G. Alston The Restaurant is a fine-dining restaurant nestled in the picturesque Cordova Town centre. The restaurant is located at 8556 Macon Rd, in the quaint 1937 Farley house; a Mid-Century home with a cascading water fountain out front. The restaurant seats up to 145 people and features four distinct dining rooms. Two of the separate private dining rooms can be reserved for private events, meetings, rehearsal dinners, etc. Diners can also enjoy their meal al fresco by the calming water fountain.The menu is southern cuisine based with an infusion of flavors from different global influences. Specialties such as: Herb Crusted Char-Grille Chicken, Shrimp Creole w/Lobster & Andouille Sausage, Blackened Catfish w/Corn Maque Choux, and Sous Vide Rosemary Lavender Lamb are served.
