Food was not good. Plain lettuce for salad, coleslaw also. If you don't eat meat you'll need to eat two baked potatoes, if you can get them. Very little to choose from. Very rushed and the show was mediocre at best. Long season for these guys so I think they need a break.

This was a really fun show, well polished, with surprisingly good musicians. Most of the music was not familiar to our suburbanite kids aged 12 and under, but this didn't inhibit their good time. Food is ok, served in a rustic buffet style. Overall, we thought this was a decent value, and everybody left with a smile.

Best place we ate in Cody. We stopped in at 6:15 just for some food, but there was a live music show offered, too. Short on time, we just got the buffet - which was great! Slow roasted beef and roasted chicken out of this world. As we ate, the show began- 3 talented cowboy musicians with great voices and good variety. Wish we could have stayed for the entire show. Aside from the great food and music, the people in there were just as nice as you could ask for after a long day of sightseeing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I surprised my family with tickets to The Cody Cattle Company dinner, show, and then rodeo (What they call 'The Trifecta Ticket'). When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely young 7-year old who held the door open for us. We paid for our reservation and were promptly seated by a big cowboy named Ryan (very friendly and funny). I was impressed with their beer and wine selection (someone else wrote that it was limited to Bud, but that is NOT true). The food was really good. The salad was average, but the rest was exceptional. My kids went back for seconds and my oldest for thirds. I concur with other reviewers that the brownies were a 'must have'! I would strongly recommend that you arrive at 5:30 p.m. or very shortly thereafter. You get more time to enjoy your food, and to chat with the staff and entertainers. Once the show starts, you can still eat, but the lighting will be darker and you'll be too busy stomping your feet and clapping to the music! Try and sit closer to the stage. The musicians are amazingly talented, and the closer you are to the stage, the better the experience. While I will write a separate review of the 'Nite Rodeo', I would highly recommend it if you can be out past 10 p.m. It is very close by and big part of the Cody experience. Our kids really enjoyed it, and I'm glad we went.

We weren't nearly as impressed as others. The food wasn't very good and was luke warm. The lemonade was like water. The band was ok. I certainly could have lived without this place

We stopped in passing through town. What a nice surprise! Their buffet dinner was good quality and tasted great! We followed it up with the nighttime rodeo. So fun!!! This place is a must if you are passing through town!

We rolled into Cody for one night to see the rodeo during last summer's Yellowstone vacation. Starting the night off at the Cody Cattle Company was fantastic and the perfect beginning to a great night. Super kid-friendly too.

Great food! Just passing through so we couldn't stay for the show but we will be back. People were all very nice.

Great food and entertainment. The brisket and chicken were delicious. Great beans and potatoes. Yummy cornbread and amazing brownies. All you can eat. Honestly our only complaint about the food is the terrible presentation of the buffet lines. If there were a different menu or show on alternate nights we'd have gone back during this trip.

So, this place was AWESOME. We drove down to Cody for the evening and our Bed and Breakfast owner recommended it. What a fabulous find! The food was average, but hot, plentiful, and FUN. The Triple C Cowboys presented... I did't know what to expect, but WOW! What a great time.

The food was exceptional for a buffet. Brisket and chicken were the meat entrees with baked beans, baked potato, salad, applesauce, cornbread and brownie. The musicians were very talented and entertaining. The kids a nice touch to the show. It was fun and we think a real value.

We went here two nights ago as we were leaving Yellowstone; stayed the night in Cody and were looking for some night time activity and dinner. The venue is essentially a big ol' barn; don't worry though, it is (moderately) well-lit and heated. You're paying for the buffet and show here, and you def get your $$$s worth. I was actually expecting more from the buffet but in the end I was pretty pleased. The salad was plain (lettuce with a bucket full of caesar dressing). The sides I tried, potatoes, baked beans, cornbread, were all yum. The chicken was good too and the brisket was bananas. The brownie was also good. To drink we had tasty coffee and lemonade. I think drinks were plentiful as well, wine/beer what-have-you. The show was surprisingly good and entertaining. The 'band' was a mother/father/son trio who kept things light-hearted and upbeat with their choice of tunes. None of the crowd was pulled upstage, which was originally our fear, but chosen members of the audience were not safe from the occasional verbal abuse. All in good fun though. I had seconds, or was it thirds, after the show. Echo-ing the other comment, great value. Music was good, show was quite good, I recommend it. The son did peddle his wares (aka solo cd) at the end of the show, which we fell for. Songs 1-8 are passable but the CD heads downhill from there.

We went here b/c they offered a package deal that included tickets to the rodeo, so we went with no real expectations. however, the food was very good! We were impressed with the variety and quality of the offerings. We would definitely recommend it to any traveler.

This is one of Cody's gems. A real cowboy dinner, buffet style with tender beef brisket, crispy spiced chicken and all the fixin's. Steak was $6 extra and worth it. The building is clean and open with a fun musical show. A three piece band had a nice blend of country music but not too hokey. Great value for the money, I would go again for both food and music.

Seriously awful. We walked in and the smell of bad food assaulted us. No bar, no hard liquor, very limited beers (Bud.. Please) and non existent wine list. Avoid at all costs.

Fabulous show. Guitarists kicked serious ass. Run by very nice folks, and the food was surprisingly excellent. Bought both cds!
