Great place to eat, and reasonably priced. Everything I've had there so far has been excellent. Clean and good service. Food is always prepared quickly and served hot and fresh. This has become my favorite Mexican restaurant in town and there's several very good ones to choose from.

Have heard great things about this restaurant. Came to try it out with our family and were not impressed. Service was terrible and rude. Unfriendly and not once asked if we needed refills or asked how our food was. We will not be coming back.

Stopped here last night after a long day at the ball field. Yelpers recommended it so I said lets do this. It was very good & reasonably priced. It was about 9pm or so & the staff was very involved in prepping the silverware for the next day, but when asked they were very attentive. I would go back.

Amazing food at unbelievable prices!! If you've not been here, you have to try it. It's unbelievably reasonable, there were 3 of us & we ate for under $15! Service is quick & food is still incredibly fresh & tasty!! Def gives Los Cabelleros a run for their money, as a matter of fact, El Tepame is even more reasonable in price!! I'll def be back!!

I ate here for the first time a month ago. Since then I have been here on a weekly basis. The food is authentic, excellent Mexican. I have a big appetite, but have never left hungry at all. To beat it all, the value is incredible! I don't see how they stay open considering the prices and quantity of the food! All you can eat tacos, burritos, and enchiladas for $5.99. ARE YOU SERIOUS? However, the first portion is so large, I can never order more. I have purposely routed work and pleasure to be near El Tepame during the day. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Especially you Clinton residents. Keep these doors open! Thank you El Tepame for the great food, value, and hospitality! I will be back many times!

Service is usually pretty good and the all you can eat lunch and dinner is awesome for the price! Salsa and chips are tasty as well!

Have eaten here at diffrent times from lunch to late night just before closing. Have always enjoyed the food and service. Not all servers speak fluent English but they sure do speak service. Food is always hot and great taste with plenty to eat. Take the family here when they come to town.

Best Mexican restaurant in town! Friendly staff, reasonable (cheap!) prices, and the food is awesome! Personal favorites from the menu are the Shredded Chicken Nachos, The All You Can Eat Special (Your choice of hard or soft shell tacos, a burrito, and an enchilada; served with rice and refried beans... around 6 bucks.) the Taco Salad, and my wife's favorite, the Cheese Steak Burrito. If you are in South Clinton and get a hankering for authentic Mexican at a great price, definitely give El Tepame a chance!
