This place is kind of a hole in the wall (a bit sketchy for a non local ) but we'll worth it. You have to place your order at the window and then they will bring it to you (so again a little but of an odd set up going on) but it seems to work. Let me just say, the fry bread burgers, tacos are amazing. Let's face it, anything on fry bread is amazing. The calorie consumption is well worth this greasy divine dining experience. Must try it.

Great funky little place. Stopped in off the road for a break and some eats. Had a bison wasabi salad (they think out of the box-nice to have creative kitchen ideas) with an interesting assortment of sauces. The layout of the place is odd for the newcomer. There is a food ordering bar to the left and a drink ordering bar to the right. Plenty of TVs and an eclectic assortment of games.

We visited the grill on a Tuesday during lunch hour. It wasn't super busy, but there were a couple of tables full of people. There was only one lady taking orders, cooking, and serving, so it took a little longer to get our food than our super-hungry stomachs would have liked, but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I ordered the original fry bread taco. It was massive and delicious. Had to eat with knife and fork because it was a bit sloppy, but SO GOOD.

This hole-in-the-wall was perfect. Tanya had a great spunky attitude and customized my dish. The Szechaun fish tacos were amazing and the flavor of the Bella Bison sandwich was unexpected yet delicious with the chutney.

Loved this place !! Not very traditional as far as service goes, but that was not a big deal for me. The fry bread taco was amazing, and if you like a place with good character and happy people(workers and guests) then this is the place to go to !

We went around 7pm on a Tuesday evening and only one table had diners, so we were a little worried. Didn't know what to expect, but we decided to stay and take a gamble on this place... boy are we glad that we did! The chef is very knowledgeable about gluten free food safety, which was a huge bonus for me. I had an amazing gf bison Ruben and my husband had a Carolina pulled pork, which he just had to go back for seconds on. The fries were hot and crispy, which were seasoned to perfection. We will totally be back when we are in Missoula again! This Portland, OR foodie loves this place!

An amazing hideaway in a historic Missoula bar with epic food. Don't come here without an appetite and an open mind. Tanya is truly an amazing, creative chef.

The best nachos ever!! I recommend them with bison, extremely delicious. I also love the different daily soups. Salads are also delicious, my favorite dressing is the ginger balsamic. Very friendly and attractive staff. One of my favorite hidden spots in Missoula!

Deliciouso! Fresh made fry bread, awesome hamburgers and anything with the beer batter you must try. Plus you can grab a drink up at the bar, who could ask for more?

Yum! Blue Bison is super good pub fare located next to Stockmans bar. Unique and super tasty eats. Lots of vegetarian options. The curry nachos are soo good! Quick, reasonably priced and delicious.

Shockingly good food in a somewhat bizarre setting. Cubano sliders, fish tacos, fried pickles and... The Gangsta Wrap. It had to be ordered for the name alone. Fried chicken, bacon, coleslaw, cheddar, and BBQ sauce. Everything is served with a side of ranch, or as I like to call it, "Montana's Condiment". Screw the Californios, we took it and made it ours. Fantastic food and friendly service.
