Each country has its own unique style of cooking, but they share many common ingredients and all possess a similar approach to food. Far Eastern cooking features five distinct flavors: bitter, salty, sweet, sour and hot. They have achieved a perfect harmony of taste, color, flavor and texture by lending the herbs to enhance these natural tastes. Ming lends itself to these believes and executes a variety of Far East dishes to perfection.
