An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Pretty good restaurant. I had the chicken tenders and fries from the kids menu. They were good. I definenety recommend this place if you're in town.

The only Mexican restaurant in town, Los Cabos has decent food and adequate service. On both our visits, the restaurant was packed. The one or two waiters somehow manage to provide fast service to everyone, but don't expect much chatter with them, as they are busy. Also, the carpet tends to have food scattered on it as they don't have time to clean up during the dinner rush. The crowd both nights had a little bit of a rough and tumble look to it. I would guess that in addition to tourists, Los Cabos attracts a lot of the natural gas workers from the local area. The salsa that arrives with the home-made chips is fresh and tasty. I'd talk more about the food, but it's pretty much your average Mexican-American restaurant. Not the best, not the worst. Perfectly decent place to eat.

Busy place on weekends, fajita was good but the Los cabos enchiladas cheese was runny, refried beans tasted like they were right from a can. Very friendly staff, food came out fast but lower quality than we were expecting.

Efficient wait staff. If you're local and know them, they treat you better than the tourist traveling through no doubt but it's a no nonsense place to have a fast, full meal. The chips and salsa are free and flowing. The food is about what you'd expect, hot and lots of it and priced accordingly. They do a lot of business because they're consistent with portions and quality. This town isn't into fine dining. They want it, brown, hot and cheesy and so that's what they give. I go once a week to get my fix and I'm fine with it.

Traveling through and stopped in here. I had the chicken fajita burrito and my company had a breakfast scramble with pork, eggs, onions, peppers and tortillas (name started with M). The portions were huge, the service was good, and the prices were average. Good spot, there seemed to be a lot of locals. Would stop in here again on the way back.

Driving all day and stopped to spend the night in Pinedale. Someone told me their was a Mexican place down the street so I made a beeline once I got my room. The waitpeople were not very personable. I had my iPad and it wanted me to sign into Los Cabos wifi. I asked the wait lady and she paused after I asked her and said no, we don't have that, then I thought maybe she didn't understand and asked the younger waiter guy, he said no too. Seems strange there is a wifi in the restaurant but they don't know about it. I ordered the enchilada, chile relleno combo. The food wasn't bad but the chile relleno was full of seeds. When I left I told the woman that it was full of seeds and she acted as if there was something wrong with me and walked into the kitchen disgusted. Then when I was paying she walked by the guy at the register and speaking Spanish told him what I said. I guess she didn't think a gringo would understand Spanish. Anyway to say the least they are lacking in social skills.

In Pinedale for business, I stopped here for lunch. Service was fast, but the food was just ok. The margaritas are awful.
