Very slow. I'm waiting almost 10 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant for a small sub. Ah, just got it, and it is small indeed. I've never tried Silver Mine Subs. This wasn't an impressive introduction.

The sandwiches are good. I prefer the Homesteak. However I do have one major gripe: the tipping system. When you order delivery, they force you to tip when ordering before it's even been delivered if paying with a credit card. Goes against the spirit of tipping for good service and seems more like a bribe to (maybe) get faster delivery.

The food is really good however there delivery time is usually about an hour. Also some of their employees require you give them a home address even when you are not having it delivered there.

Best sub shop in Cheyenne. Cleaner than the one on the south side. Fresh bread, great customer service, and free WiFi. My wife and I always love eating here when we're in town.
