Been to several Boston Market Restaurants and have always had good experiences ... The greenbelt Boston market is no exception - but i should say it is exceptional in that it excels in all areas i can think of. It's clean, the people are friendly, the food is great and there's plenty of it, with very little wait. Keep up the great work guys! Matt

They DESERVED this five stars! Worked as a team and fed our family an AMAZING meal! We had such a relaxed dinner and the employees were so polite! They made us feel like we were eating at their home! Thanks y'all! We will be back SOON!

Three stars for the food, and one additional for the service. The food is the basic comfort food fare of rotisserie chicken, new ribs and a variety of sides. Very tasty at a good price. The service was really wonderful and never has been experienced in other locations. The employee who took the order was very nice and helpful explaining the menu. The lady that fulfilled the order was so nice and courteous. Once I sat down, another employee came by and asked if I needed anything else. Just the best customer service ever experienced at such a chain eatery.

Just had lunch here at Boston Market today. Ordered the quarter chicken (white meat) with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. Chicken was dry but flavorful. Green beans where tasty but cold as ice cubes. I'm pretty sure the mashed potatoes are real and they tasted good and the gravy is delicious! On a side note: I asked that my chicken come with the skin on and when I received it, there was just a sliver of skin. I asked the lady that brought my food to me about it and she went to the carver and asked about it. The carver came out and told me that in order to get the full amount skin, he'd have to cut up another chicken. That's BS! I've been to other chicken places and have had the skin on perfectly. It's not a bad place; just maybe not up to par on Mondays.

Good food. Great service. Reasonable prices. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Minus 1 star for giving us the Senior Discount without asking. ;-)

I'm a bit confused as to some of the other glowing reviews regarding Boston Market. One poster wrote something along the lines of "Best Boston Market ever." Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but best ever? How can a chain restaurant set itself above other locations with such distinguished difference? It's a chain restaurant, meaning hopefully a level of consistency. Sure, the staff can make or break an experience, but the consistency in food quality should remain the same, which this location proves to provide. The staff is nice and polite, and the food is OK. The prices are fair and I can think of no other "Fast Food," if you will, restaurant that sports ribs. I suggest getting it to go as the typical fast food restaurant feel leaves nothing to be desired. Now and then you're in the mood for quick ribs and I haven't found another place in the area that can provide them. Oh, I like the meatloaf as well, so it definitely gets a three star rating from me.

Best boston market dinner experience ever! People are friendly ( best hospitality I've experienced in MD) The food is prepared and seasoned well, not dry, overlooked, greasy or salty. The service is great and you can tell the folks are happy and proud of what they do. If you're looking for a good and simple meal then this is the place.

Went there the other night for a quick, cheap dinner. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The cashier made great recommendations as I was having a hard time making up my mind. She told me to try the Parma Sean chicken and I loved it. I usually get a cookie for dessert but she was able to convince me to try the apple pue. Another phenomenal suggestion. When it was time to pick my order up from the end of the kine, the lady handing me my food was very pleasant. She even went out of her way to bag the desserts I had in my hand while I was at the drink fountain. Obviously there is nothing fancy about Boston Market but there's something about employees that seem to genuinely enjoy what they do that keep me coming back.

Pulled BBQ was SUPER!!! It really hit the spot! I will definitely be going back again to get more of this BBQ chicken!!! I mean it was REEEEAAAALLLLLY good! I really enjoyed my meal here! On the flip side, the ladies restroom really stunk! It needed a good cleaning!

I got home, dumped out my luggage, gathered the things for the cleaners finished my errands (cleaners, CVS, post office, grocery store, etc.) and I was hungry. I needed comfort food. I was determined not to eat the whole bag of potato chips that was in the back seat. But I was hungry NOW. Botston Market will do. Didn't it used to be Boston Chicken? Anyway, I stuck with the chicken. The 3 piece was on special. It came with 2 sides and cornbread. I added a third side and up-sized the drink. (See. This is why we're fat.) When she brought it to my table (when did they start doing THAT?!?!), my first thought was "Is that a chicken drumette? Are you kidding me?" But I was calm, cool about it. I hadn't touched anything. And when she passed my way again, I just calmly said "Is there a way to exchange this for a quarter dark with a better drumstick? I have been looking forward to having the drumstick all to myself." Even her jaw dropped when she actually looked at the drumstick that was on my plate. She said let me take a look and see what I can do. Boom! A few minutes later, she returned with a nice, full-sized drumstick. Juicy and ready for me to bite. Mmmm. Mmmmm. Mmmm. Add in the mashed potatoes, the macaroni 'n' cheese, and the lemon garlic spinach (when did they start making THAT?!?!) and wash it all down with some high fructose corn syrup sweetened iced tea and I'm good. I'm a fan.

I think there was a complete staff changeover since I last ate here. The whole lunch crew was awesome today. Super friendly and super fast. Veggies were a little overcooked but that's standard Boston market.

This location has the best customer service by far. They have show an immense amount of improvement. They were never a bad restaurant but they have improvised in certain areas that make a MAJOR difference. I ordered a basic meal which took less than 5min for them to prepare. They asked how my day was going, They also bring your food to your table if you are dining in. They came by and asked were you done with your plate and came by to pick them up once you're finished. They keep the restaurant looking clean and are very professional. This is my first "yelp" but I was so impressed I had to say something. Kudos to you all.
