What a great place! Had passed many times but never stopped in. Awesome staff, great food, excited to come back for a beer. Worth the stop.

Beer was great!!! Servers didnt seem to enthusiastic to serve me except one lady. Menu doesn't have much variety. This place could be a five star place with a bit more effort

Excellent customer service! We ordered delicious bone-less wings, chicken Caesar salad, and an amazing cheesy jalapeño dip. All was very good. They held the kitchen open for us, as we walked in very close to kitchen closing time. A flight of 5 beers of my choosing for only $6 is pretty awesome too! We are going to get one of their unique growlers before we leave, too. If we lived around here, we'd be regulars. Thanks for being a great stop on our trek across the country!

Been here twice. Beer is great. Food is not, they don't seem to have a real kitchen. Very slow. I wish it was better as the building is gorgeous. Great space that I'd like to spend more time in. They did have specials. I think they need to start from scratch and begin with a real kitchen, real fryers and fresh made from scratch food...even if they have very limited offerings. Quality over quantity. Our waitress was friendly and did a good job.

Waited over 20 min for two burgers. Burgers were frozen pre made patties that tased like they were. Last time I go here. Not worth it for food.

Why would you serve gluten free beer but serve breaded wings and not disclose that they are breaded on the menu?

Can't tell you about all the beers because I like the porter too much. I like the food, too. Great specials. The chef seems to take a mundane dish and always put a twist in it. Hamburger soup - tasty. Nachos are waffle fries instead of chips; I hesitated, but it was superb. Steak seasoned just right. If you want plain ol' meat and potatoes, don't come here - except for the beer! Service people could not be more helpful or friendly.

In town for the night and decided to check this out as it looked interesting The food was good, but everything was VERY greasy. The cheddar bacon burger and prime rib sandwich were both just ok. The fries were almost steak fries and certainly had promise, but were undercooked. The best part of the meal was the hamburger bun. We tried a few of the local brews, but none really wowed us. The Crazy 7 Cream tasted like nothing. The 307 Honey and Bushwacker were fine, but not the best.

Stopped in for a beer on the trip back from Sturgis. They have a great selection of beers! The bartender was helpful and knowledgeable and offered his recommendations. We each had a different IPA and sampled the Peach Wheat beer. The space looked new and very clean. It was spacious and had great light. We didn't eat any food, but the menu looked great. I'd definitely stop in to Prairie Fire again next time I'm in Gillette.

Nice atmosphere and good, friendly service Kids menu with dry erase markers. Good beer - we had a summer amber a blonde and a wheat. There were several other options such as IPA and porter also available. Somewhat small menu selection with limited vegetarian options. Fried pickle spears with panko coating and ranch dressing were really good, margherita pizza wasn't what we're used to but was good, kids cheese pizza was huge. Outdoor picnic tables on shaded patio. Good tunes. TVs.

Been there a few times, great verity of beers I haven't had one I didn't like yet. They need to expand their menu. A larger verity would be nice. We would eat there more often.

We discovered this brewery last year on our way to Sturgis. The food was great as well as the beer. We even bought a growler of their Prairie Fire Stout. This year when we stopped for dinner we were expecting the same great food and beer. Not so! We sat at a table and were totally ignored by the waite staff, so we moved to the bar. They appeared to be short staffed. We could hear the manager say "Oh ****!" from 30 feet away! Wow! There was a young man fixing the napkins and silverware sitting at a table in the dining room who wiped his nose and face then wrapped up the silver in the napkin. I ordered the Hawaiian burger and sweet potato fries. Regular fries came out & were so greasy! Sent them back but the burger was just gross. A cold slab of cream cheese had been placed on the burger with a cold piece of pineapple. There was no sauce on the burger. When I picked up the burger, the bun fell to pieces. My companion's bacon cheeseburger's bacon looked like it had only been waved over the flame. His bun also came without sauce of any kind and also fell apart. So sad! The owner must not have a clue what's going on here! Beautiful building and the beer is great. They need to fire the entire staff and start over starting with the foul mouthed manager! We certainly will never be back!

Great staff and their beers are very tasty. Try the Brown, my favorite. The food has great tasty twists from the Narcissistic Nachos were instead of chips it has waffle fries. The Mac & Cheese has a beer batter mix with garlic fries.

Only burgers and wraps on the menu. Extremely slow service on the food side. Took over an hour to get our orders. Steak wrap was so overcooked I didn't eat it. The fries and salad were good as was the beer. Will not be going back.

They stop serving food WAY too early; it's a problem. They stop serving food before 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Do you want customers?!?!

Who builds a brewery from the ground up and doesn't put in a decent kitchen?! The beer is good. It would be nice to be able to enjoy them with good food. The fish tacos are basically a fish stick with lettuce and tomato on a tortilla with a lemon wedge. They should be embarrassed! We finally get a brewery and you can't go there and enjoy a decent meal. It is a shame.

Several local brews- pale ale, IPA, amber, brown, etc. Food menu needs to improve. I ordered the burger, but it was a pre-made patty, akin to food service. And it took 45 minutes. OK for a beer, but go elsewhere for dinner.

The beer here is spot on! We haven't tried their food yet but we'll go back again and again for a pint...or three!
