Called in an order, the person answering the phone did not understand English. Once we got past this I ordered a cheese free pizza since I can not eat dairy. Even though I was told this was no problem the pizza came with cheese. They were happy to correct thus once I brought back the pizza with the cheese. I did and right in front of me just threw it right in the garbage, what a waste of food. Figured I'd give them another chance a few days later when my kids wanted pizza, again I phoned in an order and waited the 20 minutes. Went to pick it up and the person behind the counter claimed not to have my order., had to wait another 20 minutes for him to make it, at least I knew it was fresh! Won't be going there again.

I work at a moving company and the customer bought us food from here and it was delicious! I had a chicken parm sub and a slice of stuffed steak and cheese pizza! I will definitely stop by if I am ever in town again.

I just walked out of House of Pizza empty-handed, after ordering chicken wings and a salad. I ordered, paid and watched the staff prepare the food, 4 staff and not once saw anyone wash their hands. When I told the older lady that I couldn't eat the food because I noticed everyone touched the food and not one had washed their hands she told me I could "go eat shit somewhere else". So I did. I hope they enjoyed the wings and salad and that this review was worth the $9.99. So much for "customer is always right" and much less for not being entitled to eat my food comfortably. Sick of eating pretending that I think it was prepped in clean environment. Obviously they don't need my business! Saving grace? Only for Mainers; she is not from Maine.

Once again, Boothbay House of Pizza to the rescue. We got a very late start out of the house for our annual trek to Boothbay and realized that by the time we were to get in not much would be open. A quick call ahead and we found that so long as the GPS timing was correct we would make it with a 1/2 hour to spare. Got four chicken finger dinners, a chicken parm dinner, a steak and cheese, and a large cheese pizza, threw all that on top of the kids (no space left from the packing :) and headed for our retreat. Got everyone inside and everyone chowed down. Hit the spot for sure.

Totally unexpected quality in a rural strip mall. The staff is very polite and friendly, and the food was darn good. The large Greek salad was crisp, with fresh veggies, cheese, olives, and the homemade dressing very flavorful. The pizza came out piping hot, with top notch mozzarella perfectly melted on, a well made red sauce and fresh crust. Nice! I'll definitely be back.

No table service - you order at the counter and they bring the pizza to you when ready. Get your own drinks from cooler or counter. Take out is also available, Credit cards accepted.

I really enjoyed my meal here. I came here with the entire family while visiting Maine for a family reunion of sorts in August. This was our casual meal of the weekend, as my uncle knew the people there pretty well. He went about ordering a ton of pizzas of all different kinds. I left here feeling very stuffed, and very satisfied! I would suggest this place to anyone in the are. I'm not sure what other offerings are around, but this place was good enough that I wouldn't feel the need to go anywhere else.

Great pizza shop located across the street from Hannafords. If your staying in the area and want to order subs for a trip to the beach or a few pizza check them out.
