Of course the ice cream is great and the owner Kris is super friendly and helpful. As first time visitors she was happy to give us some great guidance and recommendations. Nice!

Racism rears its ugly head here. Three of us were waiting in here for a bit, a group of three white people came in after us (about 2 minutes) and were served before us. When we asked about why we weren't served she said "I'm going to continue serving these folks, I thought they were here first". It was clearly racism, as there was absolutely no way to have not noticed us when we were the only ones in the small shop before the three others were served. All we wanted was some ice cream! Needless to say they lost our business as they did nothing to make it right and we will not be back. Nor will we be telling anyone else to go there. The worker was a middle aged woman with short brown hair.

You can't go wrong with Haagen Dazs ice cream! I think the best part about it is that they're open relatively late.. NO other ice cream was open after 9pm in Jackson! The lady who helped us was also really friendly!

Typical Haagen Dazs, we randomly wanted ice cream, which almost never happens. It's expensive, but typical for Jackson Hole. I wanted to try the huckleberry shake, but it was too vanillay. Not much huckleberry. Oh also they do take Amex, despite not advertising it. Typical overpriced ice cream. Though I do like Haagen Dazs on the rare occasion I want ice cream.

The service at Jackson WY Haagen Dazs is the most professional and friendly service I've ever seen and experienced. I love standing in line while waiting my turn and watching the interaction the customers get in this little ice cream shop. I will always return and I will always recommend them to friends, family and my customers. Thanks for being the best in town. The ice cream is amazing!!

You need to get the huckleberry shake. It's incredible. Limited seated... High prices but that's Haagen Dazs and JH... but the service is quick and good.

Great place...opt for the "regular" size--cone ir cup--at $4.75, it is the best value--friendly staff--a nice, pleasant refreshing from the norm here in Jackson

Ummmm...maybe I have been eating Berry Chill and Fro-Yo for so long or skinny cows, but I have not had real ice cream like this in FOREVER!!! We ate it almost every night that we were there ( I won't tell you how many nights that was!) I probably gained 5 pounds alone from that amazing ice cream!
