Nice to have another Thai place in Laramie! I love Thai food and yes, it's hard to find really good thai food in Wyoming but I think this place is fairly good! The service was pretty slow considering it was just 2 of us. Food was good, but not the best I ever had. The menu has a lot of selections to choose from. The waitress forgot to give me the discount from the coupon I brought in but I reminded her after the check came. I'd eat there again though, but I think I prefer Anong's.

Second best Thai I've ever had, definitely worth the detour if you're driving by on 80. We had the Chicken Thai Spice, the Chicken Pad Thai, and Steak Mixed Vegetables. I liked the Spicy Thai the most, but it was all really good.

Thai Spice altered my tastebuds, and I now cannot settle for any Thai food of lesser quality. My mother and I discovered it a while ago, and it's the only place we'll eat when she visits town. Five stars and a high-five for making Laramie a more cultured city. I'm a classic gal who enjoys a good Pad Thai, and Thai Spice makes the best. Also, cozy up during a Wyoming snowstorm with a cup of hot, Jasmine tea. Alright... now I'm craving Thai Spice.

The Spicy Eggplant with squid is worth 5 stars +++, the Pad Thai, 4 stars. And the Kee Mao Fried Rice barely 3 stars, which didn't have any spice and lacked flavor. Will come back again to check out other items on the menu, but it will be difficult to resist the Spicy Eggplant with Squid -- lots of good vegetables and a highly flavorful and spicy sauce with a generous amount of squid.

Very pleasant experience. The food was surprisingly good. The Tom Ka soup was very good, and the pad thai was passable. Order the crispy duck pad thai, the duck added another level to the dish. We also had the chicken and squid noodle salad. The lime, chili and fish sauce combo was refreshing with the fresh veggies. Not quiet, but lively during lunch.

Amazingly alluring interior for a weather beaten part of town. I was impressed with the flavoring and freshness of the food and promptness of the service. I had the ginger beef, I asked for it to mildly spicy, I got food with an acridity of the sun. I couldn't finish. My wife got a Thai beef salad she loved. Also, they were out of Thai egg rolls. Not sure how that can happen, but it did. Overall, a little treasure in a hick town.

My husband and I stopped at Thai Spice on our way to Washington. I ordered Tom Kha (coconut soup); he ordered Thai Spice. Both were amazing. I have traveled all over Asia, the food here tasted authentic. Great service! Definitely recommend :)

Pretty happy to have another Thai place in Laramie, not to mention one that serves great food in short order via a super friendly staff. We usually order the Panang and Green curries as well as the Crab Rangoon appetizer. We have a two year old and she really enjoys the broccoli dish. The curries taste fresh and lively and the Crab Rangoon is really tasty. I hope Thai Spice manages to hang on here, we need more businesses in the business of serving delicious food in a friendly manner.

I remember the days when Laramie didn't have any Indian, thai or sushi restaurants. So the fact that there are now two thai joints around the corner from each other, just trips me out in the best ways. Our little Laramie is growing up ::sniff:: This place used to be a Mexican restaurant a few years ago, so tripped me out positively when I saw this thai place was there. Anyway, I stopped here on a visit back through town because I HAD to try out this new thai place, especially since I turned out to be hungry. Ordered my go-to Chicken Massaman and it compared well to anything I'd ever had at the other thai place in town, though it's been years since I've eaten there. The dealmaker in this case, was the attentiveness of the service. To be fair, I haven't been here on a busy day. But on the lunch day I showed up, there were a few other people and yet, they were extremely attentive almost to the point of "I'M FINE. NO REALLY," but I was totally cool with it. Price point was fine and again, my meal was good and also it was served pretty quickly too. I don't think there was a lag at all and it was spiced well too. So yeah, if i'm in town again I'll probably be back and if you're looking for thai in Laramie you can't go wrong either way. A positive addition to the mini culinary scene that can always use an infusion of interestingness!

I will never return. Food was okay had good flavor but the vegetables were soft (soggy) and the dish was just warm. This is most likely attributed to my food sitting in carry out boxes for 23 minutes while the waitress continually ignored my presence. It's to bad maybe had the food not been left to sit it might have been more appetizing.

Food was amazing, service was great! We came during the lunch rush and our wait time was minimal.

Best Thai restaurant in town. Great and efficient service! Pad Thai with crispy duck and the roasted duck curry are amazing. If you love spicy food, this is the place to be in Laramie.

