Casual dining inside the 125 year old Blowing Rock legend, The Green Park Inn, an atmosphere inspired by the American Chestnut from which the hotel was built. Our unique interpretation of classic and local ingredients delights the pallet; gluten free and vegetarian diners alike will be pleasantly surprised. Crispy Braised Pork, Mountain Trout with a wilted baby Kale trio, Garlic and Herbed Shrimp served with Stone White Grits, and sumptuous house made desserts are just some selections.
