Thailicious Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Really enjoyed the food here--especially Volcano dish and spring rolls. But hopefully the service and atmosphere improve--like others have said, service was awkward and made us feel like leaving ASAP. And no one was in the restaurant so all eyes were on us.

Fantastic Thai food, and Improving service. Certainly a different take on Thai, not everything in rocking hot, and I like spicy, but having been to Thailand, I like to have a balance to my meals, some dishes hot, some not. This place does a good job with both. Have been a couple of times now, and for sure the service improved the from the first time. I'm sure the owner, Bee, will be working on getting the service up to the same level as her food. Best of luck to a new Thai Option in Edgewater.

Thailicious IS DELICIOUS!! I was really hesitant to try this place, probably because the sign makes it look like fast food. Was I ever wrong! The ambiance is really eclectic, with upholstered bench-like seating, basket weave light fixtures, modern artwork, and of course a Thai flair. I'm pretty picky when it comes to Thai food, and the only other place in town I really loved was Tommy's Thai. Living in the Highlands I've been searching for a place closer to home that is up to par. We had several appetizers, a chicken curry, and naturally the Pad Thai. All were outstanding. The quality of the meat was great as well, and usually I end up ordering the tofu in fear of rubbery chicken. Not at Thailicious, it was perfect. Try the chicken satay you won't be disappointed. This place is incredible, and I was shocked that it wasn't busier after we ate there. Go try it out! We need to keep this Thai gem in business!

A lot of Thai restaurants in Denver are underwhelming. Lots of small portions abound with bland or just okay dishes. Thailicious is an exception with decently portioned meals and food that lives up to its name. My group ordered the pad thai, a seafood basil dish and G.I. rice. All three were pretty good with the pad thai having wonton strips that made the dish nicely crunchy along with piquant flavors of peanut, tamarind and chile. The basil dish was very basil-y and pretty spicy too with red peppers. It was also well apportioned with shrimp and calamari. I've never heard of G.I. rice but it was an interesting and tasty fried rice with raisins, peas, fried chicken strips and ham slices...I guess the sort of thing an army private might make with whatever is in his kitchen. We had the mango sticky rice for dessert...probably the best I've had in town. It was served in a martini glass and had nice chunks of mango drizzled with a thick and excellent coconut milk. Thailicious isn't quite the best Thai in Denver (that would still be Dancing Noodle in Parker in my opinion), but it's still quite good and wonderfully quite close to home.

Delivery time is pretty accurate & they executed our special instructions well. Appetizers: - Cream Cheese Wonton not recommended. The pastry is too thick & puffy. I prefer a crispier, thinner crust. - Party Sampler: the chicken satay with peanut sauce was the star of this dish. Neither of us cared for the shrimp or egg rolls (same puffy dough with a lackluster filling). Entrees: - Rice is plain white rice as other reviewers have mentioned - Fried Tilapia was a little dry. Salad that accompanied it was refreshing & brightened up the dish. - Drunken Noodle hit the spot. They were accurate with the heat rating (hot) & nailed my extra requests. Convenient & resonably priced delivery. Will order again.

Nice find in an unassuming strip mall (with seriously limited parking.). They have a nice patio and the interior decor is pretty cool. We got vegetable rolls which were great - very fresh, not overly fried, and flavorful. The drunken noodles and massaman curry seemed to have been freshly prepared not sitting in a big pot in the back. Crispy not soggy vegetables and a perfect blend of spices.

Updating to 5 stars because Thailicious consistently wows me. I haven't had anything yet that didn't exceed my expectations and make me wish my stomach was double it's size. I've tried various curries, noodles, had beef, chicken, tofu... I'm enjoying trying the whole menu. And now that it's summer with a patio view of the lake? Even had some World Cup on during dinner today. Love this place. Perfection.

Loved it! Had the three curry dish. Yellow was my favorite! The butterfly pea tea was great too.

The sweet-and-sour cashew chicken and fried rice (add shrimp) is delicious! I can't get enough of this place. It does take a little while for the food but that's because they're cooking it fresh to order. It's so worth the wait. Go get yourself some Thailicious.

Wonderful dining experience and excellent food combine with attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere. It's a bit out of the way for us but if you are familiar with the Michelin guide, their recommendation would be "worth a detour." From now on, we'll be glad to make that detour as Thailicious trumps every other Thai restaurant closer to us. We had pad thai with shrimp and it was easily the best pad thai we've ever had. The flavors were so well blended and incorporated into the dish, it was hard to believe it was possible with this very traditional dish. The massaman curry with chicken was equally if not more so impressive. They have steamed options on their menu under the title Thai Country Style which I can't wait to try next. While I opted for a Singha, their drinks menu is extremely varied with interesting wines, including Riesling, and many cocktails (can't wait to have the Thai Bloody Mary). The decor is very hip, elegant and natural all at once. A spacious interior filled an eclectic collection of comfortable "sofas" and dining chairs, some of which are cushioned, a wall display case of fresh vegetables, a TV and a full bar area complements the outdoor seating area. While Sheridan Blvd is right in front, there is also the undisturbed view of the lake and downtown Denver. The private parking is shared with the other businesses and could be tight when it's busy so you might have to walk a few extra steps. Yelp offered to make us a reservation about an hour and 15 minutes after we expected to arrive, but the restaurant was not busy at all and there were plenty of available tables at around 7 on a Monday evening. Highly recommended.

Love this place. Every dish, drink and details beautifully presented and delicious! Green curry is spicy if you are not accustomed to spices, I sweated it out but totally enjoyed it -- made from clearly fresh ingredients.

My fiance and I can't get enough of Thailicious! We've eaten there or carried out probably 8-10 times since moving to Edgewater 9 months ago. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the decor is modern and comfortable, and the food is just outstanding. The portions are generous (usually leave full with about 2/3rds of a meal worth of leftovers) and the prices are fair (around $9-10 for most entrees and $4-5 for most appetizers). I started out just getting the noodle dishes because they are what I tried first and I liked them so much. I didn't want to branch out. The Drunken Noodles and Pad See You are both fantastic. I've recently branched out to the curry dishes, and I love the green curry and the yellow curry. The Yellow Curry Wok dish is a slam-dunk. Literally every meal we've tried (probably 8-9 different entrees between the two of us) left us saying "yeah, I'd definitely get that again". I'd highly recommend you give Thailicious a try if you haven't before!

If you like Thai, this is a place to hit up. They know how to be very "artsy" and combine it with Business. Food was good and had a proper zing to it.

This place has tasty Thai food, and lovely ambiance. I ordered the Pad Thai, and it was superb. I also enjoyed their bottomless mimosa slushy. I don't think I really got a buzz off it, but it was refreshing nonetheless. The service was very attentive and accommodating, and my glass never sat empty for more than a few minutes. I was there at night, and the view of Sloan's Lake and the Downtown Denver skyline was beautiful. I would love to sit on their patio and enjoy the weather/views/good food on a nice sunny day. Needless to say, I will definitely be back!

Unless you want to wait 80+ minutes for your Thai delivery on Friday night, don't order from this restaurant. Very disappointing food, very disappointing service. And the plot thickens.. Now the owner is calling and texting me about leaving this bad review. (How did he get my number??) I'm impressed by this high caliber of professionalism. What a great way to spend my Friday night!

I ate here with a friend after a movie and was highly satisfied. The taste was great and the portions are huge. I really liked how the server asked us how spicy we wanted it to be. He let us choose on a 1-5 scale. I ordered a 4 and he delivered exactly what I was after. The price was right too, it was about $20 with tip for the two of us. Next time im in the mood for Thai food I know where ill be going!