What a find. Thai Spice looks a little like a dive from the outside. The block is a little grubby, and the restaurant is very difficult to even see, located right next to a tattoo parlor. But inside it is clean, with modern seating and absolutely stunning Thai food. My wife and I have eaten Thai in many places over the years. Thai Spice ranks as the very best. A green curry chicken with coconut milk came with a sublime mix of spices, tender chicken and a well-chosen assortment of appropriate vegetables, all perfectly prepared. Delicious We also ordered a basil spiced chicken, a completely different flavor profile, a little spicier, but equally delicious. Service was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and prices were actually quite low for food prepared as thoughtfully as our meal. I would highly recommend Thai Spice to anyone.

I was a regular at the other Thai place in town, but love Thai spice. the eggrolls are outstanding and the dumplings. The curries I have had were excellent, the service, and the price too. I like Anongs dumplings a bit better, but Thai spice is far and above a better overall Thai experience.

We visit Laramie at least twice a year and always want Thai food. My daughter stopped in (she lives in Laramie) a short time ago and told us about Thai Spice. Her enthusiasm required us to stop and I'm very pleased we did. It was the day after Christmas so it was nice and quiet. Other than the group that left as we arrived, there was only one other group tonight. We were immediately welcomed and seated by a server who was friendly. We kept it simple (a wise move after feasting on Christmas) and had only chicken satay ($5) and the big serving of soup ($14). The satay was easily cut with the edge of my fork and very tender. The soup was FANTASTIC. We had a full quart of soup that we brought home. I asked about gluten free menu items, as my mother (not with us) has celiac and is highly sensitive to cross contamination. The chef, who is the owner, came and talked with us, recommending specific items. She even knew so much about gluten that she knew even gluten free items that were fried would be cross contaminated by the oil. Five stars for service Five stars for food Five star for value Five stars for prodigy knowledge. Thank you!!

I just don't understand why this restaurant got such high scores here. It is definitely worse than Anong's. We ordered a Thai Ice Tea and it turned out to be a super sweet water with weird manmade flavor. And the fry rice was way too oily! There are much more great Asian restaurants rather than this one!

I really enjoyed the food here and it is not my regular Thai restaurant in Laramie. I love the Green Curry and the staff have always been friendly. Parking is difficult and the seating area isn't the best, but that does't stop me from ordering carry out or delivery.

Love this place! Food has always been amazing and SPICY, best of all! It's really hard to find spicy food in Wyoming. Went today with a friend and the food was excellent, fresh, hot, and just perfect. Service was impeccable as always and it's a pleasure to go to Thai Spice!

It's one thing to have two thai places in a tiny college town, but to have two good ones is a major plus. Every entree here has been great. I tend to get rice and noodle dishes that are very spicy and a bit on the dry side, which I've come to like. They're not drowning in sauces. The server has suggested ways to customize my order each time, which is always a good decision.

I was driving through Laramie and had enough of fast food, so I found this gem of a Thai restaurant in the middle of Wyoming! Super friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere, they also do take out if you don't have time to sit. I always want to try something new but i'm a sucker for pad thai and it was literally the best i've ever had. I would drive back to Wyoming just to eat here again.

The food is good but the service and waitstaff are one reason not to return. We tried again to see if anything had changed with this restaurant. Not so much. Just basics like the jar with hot peppers was empty--requested it filled---returned to the table with 7 small pieces suspended in the same OLD liquid. Splitting an entree and the "waitperson" did not bring plates to do so. Every request was met with some sarcastic attitude or opposition. The portions continue to get smaller and the prices higher. Order something based on a cheap base--noodles or yesterday's leftover rice--you will still receive an overpriced item but quantity is a little better. Look around for an other option to dine Thai

This is a nice and cozy little restaurant. They have all the usual Thai menu items like pad thai and green red yellow curries. We had the chicken satay and tomyum soup for starters and then had panang shrimp curry and padthai noodles of course. The food taste fresh and delicious. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were good. The service was great. This was our first visit and it looks like it will not be our last. Will definitely return to try out the other menu items the next time I come up to Laramie

What a great place. Tonight was our first visit but won't be our last. The ginger shrimp appetizer was such a great start, spicy shrimp on a layer of cabbage. Penang curry with rice, wonderful flavor with chicken, peppers, basil. I will definitely order again. My husband had the pad Thai. It was also wonderful and I kept taking bites,...

Excellent food! Pad prik king level 5 heat was just right for me. Would be too hot for most people, so don't order it hot if you don't mean it. Service great as well!

Food was great! Service was marginal, but it seemed like our server was new. Three people in our party also wanted to substitute noodles for rice, and they told us that was not an option, even though we would have paid extra to switch.

