We go here all the time! The best Chinese in Tampa. Prices are great and portions are HUGE! Egg rolls are like $1 and are so delicious

The Bamboo House Special Roll was very good but I ordered delivery consisting of a seaweed salad, a sushi roll (the house special) and an entree. When delivered, there was a mistake and instead of the roll, an a la carte entree was sent. I called the restaurant to have them correct the order, which took quite a while. When they brought the sushi- the house special which was quite tasty, they wanted the original entree back, after having been in my room for well over an hour. The entree was uneaten but obviously opened and inspected to see if their mistake could be overlooked before deciding to call back and have the order corrected. As requested, I returned the mistakenly sent entree to the driver. Bon appetit! GROSS!!!!

Sometimes the food is extremely fresh and sometimes it's not... but they do deliver and they are speedy.

This da best Chinese food you can get in this part of town, real talk. So people are always slippin menus for local Chinese restaurants under my door, and naturally, your boy eventually gonna get hungry and try summofem. I tried a few here and there, and they were aight, but I kept gravitating back to this one joint in particular, Bamboo Express. I threw out all the other menus and posted this bad boy up on the fridge, where it's stayed ever since to be my faithful guide to the delights of the orient; the Virgil to my Dante, guiding me to my Bamboo Beatrice. So don't let the outside of the building intimidate y'all! When you in the TC and need some bangin-ass Chinese food, Bamboo Express got you covered fam. One last thing, double up on them egg rolls, TRUST ME.

I would not order chicken fried rice from.this place. I was driving by and decided to stop and order chinese food. After paying the nice Asian lady i Tipped her 2.00 dollars for service and wished her a merry christmas. Once i got home the rice was not fresh and very mushy. I have been here many times since i moved here and the service and quality down hill. I hope the owner reads this because i was very upset to drive home and the food was not great. Its not the lady who greeted me but the cook that needs to go back to the basics.

It's a Chinese fast-food restaurant. Foods not bad, though I'd take it to go as the eating area is quite depressing. Never had a problem with the food here, which is more than I can say about most Chinese restaurants.

I was all for this place, the fried rice and egg rolls were great... Until I found a hair in my general tso chicken!!! Restaurant suicide. I'm sufficiently grossed out and never ordering here again.

Yes, I know it's a chinese fast food place. They're pretty much the same as other places but there are a few items that they make that are better than others IMHO. Young Chow fried rice, they actually use white rice not yellow or brown rice. It has a good mix of meats and shrimp and it's not too salty and not douse in soy sauce. One order of these usually last me at least 2 meals. Steam/fried dumplings(mainly the sauce makes it taste good, the sauce is good on egg rolls too if you don't like the sweet duck sauce). Their shrimp with mix veggies aren't bad either. Bean curd and veggies not bad either, just hope that you get the thick cut bean curd, they're tastier. I usually get the last two in the combination menu, so you get a drink and egg roll. Those are pretty much I order when I go there. Other than those, everything else is the same. A nice place to go for something quick, hot and not freaken burgers and fries.

Standard Chinese Americanized fare. Moderate seating. Busy around dinner time. Been here several times no complaints.

Done with this place. We have ordered on a weekly basis for years, but we're finally done. The delivery driver is bad. Food always leaking when he gets here, and I know why... we have a 10mph speed limit in the complex and he flies over the speed bumps at 30. And lately they seem to forget the egg roll we order at least half the time they deliver. I don't even bother calling them about it. Between Mario Andretti driving the food here, and the missing egg rolls, we are done with this place.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
