About Basta
In 2010 Basta, from the Italian word meaning ?enough?, opened its doors with a single wood-fired oven evoking techniques both past and present. Our kitchen sources from a variety of locales with significance placed on Colorado and West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishers. Our beverage team curates a focused menu highlighting small production beer, natural wines, and seasonal cocktails.Basta is located in the center of the Peloton Condominium Complex.Patio and Bar seating is available first-come, first-served, weather permitting. Walk-ins always welcome!Monday - Sunday / 5pm - 9pmFor general inquiries or parties greater than 6, please email reservations@bastaboulder.com.Please let us know if you need special accommodations, including highchairs. A 22% service charge is added to every check and distributed to our front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