Yummy Thai, yummy spice. What's not to like? They delivered my food to my hotel fast and hot. They're also super friendly! If you should find yourself in Laramie, go get yourself some Thai Spice!

For a Thai spot deep in the heart of Wyoming, Thai Spice is very good. Great service, fresh fare, and an old rustic dining room. Small and clean, the restaurant is on the corner of a street in DT Laramie. A lot like Mayberry, it's nice to have something other than chicken fried steak and burgers. Thank you Thai Spice.

One of the best Thai food I have had so far. The flavor is really good and authentic. A simple restaurant set up and one of the best choices for Asian food in Laramie

My husband lived in Thailand for 2 years while serving a mission for our church, and Thai Spice is the most authentic Thai food he has had in the states! He gets homesick for Thailand every time we go there (which is often!). The service is great and the portions are generous. The owner and several employees are Thai, so you can count on getting a truly authentic experience. Definitely our favorite restaurant in town, hands down!

This thai place is a much needed addition to Laramie. Someone has finally come to take the monopoly away from Anongs. The food here is reasonably priced and fresh. It is not the best I have had but it is far from the worst. The bottom line: decent thai food in Laramie. Thank god almighty!

Great place. The service here is very helpful, attentive and friendly, and the food is fresh and flavorful. My mom usually doesn't enjoy Asian food for the so-called greasiness, but she loves Thai Spice and always comments on how fresh it tastes. The atmosphere is clean and cozy, and even the air is a little bit spicy. A wonderful place to eat out in Laramie.

We went there for the first time on New Years Eve. Since there were 6 of us, we were able to sample a variety of food. It was all yummy. The pad prik king - green bean dish was outstanding.!!! They do have tofu as a protein option for veggies. It is not on the menus Our waitperson, Katy, was also outstanding. She raised the average level of service in Laramie all by her own self. When are we going back? Hopefully tonight!

Without a doubt the best thai place in Laramie! Great and fast service. Awesome flavors! I'm definitely going be visiting more often.

So thankful I read the first review! Stopped in on my way back to Vegas with my family. The entire staff was friendly, mindful, and just ON IT! The cook stopped by our table, and she was probably the most charming personality I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I asked for heat 9/10... my laap (larb?) was hot and flavorful with lean meats. I really wish I lived in town! Will stop in again when I pass through in 6 months!

Thai spice was fantastic! After craving Thai food (I'm from Seattle where it is widely available) and quite frankly being disappointed time after time by Anong's, I'm so happy to have to have good Thai food in Laramie! The staff was friendly, the meat much higher quality than Anong's, and the pad thai I had finally satisfied my craving for good thai food. Please stop by and keep this Laramie gem in business!

Loyal customer to Thai Spice...but called for delivery and was flat out told they are too busy and refused to take orders. We were willing to wait, instead they turned business away. On a Thursday night? Seems like they have some business issues to resolve.

Much, much better than Anong's around the corner and probably the best Thai in the state of Wyoming. Try the Pad Thai and the Muscleman Curry. Really good Thai iced tea, too.

I went to Thai Spice for the first time today. I'm leaving for a 5-week trip tomorrow and I needed some quick food. It's in the same spot where Burger Extreme used to be, but they cleaned the place up nicely. Anyway - I walked in, and I was greeted immediately. I ordered take-out. The order came out after ca. 5-10 minutes (forgot to look at my watch), but it didn't feel too long. While I was waiting, the cook(?) told me twice that the food was on its way. It's nice to be acknowledged and it shows that they didn't forget about the order. Took the food home, and had it for lunch - let me tell you, IT WAS INCREDIBLE. I've been to Anong's a few times, but this place blows Anong's out of the water. It's a little cheaper, and the food ... UNBELIEVABLE. I had a green curry, which I had eaten at Anong's before, but at Thai Spice it was spicier, the meat was leaner, more veggies, and a bigger portion. I was truly amazed by both the taste, the value, and the friendliness of the staff. Anyway, I am definitely going to make this one of my favorite eateries in Laramie, and it's potentially scratching on Sweet Melissa's status as my all-time favorite. I just hope that they keep the quality of the food as high as it is now and don't start cutting corners in a few weeks or months. Anyway. This place really is as good as Thai food can get - outside of Thailand, at least. Cheers!

This is as good as it gets. The best Thai food in Laramie, the best in Southeast Wyoming. Holy cow, big portions, great flavor. I look forward to eating here more and more.
