so we've frequented it several times a week since opening. However, every other time there is some sort of mishap on their part. For instance, they ran my cc twice and made me wait 15 minutes for a smoothie and deli salad and when I told them I would be back (my lunch hour is precious time, man!) they didn't have it ready for me, and the employee whispered to the owner/manager (who btw wandering around snacking) that I had told them I didn't want it and left. How unapologetic/blaming the customer-y they were and the attitude from the high school kids they hire was what prompted my review. I was given a refund. They offered to make me another one for no charge but I needed to get back to work sans lunch :-(