I think I'm being generous with three stars. I was really, really excited to see a new Thai place open up near my house. US Thai just isn't cutting it anymore. I made my husband take me there for dinner tonight, and admittedly had very high expectations. We walked in and were greeted right away. I was glad to see that many of their tables were full- it looked like a cute, new Thai hot spot, yay! The service was really great, actually. Our orders were taken promptly, they checked on us frequently and they were very chipper and upbeat... But the food... It was SO bland. I took a bite of my massaman curry and literally wanted to cry at the table. WHY DON'T THAI PLACES IN DENVER MARINATE THEIR MEATS?? Or at least season them? It's really not that hard. I am not exaggerating one tiny bit when I say there was MAYBE two ounces of dry, flavorless, sliced chicken floating in peanut, potato and onion soup. When I think of "curry" I think of a rich, flavorful sauce that enrobes everything in the dish. The sauce was so thin it wouldn't stick to anything and just pooled around the rice on my plate. This was soup.... a flavorless one nonetheless. Hard, bordering on crunchy potatoes, 30 peanuts with the skin left on, half a sliced onion and two broccoli florets. I was still STARVING after fishing out the chicken bits and eating some peanuts and broccoli over rice. So I dug into my husbands drunken noodles which had no flavor besides spicy. The waitress asked if I needed a box, and l wanted to laugh and tell her to bring me a travel mug for my yellow coconut water. 1- 12oz beer Approximately 7 ounces of Thai Tea 1 order of chicken satay (which was okay besides the cold peanut sauce) 1 order of drunken noodles 1 order of peanut onion soup +tax and tip =over $40. I wanted to throw a temper tantrum when we left because I was STILL hungry and we had dropped $40+ on dinner. I stomped through the parking lot and demanded we go to Whole Foods. Grr.

  • Roy K.

Bland Alert! Ordered the Drunk Man Noodles, which is usually a pretty spicy/flavorful dish as far as Thai noodle dishes go, and it tasted like a simple pasta dish. The noodles were not anything special, as they resembled pasta more than the Thai noodle texture. Once was enough for me.

We shared the Appetizer Parade, the veggie Pad Thai and the Papaya salad. The appetizer Parade was delicious. The papaya salad was a bit too hot and acid for our tastes. We ordered "medium" heat. The Pad Thai was good however a bit heavy on the green pepper for our taste. Service was very good and friendly crew. If I go back, wouldn't order the Papaya salad but that's my taste and some folks might like it a lot.

We were very excited to see a new thai restaurant open in NW Denver. Unfortunately we left very dissapointed at having eaten at yet another Americanized thai restaurant in Denver. The restaurant itself is very nice. Clean, modern, beautiful surroundings and artwork. They even get you with the "Sawasdee kap" when you enter the restaurant making you think you will be eating authentic thai food. We started with the fish cakes which were very good - especially with the sauce. We moved on to the Tom Kha Gai. It was OK. Kind of bland. Our entrees - the Pad See Ew and the yellow curry wok. The Pad See Ew was overly sweet. The curry was better. What REALLY irritated me about the americanization of this restaurant is the rice that was served. It was NOT Jasmine rice. I would even take Basmati but this was plain ol' american white rice. And to make the rice situation worse, the people next to us asked for brown rice and Thailicious delivered. I get that people request brown rice these days but an authentic thai restaurant would simply not have it. The search for authentic Thai food in Denver continues.

This restaurant is great! The decor is nice and the restaurant feels very clean. You also have an incredible view of Sloan's lake and downtown Denver. The traffic light curries dish was THE MOST incredible dish! I ordered Medium hot, which I felt had a good heat to it ... My husband, however, did have to wipe his brow a couple of times! I can't imagine what "Thai hot" would taste like! Brian ordered the Kow Mok Gai, a chicken dish. He says the chicken was slightly dry but the sauce was delicious. He liked my curries way better. I gave only 4 stars because Brian wasn't the biggest fan of his dish, but we both agree we can't wait to come back here and try several other dishes that caught our eye.

This place should be busier than it is. Really solid Thai. The dishes have a good flavor balance unlike so many knock off Chinese Thai grease pits. Good atmosphere.

A new Thai place right across from Sloan's Lake say what? I got overly excited the first time I saw the signs for this place when they were remodeling ViNa. I am obsessed with Thai food and would eat it everyday if I could. I love the decorations in the place. Thailicious has a modern feel to it. Their booths are really comfy couches and they have a veggie wall! How cool is that? We ordered a thai iced tea and a thai iced coffee to start with. They were both very good and I would get either of them again. The bf is obsessed with spring rolls so, of course, we got an order of these, too. The presentation on these was gorgeous and I was pleased to find that the flavor matched the presentation. The peanut sauce was amazing. I got the pad thai. It was good, but was a bit too much on the sweet side for my liking. Also, the hot is more like a mild in my book. I guess next time I will try it Thai hot. I will say that the shrimp were cooked perfectly. They also top the pad thai with crispy wontons. I'm not sure how I feel about this. The guy ordered the thai volcano which is a glass noodle dish that comes with a great selection of veggies. He ordered pork with this. I found myself eating more of his than of mine. I think next time this is going to be what I order. I am also looking forward to trying their curry. Service was odd to say the very least. We went through three waiters by the time we left. I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to be or not, but I would have appreciated some consistency. This made tipping a little difficult because one of our waiters was worlds better than another. Nevertheless, I will definitely be back and look forward to eating on the patio in the summer time to take in the beautiful view of Sloan's Lake.

I've ordered here quite a few times now and I have to say I'm a fan! Their drunken noodles are amazing! Flavorful with good portions. Each time I've dined in, they had prompt service and were attentive...with the exception of my very first time...but I think it was because a new gal was serving us. Their soups have also been really good. They have good specials on the singha beer when you dine in. Delivery has also been a great experience!

My girlfriend and I ate there yesterday after attending the Dragon Boat Festival. Food is outstanding! Service is outstanding! Prices are reasonable, and even somewhat low for the quality of experience and food you receive! Sadly, I often times find myself writing only critique for restaurants and other establishments on Yelp. However, am happy to say that this restaurant is amazing, and I, nor my girlfriend can wait to go back! Hopefully, this place will soon be the talk of the town for Thai Food!

Hit or miss. Great Satay chicken, terrible Tom Ka (tasted like pure coconut milk, no touch of acidity like in traditional Tom-Ka ), The Panang curry was very watery but still tasty, a couple of the desserts were decent. My friend loved the water glasses (metal really) and the plates they used. They have put some thought and effort in this place now just get the food to punch you in the face like good Thai food does.

Great food. Excellent service. Cool atmosphere. My family and I visited Thailicious for a late lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. An appetizer of vegetable rolls started us off. For lunch I had Pad Thai and my lady had the Stop Light. We both thoroughly enjoyed each dish. Great flavor. Their spice level is a bit more moderate than the other offerings around town, so don't be afraid to round up when choosing your spice level. Beyond the food, I was rather impressed with the bar. They had a mix of hard alcohol, wine and beer. They had two beer offerings on tap which were the Denver Pale Ale from Great Divide and the IPA from O'dell. In my opinion, probably two of the better choices they could have made and worlds better than I've ever seen at any other Thai restaurant. Clearly they have been listening because the service we received was impeccable. Granted we were there during snowmageddon so the place was understandably empty. Nonetheless we had an extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive server. Atmosphere was very fun. Great view of the lake. Free delivery to within 3 miles moves this up to five stars. We'll be back!

