Adirondack Alps in Lake Clear, New York, offers a unique dining experience in a serene setting. There are several dining experiences available, but the Classic Adirondack Alps Menu provides multiple choices for the main entrees of the three-course dinner. Every choice comes with a signature soup, the Adirondack Farm and Lodge garden salad and the chef's nightly accompaniments, which may include hand-rolled dumplings, ancient grain quinoa or hand-grated potato pancakes.Your table, our 25-acres. With glass in hand, journey to private beach with mountain-lake sunset view. Or, explore our nature trails, then warm in the Fireside Rathskeller and meander to our 1886 hand-hewn dining room.We focus on a 100-mile product philosophy based on Chef Cathy's pioneer family who originally built the lodge in 1886. We fuse this with the Old World traditions of Ernest's European family, who bought the lodge 50 years ago.
