I was passing through town. Called in a to go order. Person was friendly and helpful since I'd never had their pizza. Brought it back to the hotel and the pizza was good. I would recommend.

The good was actually really good and the place looks great. Service was not good: we sat on the patio and had to move back in because it started to rain. Both waitresses were miserable! Too bad. Don't you understand that your smile is your tip? The only friendly person was the manager guy who brought us our food.

Fantastic prices, delicious food, great service--doesn't get better than that! First visit to Gillette's Old Chicago. I sat at the bar and ordered the most appetizing calzone dish. Had a few drinks on tap, of course, but what truly set the night aflame was the super-awesome bartender who totally earned his tip. The man was friendly and joking the whole time with everyone sitting at the bar, and fully understanding of what it means to work in that industry. Hung out there a second time before my work trip was over. A group of us showed up on a Thursday/game night and the staff had no problem helping us put together enough tables to accommodate everyone. Again, the food was reasonably priced, and tastily worth it!

Stopped in while traveling though Gilette. Honestly probably your best choice in town but don't expect to be blown away. I was throughly satisfied but the quality was as to be expected for this chain restaurant genre. Pretty nice beer options and filling foods. I had the spaghetti pie. It was tasty. Old Chicago is good, I was not disappointed nor left craving for my next visit.

Damn good deep dish pizza, incredible beer selection (110 beers on draft & bottles) and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Everything we got came to like $20 each AFTER tip and we had a huge (amazing) pizza, and 2 drinks. Add to that great live music and ample outdoor seating. Seriously a great place to go with friends.

I must preface this by saying that I've spent less than 24 hours in Gillette, but in that short time, I feel confident in saying that dining options in a small, Wyoming town are likely limited. Stumbling upon a pizza/burger chain restaurant that smells vaguely of a Chili's or TGI Friday's brand is expected. The menu was perfectly predictable and the quality and flavor of food was not the least bit surprising. But, BUT, BUT!!!! The beer. Honestly, I would give this place 3 stars max if I was feeling generous were it not for that glorious selection of draft and bottle beers. Local brews and a wide variety options. That makes this place 4 stars in my eyes.

I dined here four nights in seven days. Mostly because I'm a beer geek and it was walking distance from my hotel. Very busy every night visited, but always a seat available in the bar. Really good beer selection, not great but good. Really good pizza and a good friendly wait staff.

As with most places losing their luster, so true it is about this Old Chicago. Been here since opening many times and it keeps getting worse and worse. Service is extremely slow, bacon is undercooked, all around starting to lose our business.

okay, went back to try the pizza again, got a large. Hurrah its served in a deep dish pan. but....it is not deep dish, chicago style or not. it was fine, but nothing special. Honestly if you are going for pizza, Pizza hut is just as good as Old Chicago's deep dish. I still think that the casper location had honest to god Chicago Style deep dish, but I could be mistaken. Because that would mean either that Old Chicago has changed their way of cooking or that the gillette location just does it wrong (which is possible). So, go to old chicago's for a great happy hour, good food, but only so-so hand tossed style pizza. Service and prep has gotten alot better since they first opened.

I was pretty happy when I found out one of the new restaurants we were getting here in Gillette was an Old Chicago. Being so new and so soon after the grand opening of the course the wait was verrrry long and that always seems to put a damper on things. However, the food was really good for my husband and I and the kids couldn't seem to get enough! I really enjoyed their Greek Salad, but I wish they had their Tai Pizza I tried at a different location! The staff was as friendly as they could be being that busy. I'm sure things will tone down as everything settles into place.

Look, there's only so much one can expect from a chain restaurant like this. The pizza is better than the average pizza chain, like Papa John's or whatever, but it's not really that great. I did enjoy my thin-crust pizza margherita, but it wasn't amazing. I'd go again, if someone else I was with insisted on it, but it's not a place I'd choose to eat.

I love the Hawaiian pizza. Its amazing. I like trying a different appetizer each time I go. And the beer tour is fun. Been there a lot and have no complaints. Good service and good mgmt team. And love that they are open late.

Wow. This maybe the worst restaurant I have ever been too. While on vacation visiting family we decided to stop into Old Chicago and grab a bite to eat. I wasn't that hungry and ordered an appetizer for an entrée as well. Zucchini sticks and Artichoke Dip.. the Artichoke dip is served with bread and vegetables, a little weird because it's usually chips for dipping. I swear this was made with canned artichokes and the cream base was off and I mean off- like spoiled. I had one bite and pushed it aside. Excited for the zucchini sticks I bit into one, what an over cooked mess. Breading falling off and horrendous dip. I also pushed that to the side. I ate maybe 3 bites of food and the server did ask if everything was okay. When I said I didn't care for it, but not to worry about the bill, she did get a manager who took the food off the bill. The front of house service was okay and management was good. This is where the really bad part comes in.... 4 hours after eating there I wound up in the ER for food poisoning and I'm pregnant- so I had a nice little tour of Gillette ER all thanks to Old Chicago. Never ever, ever again!

I'd like give it more because the food is good and the salads superb. But we went here twice while in town for an RV rally. The first time the service was very slow and the three couples in our party all got their food at different times. The first couple was finishing up before the third even got their food. The second time there were two couples, we arrived at 6:04 and after a long litany of excuses we finally got the first of our food at 7:15. Again, it did not all come at once and my wife did not get her salad until 7:30. The forgot the avocado and the waiter said he'd go back and get it. He brought it just before we left at 8:20.

Good food and excellent thin crust pizza. Pricey for pizza, but better than any Pizza Hut and dominos! You'll def enjoy the stacked turkey and bacon sandwich! Eat it now!!!!