This is the best Thai food I've had since I moved from LA about 2 years ago. Every other place I've tried in Denver so far is bland, but not Thailicious. This place has amazing flavorful food and their customer service is great.

Best Thai I have had in Denver yet. Granted I haven't been here long and I have only been to Tommy Thai and Thai Basil to compare. The price is right, the flavor is good and what is to be expected when you think of certain dishes which is important to know what you are getting! I have only ordered take out 3 times so I don't know about the service but they have been friendly on the phone and I have received accurate orders.

Awesome authentic Thai food! Really fair prices, especially in drinks! They have a bottomless wine slushi that is like $5, and delicious! This place has a very laid back vibe and friendly waitstaff. One of my favorite Thai places in Denver :) highly recommended!

  • J Z.

Very good, taste and quality are on par with U.S. Thai around the corner, except Thailicious's spice levels are more accurate (e.g. medium won't burn your face off). The parking is also easier than U.S. Thai, and they deliver. I hate to say it, but this is my new favorite Thai place in Denver. U.S. Thai is just too busy these days to handle all of the business (numerous times I've called for takeout and their phone is busy); I'm glad Thailicious is here to take some of that business.

27JUN2015 After a 23 mile bike ride, we were ready for a relaxing lunch. Which we had. Our waiter was perfect. Attentive without hovering. The beers came at exactly the proper time. The food was was up to its usual "licious" standards. It was EXACTLY the lunch we expected and were hoping for. 22JUN2014 - Sunday lunch Excellent service. Perfect in every regard. Then, they offered us a free dessert. Fried bananas and ice cream. Delicious! 02MAY2014 $2 Singha beer (11.2 oz) all day, every day. Excellent. 12APR2014 Don't lie to me. When I ask: "How many ounces in a draft beer?" Don't say: "16" when the correct answer is: 10-12. Yes, I am an engineer and I do think about price/oz. 09MAR2014 Sunday lunch + Cloth napkins! Huge upgrade. Now the napkins fit the food and decor. + Service. Experienced server. Very good. + Pad Thai. Delicious. Pork, loin. + "Chips and salsa". OK, I am kidding. We got carrots and fried chips with a light peanut sauce. Costs them nothing and makes the customer very happy. You will want to order a beer to go with this. 15JAN2014 - second visit, lunch + Green Curry lunch special. Excellent flavor. But, when I order "Thai hot" I want it/expect it to burn my eyeballs. I would rate the heat at "mild". + Soup (Tom-Yum). Beef broth with tomato. Veggies and fungus. Very good. + Hot tea was much improved. + Website is usable from phone. Has the complete menu and hours. Good. - Service. Better than last time. But, they need to hire a professional manager for the front of the house and raise the service level up to the food level. They need to stop hiring friends and family. - The napkins still suck. 21DEC2013 - Lunch (Saturday) A solid 4 stars. If you like Thai food, then go here. For us, a quiet Saturday lunch during their [soft] opening week. + Spring Rolls. Gorgeous was the reaction of both of us. And, then delicious. Super fresh veggies. Yummy peanut sauce. + Thai Volcano. Sesame sauce flavor and glass noodles. All white meat chicken (important to my dining companion). + Panang Curry. I ordered it "Thai hot" and it came medium (for me). The vegetables were perfectly cooked. Slightly crispy. I loved this dish. + Chang beer for $4. + Very friendly service. A tad shaky as they are working out the kinks. + Atmosphere. Warm on a cold day. Cozy modern. Music: soft (disappointed that it was not Thai music). A view of the lake thru the wall of windows. + Patio facing Sloan's Lake. + Flatware is hefty. + Wi-Fi (password). 0 The hot tea portion is very small even though it is delivered in a cute elephant. But, they did offer more tea (at the end of the meal). - Napkins are thin paper. Do not equal the rest of the experience. - The prices are a smidgeon high. But, you are paying to eat in higher quality atmosphere than your typical Thai restaurant.

Really flipping good. Service is attentive, helpful and quick. Good prices. Great variety of dishes. Love the attention to detail within the restaurant. Or grab a table outside with views across the lake but you'll need to put up with the road noise. All and all, very yum yum!

Really adorable place with very fresh and delicious food. I lived in Thailand and so I'm quite picky about Thai food but this place is definitely going to be added to my rotation! Love the Tom Kha and the vegetable spring rolls. The staff is very sweet and helpful as well. Love love love the decor.

This place was amazing soon as I walked in. Not only were we greeted right away but the smell from the restaurant was mouthwatering. Your water comes out in these metal cups which is pretty cool. $2 beer as well all day. The food that came out was pretty tasty. I had the Thai Volcano and it was pretty good. By girlfriend got the triple curry dish. It was a sample of each of their curries and it was pretty good. The curry was a little creamy and not watery like most of the places I have discovered around here so far. At the end of our meal that we couldn't finish, they took the food back and boxed it up for us. All around superb service! I will be coming back and bringing some friends as well!

I was so happy with the food quality and atmosphere here! The spring rolls were super fresh, filled with veggies, artistically presented, and delicious. Not the rubbery ones that have been sitting around at other local places. I had the lunch special for Saturday, which was pad thai with a tom ka soup and a small wonton. Great pad thai - not too sweet, high quality ingredients. It is clear the owners want to provide an authentic experience and the quality is there. Great alternative to other locations in the hood that have gone downhill recently. Very good prices and adorable decor. I thought seriously about returning for dinner the same day actually....

Delicious Thai food in a festive atmosphere I had a wonderful dinner recently at Thailicious, the new " creative Thai eatery" in Edgewater with gorgeous views of Sloan's Lake and downtown Denver. The food is tasty and authentic recipes that the owners brought with them when they recently moved to Colorado recently from Bangkok. The airy dining room has playful décor and views that can't be beat. Friendly wait staff are eager to please and are knowledgeable about the food, and there's a decent bar. Thailicious is a good fit for a date night, families or a group! It also seems to be a popular take-out option for those who live nearby. Give it a try! 5280 gave Thailicious a great review too: 5280.com/blogs/2014/01/1…

We have been wanting to try this new Thai place that is located on Sloan's Lake just a few blocks away from US Thai, which is pretty dang good. Thailicious has a great dining area that is modern, yet relaxed and comfortable. The wait staff were all very kind and everything came out so quickly. Seriously stellar service all around! Now onto the good stuff: the food. We ordered spring rolls, fish cakes, pad thai & red curry fried rice. Everything was the right amount of spicy (we ordered medium and hot, loved both). The fish cakes were especially good and are a favorite of mine at thai restaurants, they were made fresh and served piping hot with a delicious sauce. They also have spice racks on the tables which adds bonus points for me (I love making everything even more spicy). We ordered the mango sticky rice for dessert and that was also gooey, sweet and satisfying. We are excited to have such a great new restaurant located on Sloan's Lake (an area that has been sorely lacking in my opinion) and hope this will lead to others starting businesses in the area (maybe a great breakfast place?). Keep up the good work Thailicious!

I love this place. The patio is very dog friendly, they even bring a water bowl for your best friend. Amazing drinks and Singha for $2 all day, and bottomless wine slushie for $5.55 with entree purchase.

