For reservation availability on Fridays and Saturdays, please see our website or contact the restaurant directly and we would be happy to assist you.In 2004, after spending more than 20 years at fine establishments such as the Van Dyke Place Restaurant, the Whitney Restaurant, and Mac & Ray's, Chef Jeff Baldwin opened up his own restaurant and catering company, J.Baldwin's, featuring his award winning stone fired pizza.His goal was to be able to recreate a gourmet dining experience that fits with today's busy lifestyles. The way we see it, you should be able to enjoy the taste of gourmet - at your convenience, not just on special occasions when time permits. More than 7 years later, that dream continues. We are able to cater any event...from small intimate dinner parties, to weddings of 200 people or more.
