Pinkberry is the best of the frozen yogurt chains. The frozen yogurt is of notably higher quality and taste, and they have a great variety of toppings. The Original flavor is excellent - a perfect balance of sweet with a little tang. I also like the Key Lime and Pumpkin (both seasonal). The staff at Pinkberry put together your fro-yo for you, where it's DIY at other chains. Prices are based on size and whether or not you have toppings, while other chains weigh your creation to determine price. It is a bit more expensive but the difference in quality is worth it. I've actually had good luck with the service so far. Although during one visit, there was one guy (didn't serve us) who was eye rolling his customers and literally looking at his phone while they were waiting to order. It's a small location with a few tables inside and more outside - perfect spot to people watch.

First off, I love pinkberry and it is one of my favorite fro-yo chains because of its consistency and excellent fresh fruit selection. Unfortunately this location did not live up to the typical high quality pinkberry brand I have known to enjoy and love. The 2 reasons why I love pinkberry were actually the 2 reasons why I did not like this pinkberry. 1. Consistency of the yogurt. Usually the yogurt is perfectly creamy with a nice tart bite but at this location I found the yogurt to be a bit watery which is not fun when it's warm outside unless you want some fro-yo soup. Noooo thank you! 2. Fruit selection. Ok I have a lot to say about this just because if you know me, I know my fruit. I can usually tell just by looking at the fruit whether or not it is going to be good or not. Some may call this a gift, but it's just been a lot of years of fruit eating that has given me this wonderful skill. Now back to the review. The fruit selection here was abysmal. The strawberries, raspberries and kiwi looked so soft and borderline rotting. This was not appealing at all. Contrary to that, the mango looked under- ripe and un-appetizing. I was left with blueberries and pineapples that seemed like the safest fruit and looked to be the freshest. The quality of the fruit here is quite surprising to me. The staff should continually monitor the fruit quality and if it doesn't look good- there is a whole foods within the same plaza that has plenty of fresh fruit! I am sorry for this bad review pinkberry because I have really enjoyed all my other experiences. Keep me posted if you make any changes and I will be sure to check it out! At this point I'm thinking of just avoiding this location until further notice.

Very cute; had the pumpkin yogurt.. was awesome! Only one person working the counter, who was very nice, can't complain about anything! Definitelt a place to bring kids!

Wanted to get some dessert after dinner, so checked the time pink berry closed. The sign says 11pm, walked in at 10:30 lights on, people inside and they were already closed up for the night. A half hour early, not cool pink berry.

I like this Pinkberry. It is very pricey, however the flavors always change so if your the kind of person that likes different varieties, you may enjoy Pinkberry. There is no Wi-Fi, just to let you know.

Will not be returning. I got a swirl of salted caramel and hot chocolate, topped with caramelized pecans. I liked mine. The person I was with got coconut. She didn't like it, so I tried it. It was bitter and had barely any coconut flavor. Also, to top it off, they were expensive - $9 for 2 small (and I mean small) frozen yogurts. The cashier wasn't even that nice. I was honestly hoping for something better than this. Maybe next time we'll try the frozen yogurt from Whole Foods.

Pinkberry has a loyalty program that the staff does not seem to give a damn about. They see very unhappy to be working there all together and they never know how to use the registers properly. I enjoy the shakes very much but the mundane staff and very poor knowledge of the products and systems is an epic fail

Living near the newly opened Lynnfield Marketplace is awesome. It seems like every day there is a new store opening. Last Thursday, Pinkberry made its grand debut with a free small yogurt and plenty of hoopla. The free yogurts were available between 5 and 8pm so of course my partner and I got there at 7:55. That was okay though because there was a massive line and there was no way they'd stop at 8. The line moved relatively fast helped by the fact that employees were giving out tons of free samples. Yum. That helped us decide which flavor we wanted. I'm not the biggest fan of their special winter flavor (hot chocolate) and wish they kept old favorites like cookeis n creme and chocolate hazelnut. But, unlike many of the self service yogurt places that are on seemingly every block, Pinkberry's yogurt always tastes good. No unintentional bitterness or any funky flavors. I ended up getting a coconut with plenty of mochi and it was quite delicious. And free. But I'd go back even if it wasn't free as I'm a big Pinkberry fan and tickled pink (haha) that one is literally down the street now.

I visited Pinkberry on Monday June 2 sometime after 7 p.m. and I was shocked by the way the employees were acting. I had never been here so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Me and my daughter walked in only to be greeted (and I use that word loosely) by the young lady behind the counter. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I needed a minute to look. In the meantime the male who was working there and 2 other young ladies we laughing and running in the kitchen area. I decided I would at least try the yogurt. I ordered which was a bit awkward since the girl behind the counter was more interested in what everyone was doing in the kitchen. I paid and left... I tasted my yogurt which tasted sour and gross. At that point I was going to go back and complain but the employees and the other girls were all outside running around the front of the store. It was a horrible experience and whoever the manager is should be ashamed of themselves. To make matters worse I spent $12 on yogurt that I had to throw away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Will not return. Staff was rude and charged me instead of deducting from a gift card. Employee seemed completely put out by the fact that I was getting a free yogurt as part of the rewards program. The assistant was more concerned with rushing me to pick out my toppings so he could get back to whatever he was doing...which was probably sitting in the back taking a nap as the place was empty.