I have mixed reviews about this place. Being Thai myself, I am always excited to try a new Thai restaurant. Here's my pros and cons during my visit on a Saturday lunch. Pros: Modern decor, very inviting, clean, & great atmosphere. Wonderful location (across from Sloan's Lake) Menu is not overwhelming and contained just Thai food not Asian fusion ( no lo mein here!) Cons: Poor and untimely service We came during a slow time maybe 3 other tables, we weren't really sure who our server was for there were two severs assisting us. Being first time customers, the server didn't really make us feel welcomed offer any suggestions or asked if we had any questions. Food was not 100% authentic more like 75%, catered to the "American" taste palette example growing up with a grandmother and mother born and raised in Thailand, pad gra pow is normally made with minced meat stir fried with veggies, heavy Thai basil, and topped with a delicious fried egg. But that was not what I received...sliced beef overwhelmed with a soupy thin sauce and more veggies than meat. It lacked the heat and balanced flavor I love in pad gra pow. The "som tom" needed a touch of sugar and a bit more fish sauce to balance it, luckily there were Thai condiments at the take for me to fix :) Todd munn was yummy! Round ball not a flat patty (how my family makes it at home) Thought the plating of the app was a bit pretentious and the dipping sauce a bit thin. Last panang curry hit close to home, creamy with rich coconut milk, great ratio of meat and veggies. Not sure if we will be coming back based on the lack of service. Might be a good place to just order take out.

This place was a nice surprise. The Thai food was fresh and made to order. My waiter was friendly and made some recommendations so what more could you ask for? I was pleased to learn they have $2 beers everyday all day. The atmosphere was Thai/modern

Love this place!! I had the drunken noodles for the first time and I promise you it's probably the best thing I've had in a long time! Get to panang curry too! Love this place, it's too bad more people don't know about it

Very pleased to see this business move into the neighborhood. We seriously needed a good Thai restaurant. We eat here about 2-4 times per month, and have never been disappointed. They have indoor and outdoor dining options both are comfortable. They offer a full bar and I have sampled a few of their drinks. All have been tasty, presented beautifully and worth ordering again. Even the water is served in a little traditional metal bowl. I am veggie, so there are plenty of options for me, but my favs are the Chili Basil Stir Fry, the Sweet & Sour & Cashew Nuts, and the Tropical with medium spice. My Husband is a carnivore and has liked everything he has gotten here, notably the Thai Smile Combo. We both love the fresh spring rolls! The food is clearly fresh, well prepared, and served in a timely manner, so it is still hot. We are dedicated customers, and they deliver too!

Very interesting decor and a great view. The fresh spring rolls were too veggie, if you can imagine that being possible. The tofu fried rice was great though, and enough that I brought home leftovers. 1 app, 2 entrees and waters came to approx $28 with tip.

I love this place. 1) The artwork, lights, chairs, colors in the restaurant are quite lovely and cozy. 2) Servers were super kind and helpful. Especially Linda ;) 3) The food was delightful! My favorite dishes are the Green curry, Pad See U and Kow Mok Gai (grilled chicken on top of a curry fried rice with this green sauce that is really good)... So yummy! Cute place for a date. Fan of thai? Try this place :)

We've been excited for Thailicious to open in the neighborhood. It's a great location, right across from the lake. We went around 8pm on Friday night. There were just a few other couples in there, finishing up their dinners. The host and server were great - very kind. The decor is very cool - it's minimal but very hip/modern looking. My boyfriend and I started with the Thai fish cakes. They each came in an individual spoons with a cucumber slices. Very attractive presentation however they were very bland, even with the dipping sauce. I ordered the shrimp pad thai and the boyfriend order the shrimp Thai volcano. The presentation for each was very nice, in unique containers. We asked for medium spice and the flavor was great. However, we both discovered that our shrimp was undercooked. The server immediately apologized and returned the dishes to the kitchen. After they were returned, the shrimp was then overcooked, I counted far fewer less shrimp in my dish (a total of four), and the spice level was forgotten (very bland). We chose not to return the dish a second time as it was late and we were now very hungry. The dishes were each about $10 and then an extra $2 was added to each dish for the shrimp (the lack of). It was unfortunate the food was so mediocre. To top the bad experience off, many of the staff were sitting at a table in the corner eating meals. To me, this is very unprofessional. With so many great restaurants in Denver, it's not likely I will return to Thailicious. My boyfriend would like to give it another chance so we might try delivery.

We came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The man had the "stoplight curry"; a trio of red, green, and yellow curries. I had a trio of papaya salad, grilled beef, and pork larb (a ground-meat dish). The boy had pad thai, thoughtfully made as mild as possible. From the service to the decor, the flavors of the food to the ordering options, I can find no fault here. And I can actually cook Thai food at home. I love that they offer a way that you can get a little bit of everything, instead of one big dish of ONE thing. If I were the marketing manager here I would actually make some of the menu tapas style, from which you could order 2-3-4-5 small portions of different things at certain price points. You might get a more casual bar clientele that way, at least during happy hour, in Edgewater, where happy hours are quite the draw. The dishes were light, flavorful, authentic, and beyond all, tasty as hell. I ordered mild and it was delicious; when I wanted added spice there was a caddy of condiments on the table. The man ordered his curries hot and they were just that; spicy, without obliterating the subtleties of the ingredients (which included potato cubes, teeny-tiny thai eggplants, basil, etc.). Light, fresh, in no way greasy or heavy. Best Thai I've had in Denver, that wasn't cooked by a friend. Any issues with service have seemingly been addressed; and to the complainers, when a place is busy, you have to be patient.

This review is going to be pretty consistent with the others: great food, not great service. I first went on 2/11/14 for lunch by myself. I ordered the pad thai-it was delicious. What's weird about their lunches is that there is ONE special for that day. Of course you can order off the rest of the menu, but I thought that was odd. Again, the pad thai was very good. I ordered it to-go, so I did not experience the service yet. Last night, Husband and I went for the Valentine's Day dinner special. It was $50 for 2 people. Service was absolutely atrocious. I saw couples leaving because their order was never taken. For the record, the restaurant was only half full. The Valentine's Day menu did not have any descriptions on it about the food. I guess I was supposed to know beforehand what "Tom Yum Soup" is. Although the amount of food (which included alcohol) was a good deal for $50/couple, the soup (which was to share) came in ONE bowl and one spoon. My husband and I passed it back and forth because no one came around to check on us. I ordered medium for spiciness on the pad thai, as our waitress said I could add some hot sauce to it, but none was ever offered/given. I understand it was Valentine's Day, so service could have been a little longer than usual, but when Husband and I arrived, the restaurant was only half full. Also, WHY DO YOU LEAVE THE TAILS ON THE SHRIMP? People do not enjoy fishing their shrimp out of their food to pull the tails off to eat? It is also not appealing, as a diner, to see the tails I pulled off lingering on the side of my plate. Some could argue that this is done for presentation, but the shrimp were buried on the bottom of the pad thai and were still a little gray. Tables are very closed together to other diners. I felt like the couples on either side of me we apart of my dinner party. When the waitresses did come around, I would have to ask for EVERYTHING, nothing was offered. I was like "Hi, may we please have more water (both glasses empty), 2 boxes (we have both stopped touching our plates 10 minutes ago) and our check (we have been here for an hour and at this point don't have time for dessert because our babysitter has other plans). The restaurant is very clean/new and decorated very nicely. The vegetable rolls were amazing, there was a sauce that came with it. The busser was the one who dropped it off at our table, and again, no explanation was given so I could not tell you what kind of sauce it was, but it tasted good.

