Niche began its story ten years ago when the historic post office in picturesque downtown Geneva was transformed into a space to bring the community a new source of culinary enlightenment. The response to our quest was well received and encouraged the evolving staff to continually strive for perfection. Delving farther into the traditions of the Earths diverse cultures, our goal is to balance the exotic with the familiar.