They did a good job on the interior here but I wonder how long the upholstery will last on their sofas. The food was nothing special. Certainly not as good US Thai. The papaya salad and the pad thai had an overpowering flavor of garlic oil. The fried fish cakes came to us at a bit cooler than room temperature but the flavor was good. Their "signature" dish of basil and chilies was good but not something I'd order again.

We went back to Thailicious for a second time tonight. I really hate to write a negative review. I really want to like this place. But the waiter tonight was so bad I felt like I had to get this out there. I'm afraid Thailicious isn't going to make it with this service! Tonight our waiter (different from our first visit) was clearly very new to waiting. He mumbled a lot and was hard to understand. When he brought us our food he didn't use a tray or a hot pad. Apparently my wife's dish was very hot and he couldn't take it anymore, so he dropped it from almost a foot above the table, making a crashing sound as it hit. I was afraid the ceramic dish was going to shatter (thankfully it did not). Later on, the waiter was attending to another couple at another table. As he left their table, he let out an annoyed/frustrated/WTF?!? kind of face. You know the kind. That's fine, customers can be trying sometimes, I get that. But it's best to vent in the kitchen or somewhere that other customers can't see you :) When we were done, my wife asked for a box. The waiter obliged and quickly bussed her plate away. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. We asked the other waitress about the box and she went to check on it. We waited some more. We finally got our box, but the lid was the wrong size so it wouldn't stay closed. The food was again good, and the restaurant is nice and modern. It's got a great feel to it. But we've decided to not come back for a few months, hopefully they will work the kinks out by then.

My husband and I dined at Thailicious the same night as Matt G. (below) and had basically the same experience. Look, I want this place to figure it out and thrive, both because great family-run ethnic restaurants are a hallmark of any dynamic city and because the food is seriously good (and vegetarian friendly!). We love Thai food, and the food at Thailicious is a step up from the typical Thai Basil-like fare that's so common in Denver. The décor is also really cute and thoughtful, adding real charm to the dining area. However, the comically bad service totally overshadowed all of these great positives. Matt G. covered most of it, so I won't belabor the point, except to say that the young man serving that night should not be allowed around paying customers again. Slow or inconsistent service can be forgiven, but this server was constantly muttering loudly to himself - gems like "this sucks" and "I suck at this" and "I hate this" and other outrageously unprofessional things. This really made the overall experience quite unpleasant. We'll definitely be back for take-out, and if that guy isn't serving then we'll try the dining room again. But we agree that Thailicious's days are numbered if they can't fix their service. What to do? 4 starts for the food and 1 star for the service....I will give them the 3 stars, but will hope for a way better experience next time!

Yes, the many service faux pas mentioned by other reviewers do We exist, but I forgive them and dine at Thailicious often because the food is SO GOOD! The Kao Moak Gai was my first adventure and I was not disappointed. The sauce that comes on the side totally makes the dish. It was outstanding. My boyfriend had the Pad Thai, which I like but rarely order because there are so many other good things. However, I kept taking bites of his because it was really tasty. He is at this moment picking up our Pad Thai takeout order! We've also tried the Thai Volcano - tasty, but hot. I'm a medium spice girl and it was still pretty hot for me. The Drunken Noodles were solid good, but the Pad Thai wins in that decision. One of our kids had the Sweet & Sour Chicken, which is usually so sweet I don't like it. However, the dish at Thailicious was really well balanced. Not overly sweet, good touch of spice, overall really tasty. The fried bananas with the taro ice cream desert was also out of this world. We haven't tried any other desserts yet - and they don't have mango sticky rice at this point. US Thai used to be our go-to, but Thailicious has won out. The ambience is better, the food is as good or better (haven't tried the green curry at Thailicious yet, this will be the definitive deciding factor on food for me) and the service in both places lacks a little, but I have more hope for Thailicious improving that shortcoming over US Thai because the place is still new. Definitely try Thailicious for your next - and often - Thai fix.

By far the best delivery around! Awesome pad thai. Also, legitimately spicy. Yow!

4.5 stars for the food. I LOVE the spring rolls with peanut sauce (hang on to the sauce and mop it up with your rice later). On my first visit I had the Thai Volcano with chicken which is fantastic and very spicy. Loved how the spice did not overcome the flavors. On my second visit I decided to try something milder and sweeter. The Sweet and Sour & Cashews Nuts is very good and extremely fresh but lacked the wow factor that I experienced with the Thai Volcano. Tom Yum (Hot & Sour Soup) has a strong tomato/beef broth flavor and is loaded with perfectly cooked vegetables - definitely not like any other hot and sour soup I've had before. It's served with a crunchy won ton that was fabulous. The service....well, what can I say that hasn't been said. The servers are so friendly and are trying very hard but lack experience and confidence. They need to hire a front of house person as well as some seasoned wait staff pronto.

Quick delivery (40 min or so on a Friday night, much faster than the time frame provided by the reservation system), the food was better than expected and the portions generous. I would definitely order again.

My husband and I love this place. We've been to Thailand and formerly lived on the east coast where finding good thai food is a lot easier then it is in Denver. But this place stacks up to our high expectations. The food is extremely fresh which reminds us of the always fresh ingredients of the food in Thailand (something a lot of Thai restaurants seem to miss here). We've tried several menu items - both take out and dine in - and have yet to be disappointed. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated with comfortable couch style tables along the wall. If you haven't tried eating here yet and live in the neighborhood, you're missing out!

"Soft Opening" This key phrase will explain the majority of customer complaints that I hesitantly read through and for those of us that do not know what this means (I learned about an hour ago) allow me to educate you! It's the beta phase of a new restaurant in order to work out any staffing or operational kinks within their system before their Grand Opening. Neat! Let's get down to business! (Fooooood) Exceptionally delicious with full body flavors and a unique twist you will not find anywhere else in Denver... seriously people. I had the recommended Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, and Thai Volcano and was not disappointed the least bit! In fact, I enjoyed the food experience so much I will regularly make the 30 minute drive it takes from South East Denver (wish they had opened a location closer) The service and management was spot on during my dining experience combining friendliness and professionalism. Keep it up Thailicious!

Thailicious did an incredible job with the interior of their restaurant. It has a modern, swanky look with a lot of asian-influenced decorations that the hostess told us were "imported straight from Thailand". The service was good and everyone was extremely friendly. The food was on par with a Swing Thai or a Thai Basil. Very sweet and sugary with just a little touch of heat on the "medium" hotness level. The presentation of the food was better than any Thai restaurant I've been to. I should have taken some photos. My one complaint that makes this a 3 star review instead of a 4 is the chopsticks. They were cute... little wooden forks and spoons on the ends of them. The came out wet... which means they were in the dishwasher. I don't know how sanitary washing wooden chopsticks is, but I'm a little scared. Other than that, best of luck to Thailicious; but I just can't see choosing this place over my favorite Thai restaurant in Denver... which is just a few blocks away.

Delicious Food! Great Atmosphere. TERRIBLE SERVICE! No checking on our food. No offering to clear our plates, bring us a box or check. Server spent his time watching the Bronco Game. He said NOTHING when we gave him the check and nothing when he returned our change. I need to state again the food was GREAT! But I would like my server to say the following 3 things to earn my business: "Hello," How is everything tasting," and "Thank you for coming in." I will give this place another shot because the food was AMAZING and the owner was nice, but with service like that,I'd rather put my dollar toward an establishment that wants it.

I can say that I'm a Thai food junkie so I was pretty disappointed when I tried this place. While service was excellent as well as atmosphere, the food was only sub par. I ordered Tom yum soup along with the drunken noodles. Tom yum was too hot and not a lot of flavors but just pepper flavor. The drunken noodle was really dry and flavor was ok. Not my favorite Thai restaurant but I would go back...

HORRIBLE FOOD! We decided to try this new place. Good ambiance. Sat down order some tea and soups which were descent. Took them 45 minutes to get the soup. 1 hour and 10 minutes for the rest. The waiter said they messed up our order. I order pad thai. Which I fugured would be safe. Can you really mess up this simple dish. Apparently they can. Horrible! Tasted like noodles with ketchup and sugar. The curry was liquid no taste and barely meat or veggies. The combination chicken beef sticky rice and papaya salad, awful. Cold beef like just taking out of a frozen bag. That arrived 1.5 hours from the order. $50 bucks totally wasted in awful food. We told the waiter, he just said sorry. Never again. Dont waste your hard earned $$ in this place.

True Thai cooked by Thai people. Finally, a place that will really do a Thai hot that will melt your face off. All the curry is great; try the traffic light curry (red, yellow, green). Noodle dishes and apps are hit and miss, but the curry is fantastic! Order online. They deliver fast!

Ordered take out Shrimp Pad Thai and Tofu Green Curry last night. Usually we get US Thai around the corner, but they were closed, we were too tired to cook, and decided to try this place. *WARNING: The reason I give this only one star is because my boyfriend threw up several times throughout the night, and I got sick at work the next day. Cold sweats, fever, vomiting. No thanks, sticking to US Thai from now on!!

What a unique place. The food was amazing and surprisingly very affordable. The atmosphere was interesting: a little hilarious, but definitely unique. The food presentation was pretty stunning, and with surprisingly large portions. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'd venture to say best Thai food I've had.

Shortly after I wrote my first review, the owner emailed me and offered to compensate two meals if i went back to try Thailicious again. I went last night along with two other friends and Thailicious was quite impressive. The servers were very friendly and prompt, the food was excellent, and the owner came over and greeted us and asked how everything was. We all shared four entrees and did family style and every dish was flavorful and delicious. The menu is very diverse and our shrimp appetizers so wonderful! I would highly recommend any Thai food fan to try Thailicious. I think the first night we went was just a mis understanding between severs. I am very happy I gave Thailcious another chance!

I loved my experience here! The food was amazing, not bland like other Thai restaurants I've visited lately, but it was full of flavor and spice! I had the Massaman Curry and my fiance had that Pad Thai. Our server was very attentive and personable. Both of us were very satisfied with the food, service, and ambiance! Glad we have another good dinner option in the Lakewood area!

I was excited about a new thai place near my house but was sorely disappointed and will not be returning. The portions were small, flavors were pretty bland and way too expensive for the quality. I was initially excited to see that the menu was clearly labelled with the gluten free options. I ordered the Smile Combo and thankfully my dining companion asked about the marinade for the steak because we learned it was made with soy sauce, which has wheat and is not gluten free. The waitress had no idea that soy sauce had gluten. I also ordered the Thom Ka soup. The broth was good although it was room temperature but the bowl was full of raw white onions and mushrooms. There are clearly communication issues in the kitchen, we had two waitresses trying to take our order and received two orders of spring rolls. Then when we actually needed our waitress she was nowhere to be found and we waited and waited for her to come back and clear the table and bring our check. I hope these are just early days issues and this place improves, it would be nice to have another Thai option in the area.

I had placed an order and received the wrong meal (due to a glitch inthe system- check your email right when they send it!) and was saddened when customer service seemed to be lacking. However, a lady came to my house after an unfruitful conversation with a coworker to remedy my situation. I really appreciate the lengths she went to, she went above and beyond to make sure that I as a customer was happy. Thank you thailicious!

I stopped by tonight on my way home from work for take-out. They still have a 'Soft Opening' sign up outside, and it is obvious that they are still working through all of the 'new restaurant' kinks. Ambiance was fine. The bar will probably keep them open. There was a a bit of a funny smell -- I couldn't identify what it was. Service was fine, but I do have to say it felt odd when the server asked me if I wanted change for my $20 bill -- on a $12 take-out ticket. I usually tip, but not 66%. I ordered the Panang Curry. It was good -- but not great. The vegetables were fresh and things were cooked well. Not my favorite Panang sauce, however. The heat level was perfect. I live in the neighborhood, and I would probably eat here again -- if US Thai didn't exist 3 blocks away. But it does. And it is amazing. . . especially in the winter when they don't have a fly problem. :)

Welcome to Thailicious!! This modern take on the Thai cuisine has been open for 2 months now and is only getting better! Thailicious now offers free delivery within a 3 mile radius; very nice compared to the delivery options before in the area. It is now employing a great team of workers who all show and share the same interest of helping this husband and wife newly owned business/restaurant. Chai and Bee are very charming and excited to give you the best Thai food experience in Denver..possibly even the closest to real authentic Thai food that you can get, given they moved here straight from Bangkok! I really love this place.. I recently came back from Thailand and have to admit I love Thailand not bc of thier beaches or shopping, but rather their food. To find a place that reminds me a bit of my trip was heavenly. I have tried the tilapia, all their curries, beef salad, papaya salad and pad see we . I was very happy with everything I have gotten so far. I will be continuously come back to this place to satisfy my craving for thai food..

"Thai Food is Charming and passionate!" This is from the whimsical menu that reflects a very different take on Thai food in Denver. From the better-than-I've-ever-tasted red curry to the appetizer 'parade" everything was light, fresh and exceptionally beautifully created. The owner's sister was so gracious and friendly, filling us in on the differences in 'country' food and city (Bangkok) food that i looked at this cuisine in a whole new way. We will definitely be back and will try the unusually named 'Volcano" and the GI Fried rice next time! Also should note this place is much more wheelchair friendly!

4 cheers to the Thai Volcano Dish! I love the glass noodles, healthy portion of vegetables and of course the kick of the spice! Decor is nice inside and the view of the lake from the restaurant only enhances the eating experience. I've read a lot of people had bad service experiences and am grateful to report I missed this experience - the staff was very attentive when I last visited. I order my dishes "medium" (I consider myself to have an OK tolerance of spice), and the medium serves as a nice kick to the taste buds w/o killing them. At least come in and try the lunch special yourself before you knock Thailicious off your new neighborhood gem!

Went to this place last night and it was very slow.. we were probably one of two tables there. The decor of this place is just beautiful. . Very casual yet elegant. We ordered the appetizer parade and we were kind of dissapointed, when you read a parade you assume its going to be a big appetizer especially for almost ten bucks.. I didnt hate it I just wouldnt order it again. My husband got a stir fry that was just delicious and I got the pad thai and it was okay..by no means is it the best one I've had but it simply was ok. The service was fast although the servers were kind of awkward.. I believe one was in training. All in all I would like to try it again just to try their curry.

Ordered beef green curry to go today and the beef was TERRIBLE. It was pretty much all grizzle and the few pieces of actual meat were so tough it was inedible. The flavors were on point but I didn't order shoe leather curry.

New favorite Thai spot. Didn't think anyone's Drunken Noodle could beat out U.S Thai's, but I think they done did it. And they serve booze. Their lunch specials are solid and their taste is almost as authentic as it comes for state-side Thai. I was bummed when the pho place closed here, but these folks are onto something. And Singha for $2? What? Yep, new favorite spot in Edgewater.

Consistency is key -- we returned to Thailicious last Saturday night and it was, once again, the best Thai food I have tasted on this continent. My husband had a curry dish with shrimp that was fantastic; creamy, flavorful and loaded with shrimp. I had Thai Volcano again, Thai hot, and it was as incredible as I thought the first time. I can't say enough about this place. Go there. Now. Thank you again to owners Bee and Chai for bringing my favorite city outside of the states, Bangkok, to my favorite city inside the states. PS. Our server Rosemary could not have been more attentive, welcoming, efficient and personable.

We've eaten here a few times now and have been consistently pleased with the service, quality of food, and cleanliness. The best part is that they don't skimp on vegetables in our orders like other restaurants tend to do! The quality of everything seems really fresh too.

The green curry was amazing, lots of healthy options!! The atmosphere was captivating, you can sit inside and they also have a patio that overlooks Sloan's Lake. Very clean, fast service, not the best service, they seemed short staffed. But the food was great!!

Love this place when I'm craving Thai. The traffic light curry is excellent and a great way to sample three different types of curry. On a cold winter night the soups always hit the spot. I love the Tom Yum and the Tom Ky. To go orders are always fast and the staff here is pleasant. This place is definitely a keeper!!

Thailicios serves of very tasty Thai cuisine. The portions can be a little small for the price, but the flavor is BIG. Excellent curries, Thom Yum Soup and spicy stir fry are highlights. The interior is well decorated and has a warm contemporary feel. Service has always be solid. The patio is also a nice option with beautiful views of Sloan's Lake.

Thailicious is very different from what I would expect from a thai restaurant. First of all they have a full bar with an interesting cocktail menu. I didn't order one, but they all looked delicious. Second, the decor was modern, hip, and had an open feel...very different from the clichè Asian theme in most Thai restaurants. Third, the service was leaps and bounds better than what I typically expect from a Thai place. As for food, I highly recommend the chili basil fried rice (HUGE portion...with leftovers I got three meals worth) and the Thai volcano. Both were fabulous and kept me wanting more!

  • Rebeca R.

Heavenly! I had been wanting to go here for a while and had built up high expectations and they were surpassed! We went for a Saturday lunch and although it was warm and sunny out it was too hot for my comfort so we sat inside. The service was fantastic! We got about 5 menus each of all of their fabulous offerings and ordered some beers and a cocktail. We got a chilled bottle of water and some metallic ice water drinking vessels that kept the water super cold. After drinking the cool beverages in the AC I was going from hot to cold. Then, since I ordered the lunch special I got soup I warmed up real quickly. I was slurping the soup so fast, I actually got warm again. Then, I cooled off with more beverages. There was also a delicious wonton included with the soup before the lunch entrée. The food came out and it was amazing. While the others in my group opted for 'Hot' level spice, I went for mild. Then their temps started rising as they enjoyed their meals. The layers of flavor where delightful and the vibe was magical! The best part was that although I ate until I could eat no more, there was an ample amount of goodness remaining for left overs! And this was the lunch special. I am very much looking forward to returning here!

Wow I'm impressed! Picked this place based on the reviews and must leave one of my own! Got delivery since I'm at work. They quoted me 30-45 minutes and they arrived in 25. They asked when I placed my delivery over the phone if I was paying with cash or card, so everything was streamlined and fast! My food arrived steaming hot! The crab fried wontons are alright, a little over fried in my opinion but not too oniony! The 'sweet and sour' to go with the wontons is clear!? I've never had it clear but it is as advertised & delicious! The Pad Thai- I've never had before anywhere but was wanting to do something different and a classic. And with the name "Thailicious" you should probably try something they're going to make perfect! They've sold me! I got it "Hot" out of mild, med, hot, very hot, and Thai hot. My nose is running it's PERFECTLY HOT!! Big juicy lime to squeeze over the dish, a good amount of chicken mixed in, noodles aren't over cooked. REALLY AMAZED WITH THESE GUYS!!! The flavor is complex and I love the "peanut butter" after taste. YUM!!!! Cannot wait to dine in!!! You will be 100% satisfied!!! TRY IT!!!!

Thailicious is, well, delicious! The food is well-seasoned and flavorful. I don't know much about Thai food but everything about the choices, taste, and presentation were exceptional. Carl, our server, was very nice. The guy who accompanied me to this restaurant is long gone, but my like for Thailicious is here to stay.

The food was good. That's the only reason they even got two stars. The service was slow. The food prep was slow. Don't order the iced butterfly pea - it is just sugar water. It's not even what I ordered. I ordered Thai iced tea and they brought me the wrong thing. Then they brought us the wrong check and it took 15 minutes for someone to come by so we could rectify it. If you get delivery or take out then I would say get your food from here. If you're looking for an overall good experience, go someplace else.

This place had great food. Better than a lot of thai restaurants I have went to. Be warned, the soup is REALY HOT.

I am so happy to be finding decent Thai food in Denver. My girlfriend and I got up early Saturday to run around Sloan's lake. We ended up running past a little strip mall where Thalicious was located. We ended up stopping in for lunch. I love that they have lunch specials for every day of the week. We ended up getting the pad thai special. It came with a delicious vegetable coconut soup and wonton. The presentation was just spectacular. Even the water came in cute little metal cups. I ordered the chicken pad thai with a level 4 of spice. It was the perfect amount of spice. It came in a wonderful little Asian bowl. It doesn't look like it's a lot of noodles but it really is a lot of noodles. I loved it. I had to take over half of it home. Which made for a delicious lunch the next day. We couldn't leave without getting an order of the Mango sticky rice. The dish came in a martini glass. It was so pretty we didn't want to eat it. But eating out of this glass was easier than when we order it from different places because they chop up the mango and give you little seafood forks for eating it. It's all about the little detail. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't something I'd rave about hence the 4 stars. I would love to go back and try their dinner and see how their green curry is. Thailicious is Delicious!

Perfectly authentic. Excellent flavors. I believe this could be the best Thai in town.. and the service is stellar too.

The Thai food is excellent, the service is very good, and the view from the patio is wonderful. We've been here a few times, but today we got the Massamang curry with chicken and the pad Thai Woon Sen with tofu, both fantastic. We even get the butterfly pea tea, it's a dark blue tea made from some kind of blue flower. I recommend sitting outside and enjoying the view of the city from across the lake.

I had never been here before and took a date on a recommendation. The staff was excellent. The gentleman that took our order was very pleasent. My date and I ended up talking till after close. The staff did not bother us to leave at all. Aslo the food is excellent and prepared nicely. The resturaunt has a nice warm feeling. I will definitly be going back!

Reasonable prices, hearty portions, tons of spice. Ordered take out so cannot comment on table service. All interactions over phone and at pickup were pleasant. I thought the dishes (basil rice, pad see ew, garlic chicken) lacked a little flavor, veggies were a little soft, and meats over cooked. Pad see ew was the best of the three. A very reasonable place overall to grab a bite but not the best place around based on this trip.

Food is absolutely amazing! Truly authentic Thai cuisine. I had the Pad Sew You noodles and they were delicious. Everything is made to order, so the food is fresh. Just a quick note that medium spicy-ness might be a little too spicy for some, so going on the milder side might be safer for items like the Pad Woon Sen noodles. This is definitely a neighborhood gem!

I'll be the first one to admit I was somewhat skeptical about ordering from this place. First, the name of the place is sort of a put off and almost looks like a marketing ploy, and I'm sure it is. Second, no offense, but people in Denver as a whole don't know what good Thai is so I have learned to ignore Yelp ratings for Thai places. Sorry, but I say this through experience. After living in LA for almost 10 years, which is the home to the largest Thai population outside of Thailand, I've had some amazing dishes! Did I mention I've been to Thailand twice as well? This is now only the second legitimate Thai place I've found in Denver. For one, they are not messing around with the spiciness level. If you ask for "3" you're mouth will most likely be on fire. Love it! I hope they keep the Thai scale and don't succumb to a weaker American scale (oops, did I just take another shot?!) ;) In all seriousness, their food it really good. I had the fried tilapia, which is a dish a Thai friend introduced me to in OC. I thought they did a fantastic job with it and I would absolutely recommend it. The hot and sour soup was more hot than anything but on a cold night it really did the trick. The spring rolls looked a bit unorthodox but I found them rather tasty. Finally, I had the papaya salad, which was good but didn't rank among the best I've had (and not the best in Denver either). It is, however, a Thai dish I absolutely love and crave! I'm happy to know I have a couple very good options for Thai now and both relatively close to home. In this case, I can order take out if the roads are super snowy! ;)

Yum. We found this place by accident. It's right across from Sloans Lake in a little strip that is easy to miss but totally worth stopping in. The folks who own it are Thai and so most of the food is very rooted. Jade has been to Thailand- so I asked lots of questions about authenticity and much of it checked out- including the friendly demeanor of the servers. The pad Thai is great, as well as the other noodle dishes and our server was really great when we told him about dietary restrictions. We got an appetizer of the spring roll variation and it was delightful. Totally worth going out of the way for!

Love Thailicious! Finally found some great Drunkin Noodles in Denver! The flavors were there, the portion size was nice and the price was reasonable. The spice was just right at a medium to hot which I like. Sloans lake is right across the way for a nice view and stroll after dinner. I liked the decor and the hand drawn art on the walls, you can look at it for hours probably and find new little things here and there. The bathroom was clean and had Thai girls in bikinis on the walls for your viewing please, lol. I really look forward to the next time I go back, it was fun and good.

We like this place. It's become our regular Thai food go-to restaurant nearby. The food is much better than US Thai in my opinion as I've had some seriously bad experiences there. I'd recommend the yellow curry wok. It's a huge portion and is always extremely flavorful. We're never disappointed when we order takeout. Overall we've come to love their menu and the updated feel of the restaurant helps too.

I've ordered takeout from Thailicious twice now and it's safe to say that I was not disappointed on either occasion! Best pad thai I've found so far in Denver, and you can't go wrong with their "Traffic Light Curry". You get a decent portion of red, yellow, and green curries and it's a great way to try which you like best. The first time I ordered it I went with mild and the flavor was great but not enough spice (I've been to thai places before where medium was enough to make me cry). I went for it the second time and ordered my curry medium and it was perfect! Lots of flavor and just enough heat. I cannot attest to the table service as I have only ordered take out but the food is worth the trip! And they're located right across from Sloan lake so you can get a great view of downtown denver while eating there.

Oh my god this place was as delicious as their name claims. I had the Thai Smile Combo: $14.99 for larb, papaya salad, grilled beef (which had delicious flavor, I was pleased and surprised because I usually expect beef to be tough and bland at restaurants) and sticky rice. It was a huge amount of food with excellent presentation. I ordered spice level 3 and was worried about it being too hot, it was actually perfect and the spice genuinely added to the excellently seasoned dishes. My brother got pad thai and it was also fantastic, it had a flavorful punch and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I loved the addition of wonton strips to the dish, it added a needed crunch and a dash of charm. The pad thai was $8.99 which was extremely reasonable for the large portion. In addition, we took advantage of the $2 beer special and the thai tea which was under $3.00. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly without lingering or being overbearing. Our waiter was nice and seemed in a very good mood. Our drinks never went unfilled and there was a general promptness in clearing plates unobtrusively. The restaurant is beautiful and a great deal of attention is paid to decor down to small details. I hope to eat here again soon. I'm looking forward to trying their delivery service, their dessert (they have several great looking ones including cheesecakes and macaroons), and their thai tea frappacino (sp?) something that I think many people agree sounds delicious.

This place looks nice when you walk in but the service was terrible! The server did not know any descriptions of the the items on the menu. He had to walk back to the kitchen to find out what they actually were. To make it worse, he was also bartending. When we asked him about the drink menu, he had NO CLUE!!! No idea how any of them tastes or if a single drink they had was a bit spicy. He admitted to never tasting them. I asked if he had just started.... he didn't. No excuse there. I ordered their hot and sour soup and asked for some fish sauce. The fish sauce never came... I asked 3 times. I then ordered the fried tilapia, the drink enough noodles and asked to add bamboo shoots and bean sprouts and also their thailicious fried rice. He put the bamboo shoots and bean sprouts in the wrong dish. Sent it back, while we waited we asked multiple times for another beer. Guess what! It never came until we asked for our food to go! He never was apologetic and frankly didn't give a sh*t. Worse service I have ever experienced. So bad that I decided to write a review, I don't got time for that!!!!

I wish I could give it no stars. This place is the worst place I've ever been. And the bartender is a complete jerk!!! Do not go here ever..

First time checking this place out. It was ok, but nothing about it to bring me back. Food was average, service was good. They do have a nice view of Sloan's Lake on the patio. Not as spicy as expected. I feel US Thai is much more authentic.

We've been here twice and both experiences were fantastic! My wife swears that the Pad Thai is the best she has ever had, and I have found the Panang Curry, Tom Yung, and Basil Chili are the best I've had in Denver. While I love US Thai, the heat is a bit too much for my wife. Thailicious delivers a well rounded flavor with all of the dishes we've tried and have very good ingredients. Dogs ok on patio as well!

Way overpriced and underspiced. The delivery was fast and free. I ordered online and tipped online, but the tip didn't print on the receipt. This resulted in some confusion because it charged my card with the tip, and the driver didn't think I tipped him. The food was okay, but bland especially for "Thai." The dipping sauces were disappointing. I ordered my curry hot. If I order from then again I will get extra hot or extra extra hot because the hot was really much closer to mild. For the price and flavor, it would be a better deal for lunch.

I want to give this place 3.5 stars if I could...just got takeout the other night and had the drunk man noodle (the one thai dish I try everywhere so it's the true test of the restaurant for me). While it was certainly clean tasting and not overly greasy, it was also a little too plain. The noodles almost seemed a bit 'pappardelle' like. And I wanted Thai, not Italian. Still, decently good and hit the spot but I'll probably be trying out a few more thai places before I can commit to a favorite.

I just love this place! Nestled up next to Sloan's Lake with a stellar view of DT Denver, Thailicious is ready to heighten your senses. I regularly order their curries with confidence because they are flavorful, substantial, and reasonable. I've also tried their Pad Thai which I'd recommend as well. Often times on a nice evening I will set up for dinner outside to take in the view. I would most definitely recommend this small place in Edgewater for anyone looking to satisfy their Thai cravings. On that note - GO! Get outta here! Panang curry awaits you.

Thailicious gets my 100% recommendation for allergy friendly eating options. I am Gluten Free and Dairy Free and very sensitive, and I have just found my Happy Place. I ordered the Chicken Panang Curry my first lunch in and was so pleased. With a creamy enough consistency to be mac n cheese, the subltle spice for my Mild dish was perfect. For dinner my husband got the Pad Thai and I the Karee Chicken Curry. I can't wait to eat everything I am allowed on their menu. Great staff. perfect ambiance. very pleased
